I got to this store at 10:18, 18 minutes after they had opened. The door was locked and there was a sign on the door saying Back in 15. At 10:30 an employee showed up and unlocked the door. The phone I wanted was not in stock, but i settled on another one. The clerk started to set the phone up, but then an attractive woman walked in and the clerk instantly stopped helping me to help her (this despite the fact that I had been there first, and I had a fussy baby with me). After being ignored for five minutes I left, deciding to take my business elsewhere. I will never use Cricket again.
Had a bit of trouble with my new LG Stylo 5, it wasnt working properly. None of apps or navigation keys were functioning. Attendant (didnt get his name) managed to fix it. After many attempts on various solutions, he reset phone to factory specifications. Saved me the trouble of sending it hack & getting another one.

Staff was extremely unhelpful. Throughout the time I was there the worker was on a private conversation where his friend was talking on loudspeaker. The only assistance I received was the worker dialing the cricket customer service line on my own phone.
Sadly, the young lady on duty was totally clueless !!!
I purchased a new phone and it has multiple issues Im assuming the phone was repaired and packaged back up .I didnt even bother taking it back so sick of these issues .this is the fifth phone I have bought from cricket in six months . It makes no since that I have spend all this money and still having issues .at first I thought it was the phone but after 5 I realize they are all bad . GO ELSE WHERE LADIES AND GENTS .
NOT FOUR STARS IN REAL LIFE!!!!! The rep at the Cham/Azelea store needs a store of his own or a raise I can not remember if his name was Andre or Adrian he was fast, knowledgeable and proficient.Now..... My initial experience was OK. When you come to this store have your day cleared time management is not one of their strong points. The employees move pretty slow, but over all the CELL PHONE SERVICE gets 4 stars, this particular store gets negative 5 stars. When I set up my service I asked about other locations and was told where they were but was advised its best to go to the store I got the service with. I arrive to day and the store was not opened until 10:37 (opening time is 10am). I completely understand people having emergencies but what I can not understand is it being taken out on the customer. As the rep was getting things together I brought up my initial need for coming into the store (since she could not speak when I walked into the store) she cut me off and told me I had to wait a minute while she counted her draw. At the time she was not counting her draw so I saw no problem with her being able to LISTEN while typing because she was at the computer. Obviously she could not type and listen at the same time (multi-tasking is a part of customer service). It was then expressed about how frustrated I was by already having to wait and that I do have a job as well. Instead of addressing the issue and owning her s***. She gives me all of these things that are going on with her personal life.... That is no excuse for being RUDE, it became a yelling match because what I will not tolerate is disrespected, when you come to work you life stops at the door and not on the inside of the door either. I reached out to the District Manager before the incident occurred and was advised he would follow up with me, once he figured out what was going on. After the incident in the store I reached out to advise of the disrespect and was forwarded to the voicemail after being told he would follow up with me. I ended up having to leave the store and go a different store also out of my way just so that I could get things handled. When I got to the next store the rep jumped right into the issue I was in and out in 10 mins and took care of everything!
