I got my phone screen fixed from them a few months ago- everything seemed fine except the colors on the screen looked off (I didn’t really care so I just moved on)... a few days later THE SCREEN CRACKED AGAIN! I barely dropped it! I let it go for a while and more and more pieces just fell out without me dropping it- until my touch screen completely stopped working. I took it back to get the repair and it seemed fine.. a day later the touch screen didn’t work again! I had to pop the screen back in (???) they hadn’t secured it properly to my phone or something but once I popped it in it worked again.I got an otter box to make sure I wouldn’t shatter it again. Then about a week after I got it fixed and got the otter box on THE SCREEN SHATTERED AGAIN! I dropped it about a foot from the ground, and a huge chunk of the screen just popped out!! The whole screen is still just popping in and out of my phone, I have to snap it back in for the touch screen to work.What a total waste of my money. They must use really cheap replacement screens or something- because I never break my phone screen, and ever since getting one replaced by them I break it once a month. DO NOT GO TO THEM.

The guys that work there are all family. Really good people. They are friendly and warm, and will do their utmost best in working with you to give you the best service. They hold true to their warranty and if any problem should possibly arise with your device or whatever it is you will buy from there, they will fix it for you, no problem. This is the most unprofessional place that I have dealt with when it comes down to a phone. This will be the 3rd time I have been to this place for the same issue. I went in with a broken screen OK they replaced it with another one after paying the $90...I noticed that my screen was cracked again didnt drop it or anything so another $90 I paid...3rd time my screen cracked again on its own this time I refuse to pay another $90 the store manager himself skipped over the reason I was there which was the way this store does things is to keep you coming in paying all this money for reasons that are not of your own. The screen repair guy there doesnt fixes the problem correctly instead causes more problems to keep you coming back to spend more money. They dont see eye to eye at this store with their customer. I thought this store was perfect but after seeing my screen was cracking on its own not being dropped or bang against other items but because of the type of way this store is repairing the phones and then charging you for their errors I REFUSE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AND SHOULD TO AS WELL....DO NOT USE THIS STORE***************************************Since I cant post a response to you from here Ill add it here. Note that we can go back and forth on this if you would I still stand by the fact that your crew at this store is a SCAM!!! Ill be glad to post a picture and bring it back to the store to see the negligence and poor customer service that you guys offer there. Sold me a joke phone crashed little after the fort teen days to return I would not buy another thing they would tell you NEW but it truly is not seems like refurbished phone go somewhere to get some better service. I am ready to leave Sprint Im on the phone with a representative that says I just passed the 14 day Mark and acting like they are not giving me any help and basically they would have to ship me a new phone two weeks with no service and no phone no nothing what kind of help is that rep gave me a bogus number that was not the number to this location if I was Sprint I would fire and we hire someone that wants to work and do their job correctly what I would say is one as quick as you can and leave Sprint there are no help at all.

I experienced very good and knowledgeable service and got a great price on a like-new Droid Turbo. The owner worked with me to find the best phone he had in stock for the tasks I used most. My only negative would be that I ordered a case for my phone and was told it would be a week, but took a month. This may have been out of their control and I certainly wouldnt hold that against them. The location is good and central to Richmond. I would recommend Broadway Wireless.

I had a terrible screen crack on my iPhone 5c, and was headed out of town in a few short hours. After some calling around I was referred to Broadway Wireless, and I needed the repair done fast. The staff was friendly, they did a great job with my repair and I got on my way in about 30 minutes with a working phone, and a clear new screen without making a huge dent in my wallet. Thanks guys! So much better than having to make an appointment and drive out to Short Pump. Ill be back.

Once again, I found myself here because I am way too clumsy with my phone. Wessam and Sofia were more than helpful. They are so reasonable and that is the #1 quality I look for in a business. The service here was fantastic! I had one phone with a broken screen and when they realized they didnt have a replacement, they went to another store and found the screen that I needed so it could be replaced the same day.I had a second phone that I dropped into a full can of paint, which I brought with me mostly just for kicks. I really didnt think anything could be done to salvage it. But, to my surprise, they told me they could make it work and they did.I walked into the store with zero functional phones and walked out with 2! I highly recommend this store; they truly went above and beyond. Thanks again for all of your help!

They are really great people here, good at repairing most iPhone and common Android devices. Some phone models are more difficult for them to repair, but that is more an issue with the manufacturers. I will come here again.

The customer service is terrible, the products are incredibly overpriced, they require a 30 dollar restocking fee for returns that they dont tell you about until you try to return the item, and the staff are very unfriendly and unprofessional and use harsh language. I would not recommend this store to anyone. They also bribe you with crappy deals for a review they type themselves on Google, most of these reviews are probably fake.

Had front glass replaced on my screens back in October. Screen started acting funny and took it back 3 days later and they replaced again. After the second replacement which took all of 15 minutes I found I couldnt take a selfie since there is some kind of film over the lens. Not a big deal however when The home button feel off and the screen cracked. I took it to another place and they explained why the camera didnt work right and showedMe the quality of the glass as well Price is not everything
