Absolutely terrible. This was my first time going into this footlocker store. I asked the lady very politely for a size 9 in a toddler shoe. She said okay and walked to the back for at least 15 minutes. When she came out, she didn’t have the shoe in her hand, she had some other shoes in her hand. She completely ignored me and walked to the register where she stood for another 5 minutes. No one acknowledged me at the time. There are at least 5 people in the store and it was not busy at the time I went in. When the guy finally asked if I needed help, i said “I though the lady was helping but I guess not. Can I get a size 9 please?” She went to the back then he went to the front to check on the pad to see if they had the size. She came from the back, looked at me and laugh. I’m not sure what her deal was. She had short orangish/brownish hair. The guy said that they didn’t have the size so I immediately left. I’m so upset because I stood there for at least 20 minutes waiting for someone to tell me that they didn’t have the size. On top of that, my toddler is upset that we’re standing in one place for so long. I will never go back to this store and do not recommend.
I won the raffle for university blue 1s in a size 9 on a Wednesday release. I drove from Norfolk 2 hours to pick them up. I didn’t check the shoes because this has never happened to me before. But when I finally got back home the pair in the box was a size 8 in a size 9 box. I’m extremely dissatisfied with my experience. I can not wear the shoes or return them for the correct size because the shoe is sold out. The phone number to the store doesn’t work as I’ve been trying to contact the store to see what they can do. I feel like the shoes were switched on purpose so someone else they knew would get their size.
Great selection bad customer service. The only location i dont enjoy going into. Not very welcoming but maybe the best in the area product wise!

The lady who helped me was very nice . I came in to exchange something I had purchased online . She was quick with getting the shoe I needed also. They didn’t have a broad selection for 10c-3. Not so much as a pair of kids / baby forces.

The prices are chill but i don’t come as much anymore because stock x has a better selection.
Had a good selection of nikes, not too many Jordans which is what I went in for, but it was very clean and the staff were really nice.
Its not a very big store the selection of shoes is ok and they do have a nice little section of champion and Nike gear

My grandson shops there and he purchase some tennis and he lost the bag and we went back to the store the ax the clerks did anyone return a bag in with the tennis he had just purchased in it. And they say no however they didnt attempt to look around the store to see if they coild find a bag with the tennis in them.
Only had the shoe I was looking for as a model and difnt know when they were getting more in stock.
Called to ask if they were going to carry a upcoming release instore, unfortunately they werent, but I then asked if they were going to carry them online, the sales representative replied, I dont know, maybe. Ok, NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. You would think someone who has access to any release information would be more helpful. Note to self: retail is dead, buy online.

Terrible experience. Had went to the store Friday night and tried on 2 pairs of shoes but knew I was not able to purchase them until the next day so since they were the only 6.5s left I put them on hold and took down the employees name that helped me. When I went to pick them up the next day the employee on shift that day goes, we dont put shoes on hold. I told her the employee from yesterday did so she asked me what kinds they were. I told her one was a grey nike Roshes and the other was a black adidas tubular. Working at a shoe store I expected her know what shoes I was talking about but of course, she didnt. I could understand the Adidas because there were several styles of it but she could not even find the grey roshes. She asked me to describe them in detail and even asked me what color the check mark was. They only sell ONE grey roshes and she didnt even know what they looked like. The store needs to hire employees that actually know what they are doing and know things about the department they are working in. What a shame.
