I used to be impressed on old navy customer service and the convenience old navy provided.But at this location, this store is the opposite.The general manager here is the last person you would think as a GM in a store.She looks like a lousy careless senior wandering around in her lousy worn pajamas.If you don’t see her playing with the staff inventory phone, you wouldn’t know she’s working here or even the GM here.When ask her about anything, you will know she really doesn’t care and she’s impatient with anyone like you own her a million dollars.I guess that’s why a least two of the employees working there seems know nothing.The price checking system is down today.But after asking them, they did the same thing, that’s either do the same thing we just did to find out their system was down or simply tell you they don’t know.One employee even guessed a price.When the problem got kicked back to the GM.Again, she did the same thing impatiently and lousily.The GM in the store should be changed or make a little effort on her dressing and customer service attitude.It’s a shopping place for consumers and workplace for staff, not her own bathroom.

Extremely well stocked with lots of items that have great prices. Excellent customer service. Fitting rooms are available and clean. Even though everyone had on a mask the staff looked happy. I was welcomed when I entered and checkout was a breeze.

Their return policy should allow you to return items ‘curbside/contact less’. We loved the option old navy offered, buying online, pickup curbside, but for returns you cannot do the same. I called the store manager, Camillo (?) and he could not explain the reason of why I need to be present inside the store to return an item I bought contact-less. He only mentioned, is the policy, period. I mentioned I don’t feel safe going into the store, but that did not matter.

Great store and the Staff always makes sure that I get what Im looking for and the quality is great.

Whats with these disposable clothes?Why not take the time to make a great product that lasts longer than three washes

This location was very clean and organized with lots of selection

The store was clean, presentable and appeared to be newly opened. I was able to find what I needed quickly, get in line and have an associate proceed with checking me out to exchange my product for a smaller size. Ill be coming back again when Im in the area. I highly suggest coming to this location if you are close by.

Called and asked for an item, I was told it was on a mannequin and asked if they could take it off for me. They said it was too high and it would take too long. Very unprofessional and very lazy. Ill stick to the Sugar Land location instead

All the $$ we spend at old navy is supposed to help with their so called rewards program. You spend a certain amount and earn rewards cash........not quite the case. They give you rewards cash thats only redeemable or applicable when used in combination with your next purchase. The rewards cash is worthless unless you add it to your total on your FOLLOWING PURCHASES. So really youre not saving what they claim. Our family is quitting old navy and sticking with Khols where their KHOLS CASH is the REAL DEAL.

So neat and clean and I found jeans for $12.49!!! Very nice store.

Very clean store. Friendly and helpful staff. Waited a little while in the line, but it was a little packed in there.
