My bridesmaids looked absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day! I loved the portal offered via Bella Bridesmaids because it made it extremely easy for my girls to order their dresses! Thank you so much for everything!

Whoever I just spoke to on the phone was very rude. Seemed like she had an attitude and didn’t want to be working there. Luckily I’m just a bridesmaid and not the bride, because I would never patronize this place otherwise. First impressions are very important, and that was piss poor. Not looking forward to my fitting now.

I went to Bella Bridesmaids not once, not twice, but three times as I tried to find the perfect look for my bridesmaids. The shop was so patient and accommodating as I continued to return, unsure of my decision. Ultimately I decided on a beautiful Amsale gown. As the ordering deadline for the gowns approached, at the peak of COVID 19, Bella Bridesmaids provided virtual assistance in guiding my girls in obtaining their measurements, and remained readily available for questions and concerns as they arose. The dress order came in earlier than expected which allowed ample time for any needed alterations.

The appointment only schedule is really inconvenient and the staff is not overly welcoming or flexible. We were instructed to order dresses by a certain date- which we did, but I was later called and told that my custom dress would not arrive before the wedding. However I could get the same dress 4 sizes larger because it was available now... that doesnt sound custom to me. Additionally the prices are way overpriced for the awful customer service or lack there of.

Based on the reviews left by previous customers I was extremely hesitant to try this shop. However, I will be the first person to say that the previous reviews definitely do not reflect my views or experience with this store at all. I am extremely pleased with the service that has been offered to me and my bridal party by Bella Bridesmaids on Patterson Avenue. I initially went into the store with an idea of the style of dress I wanted. I found a dress but realized that it did not run in the sizes I needed. The sales person that day provided me with similar styles that fit all size bridesmaids. I was able to review the additional styles and pick the dress I wanted. I cannot call out a single name of a person that helped me because everyone was so helpful. The whole entire store has treated me like I want and need to be treated in this stressful time. They called me to reassure me when I freaked out because my bridal party was slow on ordering their dresses. The email response time is out of this world fast and every single person I have come into contact with has been absolutely amazing. I literally could go on and on about them but they have been perfection. I will and have recommended this store to everyone that comes across my path...you guys rock!!

Set up an appointment to try on bridesmaids dresses with all the bridesmaids and the bride. The bride, my friend, already knew the color she wanted but that was all she really had in mind. There were 4 of us there in total. I dont remember the name of the associate who helped (sorry! she had long brown hair though), but she was fantastic!! We were all a bit worried about how it would go (after looking at reviews), but she was perfect from start to finish. She brought out multiple shades for my friend to choose from and then once my friend decided on the color she liked, she pulled a ton of styles for us to try on. We all just started alternating dresses while she handed us new ones, helped clip them to us for fit, and even gave us her opinion on a few of the styles and which she liked on us. She was great for confidence boosting too haha. By the end of the hour we were laughing and joking with her like she had joined our friend group lol. All in all it was a fantastic appointment. We tried on nearly all the styles in the color we had chosen in that hour and she walked us through what the ordering process looked like, how we should time ordering our dresses, and when we should come back in to get measured (as we didnt want to get measured that day). We all got in the car after the appointment and couldnt stop talking about how easy it was and how much we liked the associate who helped us. Dont base going here on the reviews, Im not sure what the other associates are like but ours was so great!!

The staff was really rude. I was between two sizes and they didnt have a single dress by the designer (Jenny Yoo) in either of those two sizes. I was only able to try on one dress that was three sizes too large, and a few dresses that were too small. Such a waste of time.

Poorly Greeted when we walked in. It was the bride and I looking for bridesmaids dresses when we did the consultation it was more of an interrogation and we were asked why we were looking for dresses a year in advance. When we went to look for dresses the lady walked away and we were left without any direction.

I had an appointment for a fitting here and was thoroughly impressed with the customer service, patience, and willingness to assist in any way that the staff showed me. From making my appt the week before to the day of my appt every employee was courteous and able to provide me with all the answers to my questions. As a plus size woman, bridesmaid dress fitting can be a little overwhelming, but Elizabeth ( who I realized at the end of the appt is actually the owner of this location) was so sweet and really wanted me to find the fit that would work best for me. I can’t say enough about this location, it was a breath of fresh air to have experienced this type of customer service. I will definitely keep them in mind for the future !

