So glad we have Cashwell in town, they know the products and are very helpful, JD and all. Its like the way Pleasants Hardware in the old days was but for Appliance parts.

They were beyond helpful, efficient, kind, and helped us within three minutes! Who would’ve thought shopping for appliances could be a wonderful experience. I cannot stress how much I enjoyed their service. It’s inspiring to see thoughtful, friendly, and considerate customer service. I felt comfortable right away!

They had a GE Refrigerator control board in stock that other places did not. They were helpful and employees seemed to enjoy working and helping people coming in. Saved me having to throw away my food to wait for a different to company to order the parts and wait 2-3 days.

I called and they were nice on the phone. Said bring the dryer in so we can test the parts and let you know which part you need. I drove 40 minutes to get there and they were completely rude to the man in front of me and then also to me. They suddenly said “we don’t look at dryers here.” Apparently they wanted me to take all three parts out I know very little about this stuff. They never mentioned taking the parts out over the phone. As I apologized and started to leave they proceeded to aggressive follow me and me 6 year old out to the parking lot asking “what’s it doing” angrily. Terrifying experience. The man grabbed his private parts in front of my van while I was trying to leave. My 6 year old saw the whole thing.

Only place I could find replacement part for LG washer. Great service. Fast, friendly. No return policy on electronics is strict but understandable. Helped me (not the handiest guy by any stretch) make sure I had identified problem correctly and was buying the correct part that was both compatible and appropriate for the issue. Saved me cost of repair guy time and markup. Also gave me referrals for endorsed repair guys in case I couldn’t handle it myself. Positive experience all around. Highly recommended!!

Only place in town I found that sells HVAC parts directly to the public. My AC outdoor fan broke down. Quick YouTube video showed me I only needed a $20-30 capacitor replaced. Rather than spend $400 on a company coming out to fix it, I went to Cashwell and got the part I needed and fixed myself. Great customer service, friendly business. Support local. Would recommend.

I didnt go in. I road with my friend who did go in. You dont have a selection for N/A. Ive edited rating because part needed was in stock and representative did assist them. Hope this helps.

Went in for a couple parts for my Gas Logs. Didnt have all of the details that were needed to get the exact part and took a shot with their best guess. Unfortunately the parts didnt work out and I had to order them through the manufacturer. But, Cashwell provided me with a return even though the parts were opened (which is outside of their policy)Its a nice Ma and Pop type shop and the team there was very helpful. The owner is a Navy Vet.Recommended for the DIY type who needs parts now.

Needed a new control board for the driver at my house. They were able to get the part into their store the next day and were around 12% cheaper than the other company in the greater Richmond area I use. Building has its own parking lot which is helpful in the city. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional.
