Just shop at Amazon. The big box stores advantage is that you can get your product that day, so I gave them a shot only to find that the product I want shows in stock, but isnt there. I try 2 alternative products, didnt like either so I returned them. Days later and I do not have my money back. Also they offer little to no customer service. This whole store needs to be retrained. They appear uninterested and unfriendly. You dont even get a greeting at check out. They just start scanning lol. The time you part ways with your money should be most pleasant. 0/10.
Mr. Luigi the sales manager was for some reason very difficult to deal with. Not to mention he said I dont play bargaining games. Bargaining games?? I think that is unsulting! No one is bargaining here, we are not in flea market. All thou I do want to make sure I get the best deal specially if I am showing you that product I just bought is $400 cheaper on hp website. You can say in so many different ways that you could help me out or not. I am in sales business and I think Mr. Luigi needs improvement with hes customer relationships. This should be taking as a constructive criticism. I will be making a return and canceling my best buy membership.
Staff was super friendly! It took several minutes to get recognized as they are apparently very short-staffed. Once spotted, however, they went above what I expected. The nice young man took care to ensure that what I was buying would work with my grandson’s set up. I really appreciated that!
I needed an item that wasnt on the shelf but showing available to pickup online. She went and checked the inventory waiting to be shelved and my amazing Hue lights were there. Hooray! Store was also well merched, felt open and great space to move around and clean. Checkout was fast and efficient as well.
September 16th 2021 at 7:30pm we had started an online order with customer service but unfortunately ran into problems, these problems put my family as well as the employee helping us in this tough spot. After a few moments more waiting the associate called over his manager (Matt). This man was extremely helpful and on top of that patient working 35 minutes after the store closed with us to ensure this order was solidified. Hopefully Best Buy as a corporation can understand in today’s world not many people wanna work you guys should be extremely thankful for Matt.
This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had with any retail experience. Scheduled an installation appointment to have tv hung. First the installer called to advise me that what I had was not a wall mount when it clearly states that what I paid for was what a wall mount. I would not need them to come just to set a TV on a stand and connect cables when they were already connected. The installer clearly appeared to not want to do the job. I just need to be refunded money for a service that I did not receive. If I could give zero stars I would do that. Best buy you lost a customer.
The Best Buy, (purchase) of the day. The young lady that assisted me was awesome!!! She help me choose a new cellphone the color I wanted purple, yes loving it! MY BEST to the Best of the Best Buy Guys I appreciate you!
The employees all had on masks. The staff were just doing their own thing. There was no interaction with customers unless the customer(s) asked for assistance. No one greeted customers as they entered the store either. This location is usually better than the Short Pump location. I must say that both locations look like theyre going out of business. Theres limited stock in the store. Youd be better off ordering online and skip the brick and mortar store.They do offer curbside pickup with designated parking spaces

Did a in-store pickup for a hour pick up 2 hours before they close. Order still not ready order became ready 18 minutes before they closed and it takes 20 minutes to get to them. So if you do a in-store pick up times should say ready when its ready not in a hour.
Mike, a.k.a “the apple guy” is brilliant when it comes to apple products & services, and he tirelessly answered our many questions, without missing a beat. He stayed late to help us select the best Apple Watch for our needs. He was personable & professional...the best customer service we’ve had ever!!
Great Selection, customer service however! Bought two large items and wasnt offered a cart or a hand to car. Took a long time to get service, appeared it was employee visiting time and I was interrupting. Loved the selection, happy to get what we needed.

I called and wanted to ask about car audio installation, was transferred to sales, the girl Kim answered fairly quickly and said sure, I can help you, hold just a moment.... And never came back to the phone! I was on hold at least 20 more minutes before getting another teammate that wanted to transfer me again. Clearly customer service is not a priority.
The lady with black hair, tattoos, and gauges was awesome. I bought my son a monitor for getting honor roll all of middle school. She was very informative and was able to ask the right questions to get us the right monitor for his first person shooter games. I never knew there were that many different variables in choosing the right monitor. We decided on a 27 inch Dell instead of a 32 inch curved monitor I would have had to buy online. After speaking to her about the potential flare and screen space we decided on a slightly smaller and faster monitor for his first person shooter games. He LOVES it!

Theyve messed up my new phone purchase twice in the last 4 months! Had to swap out phone I really liked for something sub par because of compatibility issues. Then they sold me the wrong replacement phone! Both times Ive been unable to use texting due to the error during important travel periods.
While I was checking out the laptops Nyles, one of the employees at this locations, helped me out immediately and helped me find the best product I was looking for. He was very respectful and understanding. This was one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had.

