The best place to get tire work done in Richmond...been going here for my vehicles for years

Great guys and was very helpful cant go wrong and prices are very reasonable.I come from jersey to VA alot my car always have a new problem after long drives but every time I came here they made it easy got me in and out very quick.

I give the brake shop an A+ because when I took my vehicle there last month for rotors and brakes on the front I was showed the brake hoses inthefrontandback. Being a single woman, most of the time by my experiences auto shops was always trying to take advantage of me to get more money. Well I really appreciate the men at the brake shop because I never would have known that the brake hoses were worn, cracking and in such bad shape that my life was in danger every time I drove the vehicle. Getting auto work done is expensive because of the labor, but the money is worth it to save your life and possibly someone elses life. I will get up under my vehicle if I see anything leaking, I check my own fluids and I learn as much as I can about my vehicle because in the late 90s I learned a valuable lesson when I didnt know my ex-husband never checked the brake fluid. One day I had the go from 55mph to 25mph at a roundabout and realized I had no brakes. The scariest part was I had my daughter in the car. Since then I make sure my car gets fed what it needs and gets its checkups just like I do. If you dont take care of your vehicle like your body, the consequences can be devastating. So my advice every female is know your vehicle like you know your body.

Didnt want to change my brakes because of suspension modification and big wheels.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience here. They resolved the brake problem on my 97 Dakota quickly and accurately and went out of there way to explain what and how they did it. Really thought this truck was headed for the junkyard before this. Wish I had come here first. (Another shop had it for several weeks and gave up) Very fair pricing. Highly recommended!

My dad is a car mechanic and an honest one in Louisiana. I have been looking for a respectable shop, so i asked my boss Jeff. Showed up at 4pm on a Friday being the last day of the month to get an inspection and oil change. I called earlier in the day to let them know I would be there around 3:45 to 4:00. My boss spoke highly of them. I show up at 4 on the dot as stated during the phone call. There were 2 employees sitting down surfing their phone. Then one employee waddles his way into the office while tipping his drink up. I stated the reason of my visit, he states they dont have time. I said, what about just doing the inspection and not both, but the guy told me there was a place down the street as they couldnt. My fault for not getting it done sooner. Sounds like the same type of employees that USED to work for me. I wont be back.

I would avoid if possible took vehicle twice to them failed 2nd time fixed what was wrong the first Time I took my truck somewhere else the mech said theres no Exhaust leak that was bs all I had was a miss fire if yall money scam for unnecessary bs go else where as of today as Im typing the the mech just brought my vehicle out with a 9/16 At 11:27am

Super service great prices

Brake & Rotors were done, however my brakes sound worse now than when I dropped my car off. I have been back twice with no solution to my brakes still grinding.
