Cannot get my phone to work in a brand new lexus. Everyone is very nice and helpful but I cannot use my phone in my car at all? They cannot figure this out and did a update but still not working. I have spent many hours trying to get this fixed but still not working.

Always a great experience with the Lexus of Richmond service department. I got squeezed in first thing on a Saturday so I could have a tire looked at before work. And when they didnt have the replacement in stock they offered me a loaner so I could get to work for the weekend. All around great staff and experience.
