Last year my sisters and i gave a birthday party for my mother. Paper Plus staff were so helpful with selecting napkins to be personalized. I will use them again.

Highly disappointed! I am planning our first holiday party for my medical office. I stopped in to look and order invitations for our staff. Unfortunately, I was not greeted when I walked in and didnt feel welcomed at all. I found something that I liked so I tried to get assistance...I waited...I saw 3 women who worked there (it took me forever to figure out that they did because they didnt wear anything to identify themselves) but they were all talking to one lady which was a bit frustrating so I quietly exited the store after 5-10 minutes of waiting. I then went to Carytowns Merrymakers because I still needed invitations...I walked in, cheerfully greeted and directed to the right person, Camille. Invitations were ordered in 20 minutes. She was very knowledgeable and efficient.I guess if you look a certain way, you may have success with this establishment but I will not be going back there...ever.
