Absolutely horrible customer service. I tried giving it a chance for 5 months with auto delivery of two 5gallon spring waters and 12 cases of sparkling water. Each month I received numerous emails citing the delivery was on its way and then that it had been delivered. I was also charged each time. However, we didnt receive them. Each month I had to call, spend 25-35minutes adjusting the bill and rescheduling. I tried emailing and sending messages thru website but never got a response. It was so frustrating and the customer service reps never cared, even when I cancelled. I wouldnt use this service if it was free. Hope this helps save others from the frustration.

The water tastes good, but Im not at all satisfied with the service theyre providing me. They provide me water bottles at my business place, and we have told them to deliver more then 10 bottles at my business place, and they are taking $40 for just the delivery. We were expecting a delivery 1 week ago, and they didnt got delivered, AND they charged my card for the water bottle which I never received, and they also took $40 as a delivery charge. I dont know if theyll refund my money, or else Ill have no choice but to go with litigation.

Started out with good service. Now it has been over 2 months and have not received any water. Cancelled service, they were supposed to come pickup cooler and empty bottles, havent seen or heard from them.

If negative stars were possible that’s what I would give them. I’ve been trying to cancel service with them for over a month. When you call to schedule a pickup you’re on hold for a minimum of 15 minutes. Once you do get someone and get a date scheduled to have their equipment picked up guess what happens, nothing!!! You have to call again and wait again and schedule again all for nothing. It’s absolutely ridiculous!!!

They miss deliveries constantly even when you leave them outside. I have switched from 3 bottles, every 2 weeks, once a month, and replenish only plans. Nothing I try works. I have to call after every delivery day to get them to come back out. My delivery person is very nice. I think it has something to do with their system and alerting the drivers where they need to go. They are usually easy to call, get in touch with and come back out the same week. They are also super friendly on the phone. I just wish I didnt need to call every time.

I have had service for over a year. Delivery is on time. The con is they deliver whats on your ticket and sometimes I end up with several bottles after making a change in the app. The billing is a little confusing too. I give it 4 stars based on what I have experienced.

This company is horrible! They never show up on their regular scheduled deliveries. When you call to check on the status, you hold for over 45 mins and then are told well we show we made a delivery and picked up 6 bottles. NO YOU DID NOT! If this were the first time it happened I would say ok mistakes happen, but this has happened multiple times. The last time I called I even threatened to cancel my services. Received an email on 8/11 saying my delivery was on its way and they never showed! I AM DONE! Only giving a 1 rating because I do not have a choice!

Im sharing here because customer service has been stringing me along for over a 1.5 months.Early March I ordered the dispenser and bottle service. After a couple of weeks, they had pushed my order back multiple times without giving me a heads up and even telling me after the day that they were not showing up. However, I know on at least one occasion the delivery truck showed up to my building, sat there there 30 seconds, and then drove off. That led me to believe they lied about not being able to deliver it.. After canceling and not hearing anything back for 2 weeks, I got not only a bill, but money taken out of my account. Upon contacting them again it took them a week to respond, just passing me off to a superior. Another week went by before I got a response from them, only to say that they were canceling and charging me more money. Part of that would be a restocking/pick up fee for the imaginary stuff they dropped off. This company is all around horrible. I not only recommend not starting a service with them, I recommend canceling any current contracts with them immediately.Edit 1Cassandra, I have already been in contact with your customer service. They should have all my information already. As I clearly stated in my original statement, they have been stringing me along. If you guys cant figure out what my information is based on my name and experience, then your company needs more help than I realized.

Truly terrible service all around. Repeatedly dropping off water jugs on the sidewalk after weve asked numerous times to knock/call to come in and drop off, and pick up the empty jugs. We now have an entire room in our office dedicated to our 21 (and counting) water jugs that they refuse to pick up. Their customer service representative had the audacity to try to upsell me coffee services after I told them to pick up their pile of jugs that have been sitting here for months...

RIDICULOUS!!When we set up the account we asked that we get a delivery twice a month, 2 bottles each delivery. NO MORE THAN 4 BOTTLES a month. Well that didnt happen. First delivery we got the two, next delivery [two weeks after the first] we got 8 BOTTLES OF WATER, BUT, THEY WERE DELIVERED TO THE NEIGHBOR. We have been trying for two weeks to get them to pick up the water. TODAY their driver noted in our accout that he picked up all 13 bottles, YES 13, we already had the 4 they delivered and one we already had. What he didnt know was that I was home and NO ONE FROM CRYSTAL SPRINGS HAS BEEN IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD. So not only have they NOT owned up to their mistake, they lied about picking up merchandise, the bottles are still at the neighbors house and the 5 are still at my house, so what pray tell did he pick up? Not the water from here or next door. I am so done with CRYSTAL SPRINGS WATER for their incompetence.

