My wife and I purchased cupcakes for our wedding from Decadent, and everyone loved them. The team at Decadent was great to work with and delivered some fantastic treats. They also made us a key lime cake for the bride and an apple butter pecan cake for myself. We had to pick up the cakes a few days before the wedding to take them out of town, they stayed beautifully moist and delicious till they were served 3 days later. We highly recommend Decadent for large orders or a quick snack.

Great service and delicious desserts. We got the caramel and vanilla gelatos. Their bundt cakes are good too. Cute interiors with ample parking. No wait on a weekday. Definitely recommend this place. Will be back!

I ordered wedding cake slice, chocolate chip cookie skillet with vanilla gelato, and brownie with vanilla gelato. They were all yummy. My favorite was the wedding cake slice! It was huge! ...and the flavors were really delicious. The cake was soft, and the icing was yummy, but if you dont like sweet icing, you might not like it because its pretty sweet. I will definitely be ordering again. Oh, and the packaging was delivered nicely.... everything was neat and well placed.

I really wanted to try this place for my husband birthday cake but when I arrived at the door the sign basically said no mask no entry. So I will never know if its good or not.

I had the best piece of key lime pie Ive ever eaten in my life here. And Ive eaten quite a few key lime pies all over the country, including in Florida and especially in the Keys. But trust me, this one was really amazing. It would match up against any pie from Key West. They also had other desserts especially a Dulce Leche cake that was making my mouth water. I am going to get it next time. I strongly recommend this coffee and dessert shop.

Got the molten lava cake and couldn’t figure out what was “molten” about it. The only 1 star was for the ice cream (gelato) which was decent. The actual cake was extremely fudgy and left a bitter aftertaste. The molten lava cake should have had been properly warmed up with the cold ice cream to balance the warm cake. But cake tasted powder-y with no melt in the middle.

Awesome desserts and great costumer service! I met the owners when they first opened and they are a friendly husband and wife team who live nearby. We love to support local businesses and we love desserts so we bought a few things and everything was delicious! The carrot cake is rich and moist, the lemon berry cake was light and sweet and the pineapple upside down cake was very flavorful. We have been back several times and the service is always excellent!

Came in and didn’t get greeted for over 5 minutes even though we were the only people there. Walked back and forth between both counters awkwardly wondering why nobody was asking us what we wanted. One girl was texting on her phone (maybe it was business related??) and the other looked too busy filling an online order or something to be able to help. We almost left because of how long it took to be recognized. When they finally did ask, we ordered a brownie skillet. It took 10-15 min to come out, which is fine, because it needs to be prepared. We sat in the quiet and awkward dining area (no music???) and waited. When we got it it was like warm, not hot, and it was way too sweet. Brownies are supposed to be sweet obviously but this was like straight sugar. We almost couldn’t finish it because of that. Between the nearly non-existent customer service and the underwhelming food experience we had, we won’t be back.

Been by twice so far and no complaints. The first time I went staff was very friendly and helpful. Second time I went there was a bit of a wait, but understandable since only one person was working. They have a great variety of sweets to choose from and was told you can suggest a cake flavor for them to make and they will try to make it to sell.

Very delicious desserts. Love the design in the store. The day I went the young lady was the only one working and she did ok but it was busy and she should have had more help. Also, you need to keep the Decadent cake boxes not styrofoam, it takes away from the Decadent experience for me.

Customer service is slow. They need to at least great the customers when they enter. The cupcakes are good.

My sweet friend had us over for coffee and ordered slices of cake to go along with our drinks. They have great breakfast sandwiches and wonderful frozen coffees. The owners and staff are so lovely and pleasant.

It was hard for me to put 2 stars but I did because some of their items are edible. The consistency of great products is definitely a one star. Yesterday we ordered a vanilla bean cheesecake, vanilla bean Cake, Cupcakes and some cake push pop. This was weird. The cheesecake tasted nothing like Vanilla Bean and more like just creak cheese. The Cake was dense and mushy like it did not cook all the way and again tasted nothing like Vanilla Bean. By just the look of it it was confusing as to why it did not look fluffy. The cupcakes were different sizes for the same price and the cake pop. Well lets just say it is just sitting there because we gave up. Last weekend we ordered a brownie, Reeses cake and 2 cupcakes all were great. Then ordered a red velvet cookie, ooey gooey cake and a chocolate cake. We ate the cake that was no different then box cake and threw away the others. The consistency is not there. The flavors are not unique enough or enticing enough to continue to return. Unfortunate.

I came in with my family for some ice cream at around 7:20pm. I sat down while my family stood by the ice cream area. After 10 mins my wife got fustrated and tired of waiting. Apparently the staff were ignoring her and just taking orders from new customers as they walked in.I got up, spoke out asking why he was skipping us and if they intended to serve us. The indian employee sheepishly apologised and offered a discount. (Which was not given, in fact he overcharged me instead of charging for a kids scoop he charged for a regular).The only reason I didnt leave was because I had small kids that I had promised ice cream as a reward.I would avoid this place at all costs.Attached is the receipt as proof of purchase as I see the owner likes to contest reviews.