I have gone in twice now (in the past month) to try on and purchase 2 separate bridesmaids dresses and had a GREAT experience both times. The women who work there were accommodating and helpful. I wear a larger size and I didnt feel like I was treated differently or made to feel bad about it. They worked with me to find a dress in the right material/color/fit/cut that I wanted. I have nothing but great things to say about them! My dress was ordered and came in 3 weeks ahead of schedule. Its unfortunate to see negative reviews of this shop. My only comment to people who werent pleased with ordering times/prices for fast delivery is this- locally-owned, independent shops cannot compete with websites or large chain stores on quick shipping and lower prices. You cannot fault them for higher payments on rush orders. That is out of their control. You also need to be aware of bridal season prom season formal season...this isnt just a made up thing. There are busy times of year for these industries. You cannot fault them on being delayed on things or not doing things in the time frame YOUD like. These dresses are typically made to order, so it obviously can take some time! This shop was one of the most pleasant bridesmaid shopping experiences Ive had and Ive been in 4 weddings. Easy to communicate with and very helpful throughout the whole process for all my girls. even ones that were throughout the country.

I dont appreciate walking into a shop and feeling like I am an inconvenience but that is something I can let slide if the bride is happy. But then when we ordered our dresses we were sent a confirmation for a specific amount stating that was the amount that would be drafted out of our account. Then when they finally put the order thru a week later they add the designer fee for plus sizes without informing us of them. When we called to ask why we werent informed of it we were answered with a snotty well it says it could be applied. They will not be getting mine or any of my friends business after this transaction.

Elizabeth and Annie were very helpful for finding my dress. I was actually looking at bridesmaids dresses as non-traditional, and way less expensive and hot, wedding dresses. The Jenny Yoo Brielle dress Bella Bridesmaid carries was perfect. The girls were super helpful with providing honest feedback about the options that I tried on, and we all agreed on the Brielle dress. I recently got married and the dress photographs beautifully and looks great on.

I am Getting married next month out of town.My Bridal shop that myself and my Bridal party are using is Bridal Elegance .They didnt have the dress that I wanted my 14 year old daughter to wear in the wedding.Someone highly recommended Bella to me.I called and inquired about the dress .I was interested in for my daughter.I spoke with Karen .She was great at communicating with me through email .When we went to our appointment.It was two young ladies who assisted us.That appointment was ok.They were Definetely not as friendly,professional or welcoming .As the PHENOMINAL customer service I have received at Bridal Elegance.I went two weeks ago to pick up my daughters dress.We were not greeted when we walked in.No one was visible.We were the only customers in the store.As we walked towards the back .A lady came out and said Oh HI ! I told her I was picking up the dress for my daughter.Gave her the name,she said YEP got it.Handed me the dress and said have a good day.I kept my professionalism but I wanted to give her some advise.On providing good customer service.I asked her where could my daughter try the dress on?Her response we dont do alterations here.In which Im already aware of that.And I told her I was aware.She says you can go in there if you want.We came out of the fitting room .I asked the lady what She thought about the fit.She did share her thoughts .She continued to rush us and said whoever does the alterations will get you straight.Once my daughter got dressed .We came out no one was visible again.We left we were never told goodbye or a thank you .For the business.Not to mention the mesh on this Wtoo gown was so cheaply made.The dress doesnt seem like the best quality at all.Dissapointed about that as well.I spent over 200 dollars for it and we are stuck with it at this point.Your business Definetely didnt deserve my money or my time .I spent close to 5,000 in Bridal Elegance.And the owner and her team provide their clients with outstanding service.They definitely make you feel appreciated .With a stellar experience.They greet you as soon as you walk in .Not to mention a consultant stays with you the entire appointment! I will never recommend this shop to anyone here in the area.I shared my experience with the owner at my shop.And my Bridal consultant they couldnt believe the service that was given to me.