Curbside pickup has been really quick both times Ive used it. Most recently an associate named Melissa was out to my car in less than one minute (super impressed).I appreciate that Best Buy is one of the few places you can still demo some of the sound equipment (soundbars / speakers / etc) and unlike other big box stores they seem to understand their pricing needs to be competitive with online retailers.Ive found that BB has started listing their discounted open box items which is a great way to save money.I give it 4 stars as you can tell this BB, like all brick and mortar retailers, is starting to feel the crunch purely online retailers are putting them through. There are less items on the shelves than what they had in years past, but maybe thats due to supply chain shortages in the pandemic.
October 2021. This store has nosedived in service. Avoid it like the plague. Most incompetent and unprofessional manager and staff I have ever encountered. I will never go back to Best Buy again.
On the positive side, the employees were friendly.But, I did my due diligence and researched on my PC before leaving home to find the item to my needs and the location that has the item in stock. I drove 40 minutes to discover that they do not have the car stereo I wanted in stock and they didnt have it when I searched the website before leaving my home.Having resigned myself to ordering the item online, I enquired what additional kits or other items would be needed for that stereo and my vehicle for the free installation. Instead of answering that question, the employee told me they are booked with installs for 2 months out. Did I mention that he had just told me that they do not have any stereos right now. How do book installs 2 months out when they do not even have stereos to sell.I chose Best Buy as my electronics vendor, but this experience not only puts me back in the market but also ensures I will warn others.

Weird and almost creepy. I was in the store nearly and hour hoping to purchase a new phone and possibly a new PC. No one was working the cell phone area and not a single sales person ever offered me any assistance. Even though I was the only person in that part of the store looking at phones. The only sales people I saw, were congregated, talking and laughing in the Apple section (insert eyes rolling). I left empty handed, but picked out the phone I will buy online.
I called the store to ask a question about a product and waited over 20 minutes before hanging up. I attempted online chat but 45 people were ahead of me. Normally I would order from Amazon but Best Buy had a good price so I drove to the store where there appeared to be more employees unoccupied than customers so I asked a man at the front of the store why someone could not answer the phone. The response was calls are handled nationally, not by the store to which I opined it was probably costing them business. I was assisted by a very pleasant young lady named Hannah who retrieved the product from the warehouse. This is why the number of orders I have placed in the past week, for products that could have been purchased from Best Buy, exceeds the number of times I have visited Best Buy in the past 5 years.

Like everybody else I buy tons of stuff online but sometimes you just need to put your hands on things and local places like Best Buy are an valuable community resource. They have plenty of associates there who tend to be very friendly and they dont work off commission (I believe) so, while attentive, theyre not hovering...which is pretty much what you want. I try to buy things here vs online if the price is in the same ballpark.
Poor Customer Service. BEST BUY Delivery Workers damage my floor when they deliver a fridge at my NEW business location. The workers tried to hide it and left without saying they cause a damage. Luckily, I had the workers on camera. This incident happened on 4/1/21. On 4/2/2021 I reported the incident to the one of store managers RYAN PRICE who assured me he would file the claim and get back to me. He told me that BEST BUY sometimes contract delivery people. That particular day I had a delivery that contracted deliver workers assistance me. He told him the supervisor name for the contracted delivery workers was EVAN. RYAN PRICE gave me his cell number to follow up with him. I tried following up several times, left numerous messages, sent pictures of the damage. He never returned my call. After trying call RYAN PRICE and not receiving any help. I tried to call the claims department. I put a claim in and was told I would receive a call in 24 hours. I never received a call. I called several times and was told by numerous representative that my claim had not be processed. Then I faxed a letter and sent an email to Corporate Headquarters. I received no response. On 4/20/2021 I went to store to get a resolution. I spoke to LERON TUNE that took down all my information and stated he would try to resolve it. He did call back but told me someone would be reaching out to me. I am still waiting for a call. So basically, I want everyone know BEST BUY will damage your property and then ignore you when you want them to pay for the repairs. You will get the run around and no resolution. Make sure when you have items delivered to your home/ business to keep an eye on the delivery guys because BEST BUY contracts their deliver workers. I dont want this to happen to another loyal customer. So I am notifying everyone to be careful. Hopefully one day my claim will be resolved. If not I will be taking legal action. Its sad this how BEST BUY treats their customers.
I came in here on Friday Jan 8 around 3pm to get a car radio installed. I was a bit late because i accidentally went to the wrong location, but the two guys in the back were SUPER understanding and still got me in and out in like 20 minutes. I had had a pretty rough day so their level of professionalism and understanding really turned it around for me. radio works great too. i wish i had gotten their names, but if their manager sees this give them both a BIG raise.
Amber and Melissa are the definition of workplace mean girls. They enjoying saying no and put their employees through toxic situations. I do not recommend this location to anyone seeking electronics or a job.
Employee helped me find ear buds that where not in stock on the shelf.. they had one in there inventory, and I left happy.
Made an appointment with Jason for dishwasher washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave and stove. By the time we arrived he had the best prices, delivery dates, and a pack of second choices for each appliance. The one item we were going to have to wait for, he has updated us every week. I could not beat the prices, the exceptional service, and the installation. The refrigerator was so big they had to take it apart, the outside door off, and re assemble it. They did a perfect job. My son and daughter in law recommended Best But after their experience, I am so glad they did. I was so happy with Best Buy that I bought a phone the same day. Same great service, and a great price.

