OK, we had a problem with our cars paint, after my new 2016 Ford Explorer showed paint peeling with just 27000 miles of use. I took to my Ford dealers paint shop. They took care of my problem right away no questions asked. Great Job, guys. 😉

I had a repair done by them several years ago due to a Deer collision. I had a warranty issue with the clear-coat peeling They honored their warranty and the paint came out beautiful. My 12 year old Ford 500 looks as good as new. I would highly recommend them!

Absolutely the worst place ever. They knew I was from out of town and needed work done on my car. They swindled me out of every dime they could and the job was absolutely horrible.

Penny in the office is not capable of customer relations. She does not return phone calls and is rude when she does.The day i picked up my 2018 Nissan maxima i got pulled over for my license plate light being out..my trunk transponder is not working to open my trunk ..and there is a seperation on my rear corner panels to my tail lights ..i called to complain and she asks whats wrong with me..whats wrong with haly ford is the question..do not ever bing your vehicle here...ever

Unfortunately I have been rear ended twice in the past year. Both times I took my car here because I bought it from Haley. I had reservations bringing it the second time because of experiences I had the first time, and only did because I was worried it would void my warranty if I took it elsewhere. Both times my car was in the shop for 6 weeks. Never once did I receive a call from them to update me on my car. Both times I was also promised my car would be ready several different times, and each with an excuse as to why it wasnt. The second time around I noticed I got similar excuses such as oh, the paint booth is broken which is holding us up. I also had to show up both times in person to see what exactly was going on and would find my car way behind Im the time line of the fixing process it should be in, and only after multiple times of me making it clear how agitated I was did it finally get done. One of the times I was promised it would be ready by the end of the week, when I called to double check, they informed me they stumbled across $3000 more worth of damage they never called me to tell me, and this was three and a half weeks into the process! I would NOT recommend this body shop to anyone!
