Brought my iPhone 8+ in here because it was water damaged. Was charged $100 for them to clean out the phone and remove the water. Came back a day later and the phone was still in the exact same condition. Screen not responding to touch. Was then told by the owner that they could have a solder technician come in and possibly fix the phone through a different method. I was told if it wasnt fixed after that, I would not be charged, but if it worked, it would be another $130. I told them no, just give me the phone back. So $100 spent and nothing for it. In fact, I think they messed the phone up worse, because I can see a shard of glass in the camera lens that wasnt there before. Also, if the phone is squeezed slightly it turns off. This was not the case before. I believe it was not put back together correctly.So I try transferring everything to my backup phone and soon realize that I dont have a recent backup of my data, and now I call back asking about the second method I was told about, because I need the data off my old phone. I am now told the owner doesnt remember saying anything about not charging me if the fix doesnt work, and that it will be $50 minimum if it doesnt work still and $130 if it works. Very frustrating to hear I will have to spend at least another $50 after already spending $100, and could still end up with a brick $150 later. Especially since the owner initially told me it would be free if the phone was still broken. Very disappointed with my experience here.

These people are unbelievably GREAT! Super quick, price is not the cheapest, but the Quality of work is exceptional. I have never cracked a screen on 3 generations of Iphone, but did recently and was not happy. Bringing it here returned my JOY. Well done! Highly recommended!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE TO BE REPAIRED. I WAS TOLD AS SOON AS THE PART CAME IN THEY WOULD HAVE IT FIXED IN 15 MINUTES. PART ORDERED WENT TO THE WRONG STORE/TOWN. THEN AFTER SEVERAL MORE DAYS IT CAME IN AND IT WAS THE WRONG PART, I EVEN GOT AN E-MAIL THAT THEY WERE REPAIRING IT THEN, AT 12:00/noon. I WAITED A FEW HOURS AND HE SAID HE JUST SENT THE E-MAIL 15 MINUTES AGO. WRONG!!!!! I FINALLY WENT TO PICK IT UP, TIRED OF ALL THE LIES. AND IT WAS DEAD!!!!! BEFORE IT WAS FLICKERING, NOW DEAD and no offer to refund my $50.00 for an almost 2 week wait and nothing. That phone had pictures of my sons wedding in my backyard and my only granddaughters birth in the labor room and my son holding her for the first time. I had stressed over and over that getting my photos off the phone was my only concern and was told over and over that We can fix that for you WRONG!!!!!

I went to the CPR in Richmond and had a wonderful experience. I cant remember the name of the young lady that helped me but she was wonderful and took the extra time to clean out the speakers on my phone. Would highly recommend for any cell phone repair needs!

Took my note 10+ in for a new battery a few months back. Got it back and at first it seemed to do ok. Within 24 hours my screen stopped working. They broke my screen. They replaced it, but the back glass wasnt flush. The back glass has now separated and my battery life is a joke again.I called and left a message friday about getting them to fix their screw up again. It is after 6pm on Monday and they did not call back. I knew I should have gone to the one in hamburg where they have more competent people.

Went in monday and was quoted $469 for a screen repair. its a macbook. that price is hard to beat! but they had no techs in so i called tuesday morning to confirm the quote and make sure they had techs. told me the quote included labor and parts and to come in. came in, stood for 15 mins while the girl at the counter (who was wonderful) called the owner to verify, and he decided that his final price was $550. absolute bull. make sure you get a written quote because the owner apparently wont honor his employees word or the employees are just guessing with a customers bank account on the line.

They didnt have my type of phone screen when I called and asked. The next day they called me and said that it was in stock now. I showed up the next day. At first they said it was out of stock but after mentioning I called the other day turns out they saved a screen for me. Repair didnt take very long and it was a bit busy when they was doing it.Only problem is if I didnt mention I called I wouldnt have had my phone fixed that day.

Broke the lcd behind the screen on my iPhone 8 which was covered under insurance, but it was going to be an 80$ service fee + shipping and weeks without a phone to get it fixed. Called CPR and was able to drop it off, and get it fixed same day for less than 100$. Highly recommend. Staff was incredibly professional and friendly too.

I have bought 2 computers from CPR and they are perfect. Everything about them both was exactly what we ordered. They guided us through in selecting the perfect computers to best fit our needs. No high pressure sales pitch, just provided information to help us decide. I have also had several phones repaired at the Richmond CPR store as well. The price was reasonable and excellent customer service. I highly recommend CPR for any computer and/or cell phone needs you might have.

