Had picked out a cargo financed, told me they had to get it serviced first, a week later they still havent called, and everything i call they dont answer,So now Im going somewhere else.

Stood there with $7500 cash to buy a car and not a person would even say hello even after he was told we be there. After standing there for several minutes we just left. Very poor service not recommend. Dont even deserve a star

Excellent service, and cheap prices. My partner and I buy our own parts, yet unlike other shops who refuse to accept parts bought by us, they did, no problem. Now, they will not warranty the part or parts, although this is unconfirmed. Very satisfied with their service, and recommend to all. In closing, I am unsure of what makes and models that they detail or provide service for, yet I am sure that a call to the owner Mike can ascertain answers.

The owner is trustworthy and he spent years to get where he is now. He takes customers to heart and treats them with respect and dignity. I have had my car worked on, and if it wasnt right, he fixed it at no charge. He is reliable and will give you a reasonable price. Best part about MS is they dont sell you something you dont need. I recommend this place over all others in the Richmond area.

Parking lot sucks

Beware of buying a car from them. We bought a car for my college-aged son from them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and made lots of promises about what they would do if anything went wrong in the first 30 days--until we signed the check. Then the story changed. We test drove the car and had it checked out. Unfortunately, the place we paid to check it out did not do a good job--that is a different review. We have dropped about $1500 into that car in the past year. It has been in the shop 4 times. The brakes were worn, both front wheel hubs had to be done. We wrote the check to purchase the car, and the very next morning, a loud clunking in the rear started, and several of the interior door latches quit working. I took it back to have them fix those things, since they had said repeatedly if anything went wrong in the first 30 days they would take care of it. They werent nice about it, and made me pay for parts. This is not an honest business, beware. (EDIT: then the owner responds, below, and has the nerve to say they stand by their word, and that we would not have been charged a dime if we had problems in the first 30 days. Haha. Thats ridiculous. We had problems within the first two days, and he charged us. I complained to 3 people there, including him, and he still charged us. BEWARE OF THIS BUSNESS).

I only made a google account to write a review about this business and how awful it is. I bought a 2001 Jeep Cherokee from them 1 1/5 months ago. Within the first week my turn signals stopped working so I took it back for them to fix, which they made me pay $25.00 for. Exactly one month after I bought the vehicle it over heated. I had to replace my radiator, thermostat, head, head gasket and get multiple system flushes because of how rusted the lines were. My coolant reservoir looked like there was mud in it from how bad it was after it over heated. I paid a mechanic that I know $1100.00 to get all this fixed. I called Mike specifically from MS detail and told him about the issues and he said he would help me but never called me back. About a week after I fixed the over heating issue my breaks go out completely while I am driving 60 MPH on 35 going to Muncie, IN. I almost wrecked into the back of someones vehicle. Yet again, I ask my mechanic to fix it costing me another $250.00. My break fluid was leaking out due to horribly maintained drums, shoes and break lines. I called him yet again asking him to help me with these issues and he lied saying he would assist me. If that werent enough, last Monday (15 AUG 16) my car wont start AT ALL. it wouldnt even start when I jumped it. I had my mechanic check it out and the wires that connect to my battery was loose and not even tightened in the clamp where they were supposed to be. Needless to say I am more than livid about this situation. I am a Mother and an active duty Soldier and need my vehicle to be reliable to be able to travel for training, meetings, taking my daughter to school etc. This business is absolutely hands down the worst business I have ever had the displeasure to be involved in. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM THERE OR HAVE ANY MECHANIC WORK DONE. Hell I wouldnt even trust him to detail my car. The only reason it has one star is because it wont let me post it without clicking one. I would give it negative stars if I could.
