Relationship began on good terms, Daniel is very friendly and still continues to be, but I ordered parts about in May of 2019, and here we are in March of 2020 with what seems like no update. Were closing in on 10 months now, after I was told it would take 4-5 months, and I still dont have any parts in hand or a status update since January. Communication is slow, and many times goes without a response. Daniel is very patient and always friendly when he does actually respond. But the lack of communication and motivation to keep things moving is beginning to frustrate me.... I will update once I have a better standing of the situation.

Ordered parts in July of 2018, more than happy to take my money. Even after making allowances for shipping delays due to customs issues and monsoons, I was told my parts made it to the US but after 17 months I still have no parts and they have stopped responding to any and all attempts at communication.Edit: Communication was re-established and company was willing to admit their mistakes and make things right. Parts are now in hand, and in good shape.

Gave them a deposit for a part from Japan. They were suppose to return my deposit when part was not obtained. Been over a year and they still owe me almost $1000. Buyer Beware. Dont lose your money like me.

Great guys for hard to find replacement jdm parts. Honest polite and fairly priced. Always a pleasure dealing with these guys. Take a look at their showroom. Exceptional cars

***Update** 2/10/19Did receive packing and it was well package and items where just as described. I still however didnt get a tracking number and my box was left outside all day.They only talk to you until you purchase something, then its a email saying they shipped it and they cant give me tracking number. Ive waiting since the 16th of Dec. and its just been another excuse after another. Once I read the reviews I realized I wasnt the only one. They keep dragging it on until its makes in a headache to get your money back.

I ordered through eBay, waited s month on seats ordered and began calling the business. I was told they were on the way 3 different times but no tracking number was ever given. I was really close to the deadline of no refund on eBay but I really want these seats. I had to report them and get a refund. I am 1 star because the guy there lied to me to buy time for no refund.

Ordered parts last year in December. Was told it would take 2-3 months tops. Its been 7 months and we still havent received all of our parts. Communication slowly got worse, now they arent responding. The process was painful and complicated throughout the way, including parts of our shipment getting seized and destroyed by customs, and having to find replacement parts.Would strongly recommend going with another company or ordering directly off croober.