Big shout out to Best Buy staff Jehu, Scott & Jahnesha.I order online an ssd card for my X series for pick up it said it would be ready an a hours well it was still on the truck and its about 20 minutes to close Im upset because I drove 30 minutes and I order it an hour before I show them my order they explain the situation I didnt care lol but I understand things happen instead of telling I had to come back tomorrow they the Big 3 my new friends went to the truck found I dont know how its over 2500 boxes in there truck and made sure I left happy. I must say Best Buy you have 3 great employees and one just got out of training it was her frist real day she was great Scott fix the online cause it wouldnt go through and Jehu was the one that went in back of the truck and found it. Im saying they really didnt have to do this it was 20 minutes to close I left at 815pm. BEST BUY YOUR STAFF WENT BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY and for that thank you again, Jehu, Scott & Jahnesha
Best Buys floor computer representatives are much better than the last time I was there; over 10 years ago.
Purchased a car stereo online and set up appointment at chesterfield location. Apparently there online system sold me a bunch of stuff not needed for installation. I agreed to pay $160 more for more items to install. They made me reschedule appointment for over a month later because the install would take longer then the allotted 2 hour appointment I had already reserved. On top of purchasing they new parts, they didnt refund me for items they sold me that were not needed.

The next time.

The employees are always helpful. We were in to purchase a washer and dryer, Ryan in the appliance section, was extremely helpful and very knowledge about the products and we got a fair price as well.

My fiancé and I went here to buy a new tv because the old one quit on us. Believe it or not the prices and quality here were better than Walmart. Plus the people that work there arent just everyday people, they know their products. Also have open box specials.

Clean, staff was wiping down surfaces when we were arriving. The staff were very knowledgeable but not hawkish. As with all stores inventory is good but limited because of Covid-19. No Xbox controllers to be found as you know most of the youth are being schooled at home virtual now. LOL. Plenty of Playstation controllers. One can tell that business has changed because of covid-19, but the employees definitely did their best and it showed.
Fast and efficient service. They personnel gave me great feedback, answered my questions to the best and utmost knowledge. We disposed of my laptop with professional skills and had a wide range of knowledge base on/in laptops and external hard drives. Even gave me the name of a reliable service I could use for for my western digital and maxtor external hard drive.

I went in there to grab a small magnetic strip for the back of my phone to use with a dashboard magnet. According to the Best Buy website it was supposed to be in a certain area but it wasnt. An employee literally spent roughly 20 minutes with me searching for one. I should have grabbed the employees name for this review but regardless it was great customer service.
Not good. Took in my 3yr old ASUS Notebook to the Geek Squad since we pay them $$ for something (?). We knew we should have made an appointment, but did the pop-in and no one was there. Asked the guy if we could drop off the ASUS to have the power cable hookup repaired...it got bent (my bad) and wouldnt charge. He said I could make an appointment for tomorrow...I said I just wanted to drop off my computer and have that power cable interface repaired. He went for manager (both were well mannered, btw) who said there was nothing they could do (we have purchased our current 4 computers from BB) b/c it was all of 3yrs old and probably no parts. He said I should look for someone locally to help fix it. Thank you, Geek Squad...what did my wife pay for this service?
It’s okay considering how Covid has impacted retail stores. I would like to see better trained sales people who just don’t ask can they help you and walk away.

People were not able to know or find what I wanted. I thought theat Best Buy would have a vast collection of wire connectors! This was not the case. It is funny when you ask for something and the salea person gives you the deer in the headlights!

This store used to have THE BEST recognition service. What on earth happened? No one cared...groups of employees gathered amongst themselves and proceeded to ignore every customer. I interrupted a group of 5...one person turned around and acknowledged me. ONE PERSON!! The others kept their backs to me and proceeded to continue talking. Im only giving 3 stars because of Nick. He ended up helping me get my laptop, went above and beyond and I went on my merry way with a great deal. Thank you Nick. Best Buy you should be ashamed!! and give Nick the recognition he deserves.
Crazy time right now, and people are parking in front of the store instead of in the parking spaces. Had to go inside to get my curbside order but I dont blame the staff, I blame the people pulling up front and not in the designated spaces for curbside. Clean, polite helpful people.
