Love her Lip products! Tracked her down to buy more after 2 years! She is a beauty and she creates the same in the world.

I was suppose to be seen by Victoria, but something came up and she had to schedule me with one of her assistants. Which was fine, I understood she was busy. Her assistant was incredibly kind, but my make up for my wedding was disgusting. My entire face was ORANGE. You could see where my face was orange and my actual skin tone because there was no blending, but the make up she used...there was no way you could blend. I am pale, so you can only imagine what orange and someone who is extremely pale looks like. I didn’t even Notice it while I was in the studio, because of the lighting. Once her assistant took pictures and showed me I kind of saw where my skin tone was extremely off. I just thought maybe it was the way the lighting in the photo was taken. I tipped and left. Once I ran into the bathroom to get a better look. I bursted into tears. I had to hide my face because I was so embarrassed of people looking at me. This happened on my wedding day which was October 17th. My venue was 1 hour and 27 min away. I had got on the road by 1:40. Was at my venue at 3:21. My wedding began at 4pm. The timing would of never been an issue had my makeup been done correctly. All I would of had to do, is slip into my dress.My cousin had to drop what she was doing and take my make up off. She also could not believe the price I paid to look the way I did on my own wedding day. Either way my cousin did glam me up. I am extremely upset that I had paid so much and my make up was AWFUL. The only thing that was done that was fine, was my hair. I do not recommend coming here. I didn’t get a refund, nothing. Victoria emailed me about how “sorry” she was. When I asked if I could either get a refund or at least some of my money back she went MIA. Which is unacceptable and not how you run a business and definitely not how you treat a customer.

She is the BEST make up artist in RVA! She was accommodating, knowledgeable and extremely professional. She also made my daughter and I feel so comfortable and confident! We are forever clients!

Victoria is Amazing in every way. I met her almost 4 years ago after booking her for my wedding makeup and she did my entire group of bridesmaids making everyone feel beautiful. I have also referred her for several brides since then (as I’m a photographer) and every one of them has loved her. Most recently I booked a class to perfect my own skills and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is great at what she does and it’s a joy that she loves to share her knowledge with others. I have now attended multiple classes with her and see such a difference I my own skill set thanks to her!!

OMG I came to Victoria after the previous artist I had originally booked had to cancel. Victoria had a very busy wedding day but took us inspite of being tired. My sister and I were gorgeous for her house wedding! The best soft glam and hair artist Everrrrr! 💕

Today’s experience is one that I will never forget! Victoria Berkeley is hands down the BEST AT WHAT SHE DOES! She provided me with basic makeup knowledge from what brush to use, how to use it! She answered every question that I could come up with to help me beat my face in a day to day basis. I am now able to do my face in the morning and at night for date night!! Loved every minute of it. Let her offer a refresher course I am there! Thank you for everything! 🥰

I scheduled a hair and makeup appointment several weeks out for a wedding. I confirmed with Victoria the day before. One hour before my scheduled appointment she canceled. This was only a few hours before the wedding so I didn’t have enough time to schedule anything else. This was incredible unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was very disappointed that I was not able to get my hair and makeup done for the wedding.

She made sure our make-up was on point and also was on standby in case we needed a touch up. I would highly recommend her for your next event.

Our session was FANTASTIC. It was for a taping for television and she nailed mine and my daughters makeup! Flawless and fast! I am booking a one on one session because I don’t even know where to begin to fill my bag with essentials should we have a quick Skype mtg or something! I think I need some tutoring!
