Purchased a 10 year warranty after they had to bring 3 different refrigerators before one worked. Now they will not stand behind warranty. They only have 1 service tech so good luck with getting someone to come repair appliances you purchased from them. Will not purchase anything from them again. Do not recommend purchasing anything from them.

This is a nice little hometown store. The people are very pleasant to work with and they have a nice variety of appliances. I have found their prices on what I bought comparable to the big stores. I also like the fact that you get the same repairman every time.

Best service around

Had plans for Koons to install new stainless kitchenakitchen in our home. Used them before and service was great when Mr Koons ran the business. Sales Mgr came to take measurements of required items and told us Ill call you in a week to give you a cost, what items I have in stock and approx install date. Never heard a thing for 2 weeks! We called, he said he was still waiting for info on one item. We told him arrange installation the other 3 items and we would wait for the last item to come in. Said I will call you tomorrow regarding install date. Never called. Called him next and he said he was very busy and forgot. Said he was very busy and had not called us, again.I told him it only takes 2 minutes to make a call and update us. Thats when I fired him. This lack of service never happened when Mr Koons was there. Theyre service is in the toilet as far as Im concerned.

Zero stars isnt an option is the reason for one star reciew.This is the second time I have tried to buy a part for a home appliance and was turned away. I want to spend my money locally but Im forced to buy online. I understand that they arent concerned with the small amount theyll make if they had sold me the part but I am going to be buying new appliances in the near future and I wont even consider KOONS when that time comes.

They service everything they sell and stand behind their product. Good customer service. They may not have the largest selection but they can special-order for you.
