My party and I came from out of town (2 hours away) for this bridal shop! I had found them on IG and fell in love with so many of the gowns shown. Emily and Amanda were the BEST! I felt so seen, heard, and celebrated by these two. They were so knowledgable and friendly! I actually find my dream dress that day and I am so excited to wear it! Annalise Bridal is PERFECTION.

Annalise came highly recommended from other brides in Richmond VA. It was the only place I tried on dresses - I found my dream dress during my first appointment. They were super helpful and friendly during the entire process. They notified me when the dress arrived and I was so excited I left work early in order to pick it up that day! Just like any wedding dress - the sample is going to fit way differently than the custom dress you order for your big day. My dress was purchased during a trunk show - meaning it wasnt an item they carried at all times. It was also made from crepe - a material that is unique and is sometimes less forgiving than other materials. Unfortunately the dress that arrived ended up not being my dream dress... I was so overwhelmed and confused but instead of stating my feelings in the boutique, my mom paid the balance and we left with the gown. Later that evening I realized I was not happy (actually pretty unhappy) with the dress we received. I contacted the designer and Annalise to see if there was anything we could do - expecting the worst but hoping for the best. Annalise responded immediately and said they wanted to make sure I was happy on one of the biggest days of my life. They went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure I was in my dream dress - contacting the designer, recommending the best seamstress to fix my issues (part of the dress had to be completely remade), meeting me at my first fitting (with the sample I originally tried on), helping us decide on what needed to be done, following up on fittings and so much more. Long story short... If I could give Annalise a 10/10 star rating I would. I will be recommending Annalise to anyone and everyone looking for a wedding dress. The owner could have easily turned me away - we took the dress out of their showroom and paid the balance - but she sincerely wanted to make sure I was taken care of and happy on my wedding day. It really speaks volumes of the owner and how she did everything in her power to make sure one customer was happy. I felt absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and I know this would not have been possible if it werent for Annalise Bridal Boutique and their loving owner!!

Annalise Bridal Boutique is the best of the best! Lindsey and her staff took incredible care of my bridal needs. There were numerous gorgeous gowns to try on and I felt they took their time with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. I didn’t need to look anywhere else. My expectations were exceeded and I can’t recommend them enough.

We did not feel welcomed by the staff. Some of the sample dresses were torn and in bad condition. Hannah was checking her watch bc she was leaving early that day. No one asked who the bride brought with her. My daughter felt like she had to make conversation during her fitting. She definitely was not made to feel special. The staff overall was not friendly or welcoming to us. The boutique was very warm which they did apologize for the AC in the older building. We ended up going to another boutique in Newport News today and it was a totally different experience! There were more dresses in more realistic sizes, the boutique was cool and comfortable but most of all Carmen was an absolute dream to work with. My daughter was given the treatment she deserves at Blush Boutique.

I couldnt have dreamed a better wedding dress appointment! The service at Annalise is absolutely exceptional. During my appointment I never felt rushed, they never pulled a dress over my budget, they let me try on whatever I wanted, and it made for such a wonderful, positive dress shopping experience for me and my guests. I would recommend making an appointment at Annalise for any bride who wants a stress-free experience finding THE dress!

Annalise is the best! Lindsey was amazing to work with. I didnt find the dress I was looking for on my first visit. Lindsey helped me design a custom gown under budget. I would recommend Annalise to anyone looking for a personalized experience. The team is very flexible and accommodating they even allowed Sunday appointments because I live out of town.

My aunt and I had a wonderful experience at Annalise Bridal! Lindsey was the women who worked with me for my appointment and she was very personable. She was especially patient with me while I set my phone up to FaceTime with my Mom and Grandma back in New Jersey where I am from which really made me feel respected. I love that they give you a 2 hour appointment window as well because one thing I was nervous about was feeling rushed to try on as many dresses as I could and make a decision fast but I didnt feel rushed at all and I was able to make a decision with no pressure. They have a beautiful selection of gowns at this establishment and the shop is extremely clean. Definitely will recommend this shop to others!

