I went into ubreakifix this afternoon - my daughter broke off the charger end inside the port on her phone. While I dont think this is an issue they normally work on, the associate was so helpful and was able to fix it and get the phone to charge. The associate was so very considerate and kind in getting this resolved. I would absolutely come back if (when!) we have another issue with any of our phones. The customer service I received was exemplary!

I had a broken screen on my iPhone and a battery needed changing. I got into the store and was told that the phone will be fixed by the end of the day. It was fixed an hour later - my phone looked as new. Very courteous, fast and reliable, and pricing wasn’t bad either. I highly recommend it.

I am very satisfied from the sevice. My s21 ultra had camera issue (samsung mail-in service were not able to solve it). I am in the middle when it comes to this place. The customer service is good but its a bit predatory when it comes to upselling the Asurion plan. Ed convinced me to get it when he replaced the back of my phone, he assured me that all devices were covered and I would get free liquid glass on the front of my phone (which would protect my screen if I dropped it.)Well my son dropped it and the entire thing shattered. I go to my newly purchased insurance and they dont even cover phones at all. Not one. Very misleading and I am frustrated because I trusted the store. While I was there two other people were returning phones that they had fixed previously which were no longer working.I wont be going back but everyone should know youre taking a chance by going here. Your device may get fixed but its a money pit.

I dropped my phone off for repair and when I returned the man behind the counter told me the phone was “unfixable”. He then paused and began laughing because he was just “joking”. Needless to say, I didn’t find it funny. When the phone screen clicked back into place when using the phone and then the screen looked pixelated and pressed buttons itself, they told me the didn’t warranty their work when the phone was not able to be turned on when they fixed it. They explained something else could be wrong with the phone. While I understand they didn’t want to be take advantage of, the issue was clearly due to the repair work they did. It was a huge mistake to bring the phone to them. I won’t make the mistake again. Go elsewhere.UPDATE: the place not only botched the screen fix, they stripped the screws so the phone cannot be opened. Therefore the phone cannot be fixed. Worst experience ever!!!

I give one star because u have to in order to write review. I bought my ps4 there. They said it needs a hard drive. I bring it home and the software for the system is not installed... i bring it home and it works for a week than it asks for the software again. I speak with Justin nice guy i explain he tells me bring it in. The man very rude says u bought this in 3x. He said i dont care what justins says u play it too much... next day they are not honering warranty found sticky stuff on hard drive. Ok

I recently visited our local uBreakiFix location to have a camera on my mini iPad fixed. The staff were very professional and honest about my repair. I was very impressed with the service they offered.

They replaced the screen on my sons iPad mini and it stopped working within 10 days of the repair. They would not fix it again under warranty because the screen was cracked where are my son had push too hard trying to get it to respond.

I dropped my phone & just knew I was going to have to do this expensive insurance claim. I called Asurion & they directed me to uBreakiFix at 5:45p on a Wednesday. I arrive at 6p, Daniel explained the process & apologized because it was not thoroughly explained. He promised to fix my phone for me first thing tomorrow morning. If you set up a claim know that it takes about 2 hours for them to receive it, with about 2 hours to do the fix.

My phone crashed after installing a required update sent by T-mobile and Samsung. After 4 days of working with both T-Mobile and Samsung, there was no solution to the problem except buy a new phone. Both blamed the other for a faulty update. After escalating the problem with Samsung, one of the Tech Supervisers referred me to uBreakiFix. Well, the stars were on my side because the uBreakiFix Manager was there and solved the problem! It took me four long days to get to uBreakiFix and the Manager solved the problem in about an hour! Manager persistently plowed through my technical issues until resolved. This vendor was referred by Samsung after Samsung’s lengthy attempts did not work. Manager provided one tiny but essential operations step that two other tech groups did not mention. Took my phone in to get the glass replaced through my insurance..They broke my note 9 beyond repair and tried to get me to leave to re-contact my insurance company to get a refurbished phone and dismissing any accountability for breaking my phone worse than when i brought it in. The two employees i had the misfortune of dealing with kept implying it happens in repairs with a very vague and condescending explanation of little wires and pieces and my insurance would send me a new one..I came to fix my phone not be defaulted by an incompetent staff into a refurbished one. I could have actually had a competent tech and my phone should be fine.It was the exact opposite of what I would call a pleasant and professional experience.I have been selling phones from a Retailer for years and have sent countless people to Ubreakifix to get their glass replaced with the intention of turning it in after to upgrade. Never have i heard of someone breaking their phone more when coming to get a repair. Also why would they damage my headphone jack when changing the glass?I have inquired with the corporate office and ask for an investigation into this extremely unpleasant experience.