We purchase over $600 worth of water from them every 2 weeks and it has been 4 weeks since they charged my account and have missed 4 delivery times as of now. Let me change that We attempted to purchase water Not to mention you have to stay on hold for a solid 50-70 mins to get anyone on the phone and they just tell you lies to get you off the phone. This company is an absolute joke. If you have corporate account ordering 84 cases of water every 2 weeks to keep their guys healthy in the heat why would you not be delivering that product ?

797 complaints on the BBB in the last 3 years. That embarrassing. Crystal springs sent me an email letting me know water was delivered on my delivery date (last wed) when it actually wasn’t. I got home. My 4 empty bottles were/are still sitting there. Apparently this is a common complaint with other folks as well. I spoke to them on wed evening and they told me that they would have my water delivered on Thursday. It was not. Same conversation on Thursday and they said they would have my water delivered on Friday. It was not. I spoke with them on Friday and canceled my account. And then I got a bill that night for the water that was not delivered on Wednesday. I spoke with them today after waiting on hold for 50 minutes and asked to speak with A supervisor. There was not one available. She said she would have one call me back. I don’t expect to hear from anybody. You guys should be ashamed of the (lack of) service that you provide.

Impossible to contact for service and billed for items I did not order or receive.Ive called each day for past two weeks, waiting over a half hourbefore giving up so I can have them come pick up the coolers and jugsthat belong to them. So far, no luck.Would give no stars if possible...

Crystal Springs is awful! I would give no stars if I could.I started getting delivery from them, just the 5 gallon water jugs, my bill started less than $35. Now it is up to $75 for the same things! I seem to be calling every single time they deliver, or rather skip my delivery. They also dont give you credit for the bottles you leave out, last time I left out SIX bottles & only got credit for 2! After them skipping my order twice, I was supposed to get a credit to my account but never did. They didnt mind swiping $75 from my bank for something that costs $8 at Walmart. Ill be cancelling as soon as they pick up the phone.

I started this service when covid-19 began. I havent had a single issue. My driver has always been kind and professional. The customer service Ive received has been consistent, including the one time I called in with questions. Its a service I intend to keep.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They kept changing the delivery day to set me up so I cancelled the service. They delivered it anyway when no one was here and left it in the hall of the building. Now they wont come and pick it up. I have called and the date to pick it up keeps getting changed. I ask for a manager to call me and they never call. I was so disappointed. All I want is for them to pick up their cooler and water.

They have been scheduled to replace my cooler all week, claimed they were coming every day for 5 days, never showed up and never called. They even missed my regular water delivery that was Friday 9/20/19, Water is good, Service is awful. Everyone claims they will send it to their manager and nothing happens.

I seriously dont understand why everyone is giving such a bad review. I have been using the service for almost a year and have had no issues with customer service or delivery. The delivery guy is super nice and always prompt. I follow the online schedule and make delivery adjustments as needed and pay bill online, how much easier can it get? Sure does beat carrying 40 pound bottles in and out of my vehicle.

Do not use this service! The lazy delivery drivers will mark it as delivered and will not have even shown up! We also had an issue with them leaving bottles outside on the sidewalk in the shopping center of our office door on the sidewalk when we were closed! Horrible customer service when calling them also! Not satisfied at all!

They raise the prices substantially at least once a year and now they’ve changed their policy so that you have to jump through hoops if a bottle is cracked and pours all over your kitchen so that you can sit on the phone and waste even more time after cleaning up a huge mess. They’re 33% more expensive than primo (after your “entry pricing” expires) and they’re 100% not worth it.

The water was fine but the delivery service was HORRIBLE!!! They were suppose to make my delivery on a Tuesday and never showed and never notified me that they were not coming. I then received an automated call saying they were coming on Friday. After calling twice and being assured someone was coming no one showed up again. When I call the service line they said they would try and get someone out a week and a half later. I cancelled my service immediately!!

This company has not been cooperative to a situation which has occurred. A field representative has lied and said he delivered water to me and he hasnt. They took money from my bank account and has refused to return it. They have given me the run around for over three weeks and im so tired of this situation. Im cancelling services with this company, i would not recommend this company with dishonest field representatives who are stealing and charging wrongfully to others.

If it were possible to give a half of a star I would. I have been without water service for my business and have continuously called and requested my services be replenished. Multiple times I was promised a delivery would come, and multiple times I was disappointed. BEWARE if you decided to do business with these guys.

I have yet to receive my water from September 25th. I’ve called multiple times and hasn’t been resolved. No one locally has returned my calls. I really don’t understand what is going on with this company. Worst customer service follow up I’ve ever felt with. Terrible!

Now they are charging more for a different type of water that i did not request.I pay ever month automatically withdrawn from my account. and i just went one full month without water. I had to call because i ran out.delivery is terrible.I get billed for stuff i did not order, and of coarse i did not get either.i am having to wait one hour on the phone to clean up the messI am changing company

I cannot get customer service ever!!!! I am being charged every month for two coolers when I only have one. I call and I am put on hold indefinitely!!! I hang up after 30 minutes and choose to write a letter, which is never corrected and I never get a response! I cant even get to a department to cancel! I thought if I went through that department somebody would help!