I dropped my computer off to get fixed for a NEW SCREEN and they said it would take 1 week and that sounded reasonable and about 150$ 2 weeks went by nothing from them then they called saying they put the screen on wrong and tried charging me double currently 4 weeks into this thing they called me trying to charge me 300$ after the 50$ Ive already paid upfront and 75$ I paid which they had told me would be the only charge.... Im taking my computer as of now to a different repair shop that knows what they are doing

Went there and had my battery replaced and days after it was replaced my phone started messing up. Will show 100 percent charged but shuts down if it’s not on the charger. Called to tell them about it and thought the battery was bad but they say the have no batteries and won’t fix it unless I buy a new battery. Not a very professional place to do business with.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT take any devices to CPR repairs in Richmond!! They broke my son’s Face ID, didn’t tell us about it and then offered us $20 compensation for something that will cost at least $399 to repair! When I called they admitted to breaking it and said I should have been told but they must have “forgot” but now magically their notes have been changed and the Face ID wasn’t checked and they didn’t break it. I’m beyond livid and my son left with a phone that doesn’t have a Face ID. Hope they enjoyed ripping off a child and taking money from my first responder husband (so much for them caring for and wanting to help first responders) 😡😡

I fractured the screen on my I phone 8 on Friday. I have had to charge it on a port for the past few months as well. CPR fixed it all on Friday for a VERY fair price. Quick, professional, and most importantly it works better then it has in a while. UV cleaned and delivered to my car with a smile!

Came in with my wife’s iPhone xs256 gig with an unresponsive screen, they were able to back it up and save it to a drive till I get my wife a new phone so they can put everything back on there, very professional workers and everything was done like promised. Also the price of 43.50 is amazing to be able to save my wives pics and videos, which are priceless.

I went there to get my webcam working on my computer. It was on but no picture. The staff was so very friendly and helpful. I paid the regular twenty something dollar fee. They kept my computer for about a week but kept me updated by phone. They fixed it for the cost of the fee. They are honest and I will definitely return to CPR.

Fantastic service. Got my parts in two days sooner than expected and my phone fixed in just an hour. So instead of waiting a week for my phone to get fixed, I only waited 3 days. I do wish they contacted me sooner when parts and the phone was finished. I had to call them and inquire when they said theyd call me. My iphone was rebooting constantly and we dropped it off at CPR Cell Phone repair in Richmond to see if they could repair it. Mike said he thought it was the battery and he would check it and let me know. He called within 30 minutes after we got home and said that he had replaced the battery and it was ready to pick up. Less than an hour from the time we dropped it off, I had my repaired phone and was back home. Very reasonable charge and he was so very nice and friendly. We really appreciated his help and the great service.

Everyone was very nice. Was able to fix my older IPad without any problems.

I wish I could give him way more than 5 stars. He is AMAZING. My 17-inch laptop completely fell apart and he completely fixed it. My laptop runs smoothly, the hinge was repaired, but the best part of all is, I have several stickers on the outside of my laptop and I thought I was going to have to replace them all (like $40 worth) BUT he saved every single one! The entire top half of my laptop had to be replaced and he took all of my stickers off of the old top and put all of them on the new top EXACTLY where I had them. I cannot say enough good things about him and I will for sure be going to him for all of my future problems. Absolutely incredible.

I stopped here after finding this place on the Zagg website for a warranty screen protector replacement for my iPhone. The guy who assisted me was friendly and polite. During the COVID-19 issue, they are doing curbside assistance only. I pulled up outside and called the store, and they came out to get my phone. They sanitized my phone before and after with UV light. The sanitation process added more time than usual for a screen protector replacement, but my overall experience was good.

For the first time ever, I cracked my phone screen. Everywhere tried to charge me about double what they charged me here. On top of that, I got my phone fixed in about an hour and he was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

I purchased a phone for my wife for our 14th anniversary, same day (not use to a larger phone) she dropped it cracking screen. I contacted CPR and got a quote and same day it was fixed. They even threw in a screen protector as an anniversary gift to my wife, small things like this are lost in the customer service world. My Dad’s phone wasn’t charging, within 3 hours it was fixed! Was told it either need cleaned or a new charging port. It ended up just needing to be cleaned. Extremely affordable!