Just got ripped off by my phone provider. Went to ubreakifix to see if there was anything they could do. Spent at least 20 minutes checking my phone and then the guy said leave your phone here and come back in an hour. Came back and was told my phone wouldnt take updates. He showed me how to do a system reset and back up data. DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! Will go back.

Was given a personal experience and got my phone fixed b4 I had to go on vacation!

I took my phone to have the screen replaced per the insurance company (3hrs away from me). I made an appointment the day before and was told they had the part available. When I got there an dropped off my phone they said it would 3 hours instead of the 2 hrs that was estimated when I scheduled the appointment. At this time they did NOT tell me they did not have the part available. They did not ask for any additional contact information. I returned in 3hrs to pick up my phone only to be told that they did NOT repair my phone because they didnt have the part AND I would need to come back later to get my phone because their system was down and they could not release my phone to me. I explained that we lived 3 hrs away and I had already wasted 9hrs by the time I got home. The clerk was rude and said I could not have my phone until they got their system back up. I explained that we still had a 3hr drive home and they had not done anything to fix my phone and I needed it back. She was NOT helpful and basically acted like it was my fault they did not have the right part. They said it was the insurance company that requested the wrong part. She finally gave me my phone but tried to make sign a receipt that a repair was completed before I could have it. I refused and left. I called the insurance company and they said they do not tell the store which parts they need so they lied about that. I would never go back here or recommend anyone taking their phone there. They were NOT helpful, they lied multiple times, and were just downright rude. Use another repair service!

And still I wait for that call. And still can not get through to the store. Reached back out to corporate- the owner now is not answering their call.

1) I made an appointment and when I walked in at my appointment time, I didnt have my phone for another 5-6 hours. This would have been fine, if I would have just gotten a heads up about it when I made the appointment online2) I was quoted a price $100 cheaper than what I was totaled when I picked it up. When I asked the next time I went, (a few days later because I had to have someone fix the finger pad recognizer and the camera related to how they put it back together) a teenager that was working said, well looks like she just pressed the wrong buttons or something. I dont know3) As mentioned above, I had some issues with the phone after the first fix. Not to mention, when I went to pick it up, I waited for another 15 minutes past the pick up time for her to finish the fix,which I think in reality meant she was just starting it.4) reaching out to customer service has been a nightmare, hence this late review. I serviced my phone back in June, and just now they are getting to my response. In each email, they seemed to want to shrug off the issues

I admit that I was super skeptical after reading reviews and because my android phone is practically an antique. The repair process is not perfect and unintended consequences arise, but they made it right, more than right. Hope I dont need them again, but I would trust UBREAKIFIX again. After talking with Google about a problem with my Pixel, they advised me to check out ubreakifix for service on my charging port.I scheduled an appointment for 10 am and Edriss opened the door almost ten minutes late. I got the phone checked in and went to do some shopping while I waited. I also reminded Edriss that I had my spare phone with the sim card and they could text or call with any updates.Almost half an hour later I got a call from Abigail explaining Edriss had forgotten to ask me to back up and factory reset my phone and Id need to come back. I had to stop my shopping and drive back for a quick reset. I asked if this would reset the turnaround clock and they assured me it would be done by one. I went back to my shopping run and got back at 1 pm.Sometime after 1 I hadnt heard back and stopped by to check on the status. I was handed back my phone, unrepaired with a sticky note with Googles phone number and the IMEI of my phone. I asked what the issue was and Edriss stated he didnt know, but Google wouldnt authorize the repair. I asked if they could have called me earlier so I could have reached out to Google and try and sort out the issue. Edriss stated he couldnt call me because the sim card was still in my Pixel phone. I reminded him that I had shown my spare activated phone and that Abigail had no issue contacting me to correct his earlier mistake of forgetting to check for a factory reset. He said he couldnt call me from my phone because I had the sim card. This logic honestly left me a little stunned.So in the end, I was able to get my issue resolved directly through Google. I would like to add that I had spoke with Abigail the day prior to confirm parts availability and also when coming back to the store to come back and she was professional and courteous.I think Edriss could have taken more ownership for his part in my issue and could have been more communicative. I understand the shop makes money either through customers paying for their service, or through authorization through the manufacturer. Having to turn back around to fix their mistake wasnt great but initially understandable. Then not being contacted with a follow-up ended up making this trip to ubreakifix a not so great one.