The ladies at Annalise Bridal made my wedding dress purchase easy, fun and the way every girl dreams it should be. Lindsey made sure I tried on a bunch of different dresses to make sure I found what I wanted and pulled the best accessories to complete my bridal look. I would hands down recommend Annalise to every new bride looking for a private and personal wedding dress experience in the Richmond area!

Ill start by saying that I did not find my gown at Annalise Bridal. That being said, I still think that my appointment at Annalise Bridal has probably been my favorite wedding dress shopping experience out of the three stores in total that I visited. Nowhere else I went made me feel as special and pampered as the people at Annalise did.When my party and I arrived, we had to ring a doorbell to enter the store since the door is locked. I think they do this so that you only have one appointments worth of people in the store at a time. That is a GREAT touch because that means there is no one else in the store to distract you, your guests, or your consultant. As soon as we entered, I was greeted by name by my consultant, who was the absolute sweetest person I have ever met. She immediately asked us if we would like anything to drink and gave us all champagne. We also brought our own bottle of champagne, which they kept refrigerated for us until we were ready for it. Then she showed us all of the racks of dresses and how they were separated. She let us pick whatever gowns we wanted, and she also picked out a couple to start with as well based on a consultation that I had completed online ahead of time. She was very mindful of my budget, and she did a great job of picking out gowns I liked. She helped me change in and out of each gown, and she didnt make me feel uncomfortable about being in my bra and underwear around her. She also clipped my gowns really well so that they fitted me well. That helped me envision how they would actually look after alterations. There are also a lot of windows near the pedestal and mirrors, so there was a ton of light to help me see the dresses I was trying on. What I really liked was that she talked to me a lot about my wedding and my fiance while she was helping me get dressed. I am getting married near York, Pennsylvania, and coincidentally she was from that area (not sure if this was a total coincidence or if they had assigned her as my consultant based on this information from my consultation - either way, it helped us connect more, and that was awesome). As the appointment went on, she continued to pull more dresses for me based on the comments I made, and the gowns she picked out really did get closer and closer to what I wanted. She also let my guests and I go back through the racks again to make sure we hadnt missed anything the first time. In total, I tried on 11 gowns in the span of 2 hours. I couldnt believe how much time they gave me; nowhere else I went let me stay for that long. I never felt like I was in a rush, so I was able to really take my time to look at a gown, evaluate what I liked and disliked about it, and consider my guests opinions. My consultant never made me feel pressured into picking a gown that day and even said that I could come back again another time since theyre always getting new dresses in. This is really important. Do NOT ever let anyone pressure you into picking a gown. My consultant never made me feel like I was being a burden or like I was complaining too much about the dresses I was trying on. I could tell that she genuinely just wanted me to have a wonderful experience and to not settle for anything that wasnt perfect for me. She even looked into the possibility of having a gown customized by the designer to see if I would like it better that way, and the store sent me a photo of an example of the customization about a week after my appointment. I still decided I didnt love the gown even with the customization, but the people at Annalise did not seem upset by that at all. Whether or not you live in Richmond, I highly recommend Annalise Bridal to anyone who wants to have a pampering, relaxing, not stressful, fun, and informative wedding dress shopping experience. Even though I have found my gown elsewhere, I wish I could go back to Annalise just to relive it all again.

Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the gowns, designers, and options available at her shop, Lindsey is also so kind and customer focused. She truly wants you to find your dream dress and has the most beautiful gowns to choose from. Ive been to many bridal salons over the past few months. The space at Annalise is gorgeous, the atmosphere welcoming and laid back, and the service was wonderful. I had a good feeling about Annalise when I first discovered it while driving by. Little did I know that I would find my dress there!! Lindsey was so helpful throughout. This was the first shop I went to and after going to 3 other bridal salons in 2 days, I immediately called Annalise Bridal back and asked when they could see me again! They were able to fit me in the very next day. The owner, Lindsey was friendly, easy to work with and accommodating. She is also a clip MASTER! All of the dresses I tried on were of varying sizes, but she was able to clip me into the sample dresses as if they had been made for me, which made it a lot easier to envision what my dress would like on my wedding day! The gowns they carry are GORGEOUS and I had the hardest time picking the one, but Lindsey was more than happy to help me try on a dress as many times as I needed to narrow it down and make my decision. And Im happy to say, I finally found the dress I will wear on my wedding day. I have so many wonderful things to say about Lindsay I dont even know where to start! Shes sweet, patient, and has a wonderful selection of gorgeous gowns to try on. I didnt feel any pressure buying my gown and since she only books one appointment at a time I had her undivided attention throughout my entire appointment. The experience at Annalise Bridal Boutique was so amazing compared to other salons in the area. First, I was the only bride in the salon during my appointment which makes the experience so much more enjoyable. Lindsey was absolutely great. She was more interested in my happiness than in her sale. She did not pressure me into a decision, and actually said she loves when brides take their time in making a decision. After visiting Annalise in the morning and another shop in the afternoon I called Lindsey back to see if I could swing back by to try on my favorites again. She was willing to squeeze me in between 2 other appointments, and when I came back I ended up picking a different dress than I expected and Lindsey was so much help in the decision! She asked a seamstress specific questions for me to get a quote for the alterations which helped me in my decision making process. I cant say enough nice things! The entire experience at Annalise Bridal is great and I am so happy that Richmond now has an option like this!

Just amazing in every way! Annalise was the second shop I visited and I thought the first shop was going to be impossible to top, but Lindsey topped it. What stood out the most for me was that she really listened to my likes and dislikes for each dress and was constantly offering customization ideas rather than just grabbing a whole different dress to try. After trying on several dresses, I realized I loved the top of one dress with the skirt of a different dress. Before jumping into custom ordering a dress, she pulled up the designers new collection and showed me a dress that was just about exactly the style I was going for. She was able to snag the dress in between trunk shows for me to come in and try on and that ended up being THE dress. She knows what she is doing and I never would have known my dress even existed if she hadnt been paying so close attention to what I wanted and thinking about options that werent even in stores yet. You will not be disappointed at Annalise Bridal!!!

I drove from Virginia Beach, Virginia to visit Annalise Bridal Boutique and it was well worth the 1.5 hour drive! My ladies and I had the BEST TIME with Lindsey and her team. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable about their dresses. Their customer service and patience and honesty says it all. I would totally recommend any future bride to check this boutique out!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Annalise! I visited the bridal boutique twice: the first time to try on several dresses, and the second time to make a decision. The team is so sweet, knowledgable, comfortable and never pushy! Plus, they have the most amazing selection of dresses and an absolutely beautiful space: this combined with the team (and the individualized attention) really does give you that special bridal experience. I couldnt recommend Annalise enough!

My fiancé bought her dress here and LOVED the experience and all the designer dresses. Also, multiple other friends of mine bought their dresses here and had a great experience. They have beautiful dresses in their window that they rotate frequently, and have classic timeless designs. If you are looking for a deal, I have heard they have ‘trunk shows’ occasionally. Giving them 5 stars because all my friends and fiancé who have bought from Annalise can only say the best of things about their buying experience!

Lindsey offer brides in Richmond something new, fresh, and unique. She carries designers you wont find in much of the rest of the state and her boutique is simply lovely. If you are looking for couture wedding dresses, Annalise is your place!

My head was spinning by the time I made it to Annalise Bridal Boutique! Lindsey was so kind and patient, and dealt with both my entourage and me and all of our opinions!! The dresses are gorgeous, and Lindsey listened to my thoughts and gave her own opinions as well without being intrusive. The appointments are one on one and you have the shop to yourself which was super nice. At no point did I feel the least bit rushed or pressured, and even came back the next day to finalize my decision! I am THRILLED with my dress and cannot wait to wear it! I would highly recommend both Lindsey and Annalise Bridal Boutique!!!

I tried on dresses at 3 locations in Richmond, VA and 3 locations in Wilmington, NC and out of all of them this was by far the best experience. It is a very personal atmosphere, clean, and the owner is very hospitable!!

Do not buy a dress without going to Annalise! I went to 3 other places before landing at this shop and it was by far the best experience.
