I stopped in today while my son had marching band practice. I had not been to the White Oak store since last year. Today I was pleased with the styles and selections in the young mens and mens department!👍

Found a very nice shirt. Also a fedora, sunglasses a tie and a t-shirt. I saved $68.00!!! JCP always has awesome sales!!! The WHITE OAK store is my favorite location and it is only 5 miles from home.

I found beautiful earrings and a silver necklace at a reasonable price. Its always something on sale and they have great customer service

I accidentally came upon the store and was happy I went in. The store was stocked well with Spring merchandise. They had good sales going on throughout every department. When checking out, the cashier was friendly.. even gave a good wipe down of the counter before she would allow me to approach. Thats very much appreciated.

Alright, I give 5 stars because the quality of goods is extremely high, but God I hate going here for more reasons than can adequately be put to a post. Many of my issues would be alleviated by having a place to sit while waiting for others to finish shopping. Do with that what you will.

Was looking for a really nice mixer. They didnt have them in stock to look at, but employee expected me to place order for one by looking at a picture on her computer screen. I told her that no one, in their right mind, orders expensive items life this from a picture.

Very sad. Inventory being collected for final closeout according to the signs I saw. Another good retailer we are loosing. I feel for the employees.

Went in and was able to find exactly what I needed. Got to the register and there was a problem with my card. The cashier gave me the customer service number and allowed me to stay in line to resolve the problem. It took less than five minutes. Problem solved and purchase made. Great customer service 👏

Multiple sales both in store and online. Some online deals are better than whats offered in store plus you can have it shipped to the store at no charge.

I have been a customer of Kevins for many many years, I trust him fully and would not go anywhere else !!!

The sephora is ALWAYS understaffed I can never be helped here. Do not come here. Always disappointed.

I had a great shopping experience here today. The store was busy with holiday shoppers, as expected, the cashier was very friendly, and courteous as well as efficient. She folded the clothes nicely and was able to get everything into one bag. I really appreciate how carefully she did her job. It was a pleasure shopping there and checking out was very easy. I will definitely go back there when I am in the area.

Always offering their credit card that can help you get what you want today, pay tmrw. And the card can possibly help with cost and you earn points as well. Great store!

Love the store. So nice and clean. I even paid attention to the employees. They spoke to everyone. Whats funny I never do surveys.The only problem I had when I got to the register at the front. It was plenty of cashier but no one as was I ready to be checked out. Then here comes an employer walked up from behind the counter and asked was I ready?. She was very kind tried to offer me everything and I loved it. Other then that. I loved the store and Im not from around here. Keep up the good service.

Dont bother trying to call. You wont get anyone to answer the phone. Would be great to know if they actually sell a product before driving all the way there.

The return counter needs to be revamped. You share the same line with online order pickup. Other than that I really enjoy the store and the workers. Hope this one doesnt shut down.

This store is always super clean when I go in and well organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful if I need. There is plenty of parking and the store is easy to find. The only downside is something Imes the checkout process takes a while because there are only a few registers open and a lot of customers. Tonight it was a very quick checkout. Overall a great store.

Wonderful salon! I took my daughter to Diane for her first relaxer. She listened to all of my concerns and talked me through everything she recommended. Quiet atmosphere and staff are really friendly. Cost is up there but worth it for the service and great stylists.

Visited the salon. Great stylists who share a comradeship. Wait times can be lengthy and there is rarely anyone working the registers. In the Womens Department, there is hardly any associates to assist, so youre on your own. I am a regular customer who can count the number of times a sales associate asked if I needed help.....most of the time, there is no one on the floor. Good prices and great sales are consistent but clothing and shoes selections are definitely different than other stores in more upscale parts of town.

This is the nicest Penneys I have ever been in! It is white and bright, and well displayed. The lighting in the store makes it easy and enjoyable to shop for a longer time than in the mall-based stores with no windows, where it is easy to feel like youre in a hole or a cave.The staff were friendly and helpful.

Store is clean and they add cashiers when theyre busy. Cashiers were overly helpful this visit, and so was a customer in line who offered to let me use her coupon... That was on her phone... It was a very nice, annual work clothes trip.

Absolutely love JCPenney these days. They arent the cheapest but they do have good sales and coupons. Recently I lucked up on some cute things for me and my kids.

If you have not been here recently, you should definitely stroll around, there are some big and small changes in the store. Theres plenty of selection and variety to find what you need! Plus Im a huge fan of all the sales that are available what feels like every time I shop here!! The employees are helpful without hovering and always ready to help with friendliness and a smile.

Its so nice to have a department store in eastern Henrico. This is one of my favorite stores at White Oak Mall. I visit this particular store on a regular basis. I often order online and use same day pick-up at this store.

Easy to get to off of the interstate. Clean and neat appearance of the store and the displays.

Went in to get my husband fitted for a suit. The staff was very helpful, especially Rhashad. He was courteous and informative about the product. He made the whole process easy!

Use to be a great place to shop. Now its ok. Needs to focus on bringing back the plus size wear instead of telling you to look online. Not everyone has online access.

This has got to be the worse run hair salon in the USA! Twice, not once but twice this salon has scheduled me for an appointment with a specific hair dresser and when I arrived was told the stylist hadn’t worked there for a month. This happened twice. I was told no one could help me unless I came back in 3 hours. I made my appt at a specific time. I was leaving the Country and wanted my hair done. I will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone. When I made a complaint to Corporate it wasn’t even acknowledged. No wonder JCP is going under. If I could have given them zero stars, I would.

Got a fair price on a ring for my wife during a holiday sale. MSRP in here is outrageous. They give you a coupon, and a sale to make you think your getting a great deal.

Horrible. The associates and management are horrible. There are not enough associates working to help customers, not enough registers open and management is inept. I will no longer shop the white oak location. It is horrible....

No price scanners. Employees short with you when asking questions. And they dont accept mobile pay anymore. Way to push more customers away from youre store. At this point, the only reason Ill chose to shop here is if I cant find my Levis elsewhere, which is highly unlikely.