The owner is very friendly, helpful, and took the time to have a conversation with me which is rare these days. The desserts are very good and always go there when having a hankering for sweets. However being a coffee aficionado I do believe that they need more practice in making and improving their coffee. The coffee is either too weak or too sweet depending on what one orders. Its disappointing at times to spend like $13 on 2 watered down coffee/espressos with quality the same of coffee that I can get at the 7/11 down the street for like $3 for 2; coffee needs more love for the craft. Also, Decaf coffee/espresso should always be at hand which most of the time is not available, which sometimes is disappointing. I like the place and the owner, just want it to become better so everyone can enjoy it.

Second time within a month that I called multiple times and no one answers the phone. It’s not okay for any business to not answer their phone, but definitely not for a bakery that rotates flavors on their cakes almost daily.

First time we came in the service and the dessert was very good. Second time we came in the service was rude, forgot our order for coffee. We ordered a slice of lemon berry and a mini red velvet bunt cake that totaled 15.00!!!! Then, after asking about the coffee I ordered she forgot about it and then said that I never ordered it. ??????? Do not waste your money here!

Came here to study, amazing wifi, chill atmosphere (a bit loud sometimes, but a given), seating was nice and had plenty of table room. The Cookies and cream gelato was 9/10! Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

First time here and I must say, fabulous! The coffee was amazing and the cupcakes were just as amazing. Many choices for non coffee drinkers, so they have something for everyone. Also reasonably priced!

I stumbled upon this gem accidentally. The desserts are delicious! I had the turtle cheesecake, red velvet Bundt cake, and a few other desserts. It’s a bit pricy, but worth it!

Such a delicious treat to bring home and share with the family! I thought I’d go in and get a special dessert, when I saw how toasted yet soft the sugar cookies looked, I just had to try. Absolutely magnificent! It’s thick, so instead of eating three thin grocery store bakery cookies, just one from here does the trick! Will be back again and again!

Your entity requires a mask and refuse service if you don’t have one on, that’s fine... But your employees are wearing theirs below their chin and saying they won’t assist us. That makes zero sense. If a company such as yours has a mask policy then you should have your employees follow the same policy and wear it correctly!

Overall good coffee/dessert shop! Owner please make Pineapple upside down cake a staple. Everytime I come in either its not available or I get the last piece. Tired of driving and being disappointed because Im obsessed!

Face masks should not be required by establishments where Im going to put something in my mouth.

It was just ok. Coffee abit weak and just like warm. Carrot cake was good but you can tell alot of the desserts have been there for awhile. Nor do they believe in ac. Was hotter in the place then outside and that was at noon. I may, just may give them another chance

I give them 3 stars because went for first time today. Place looked nice, clean and inviting. But it lacked customer service, there was a guy, no smile just dry what can I get you and do you want your recipt? It was not busy at all. Then the pastry I bought was dry and tasted like worst than store bought too expensive for dry, not so tasty pastry. I was so excited about this place, but may be i give it one more chance.

The visual appeal is on point. They have beautiful desserts and the place is inviting and cute. The espresso wasn’t all that great and the gelato didn’t have the consistency and richness, but it’s got a nice flavor. The desserts are maybe inspired by but not modeled after Italian desserts. I’d go back.

I work in the area and went by to grab a coffee and a croissant and it was very good. I came back with my girlfriend and we splurged and tried some breakfast sandwiches and their “big boy” pastries and we loved it all - Erica was very helpful with suggestions too. You can tell that the food and drinks are made fresh!!

Came in at 8:30 PM on a Saturday evening. Cashier looked like he didn’t want to be there and could definitely use a smile and a little courtesy. Coffee were expensive but did not taste that great. Cupcake was definitely too expensive ($3.75 for a small one!!!!!). Not coming back.

This was my first visit here and I was very skeptical because I am a coffee guru and I am extremely picky. I ordered the iced butter pecan latte and a slice of the turtle cheesecake..........what a yummy combo!! The coffee was not overly sweet and the cheesecake was TO DIE FOR!! I dont know what melted first...my heart or the cheesecake. There was only one employee serving the guests that morning and she still smiled and greeted everyone as they lined up. Ill be back on saturday!!!

We had the GF molten lava cake, cannoli, butter croissant, Southern butter pecan latte and an americano. All were very good. I especially loved the molten lava cake. It was (decadent) and delicious!! The butter croissant was warm and melt in your mouth good! The coffees were awesome, too!!The place is clean and nice. I like the light fixtures and the decor. The employees were nice, too!I definitely recommend this place!!

I am not sure what the hype is but only had one person working on a Saturday and you wait for hours endlessly waiting to get done thing which is already on the counter. Terrible terrible slow service. Unreal how slow the service is. Shouldnt open shops if they are not able to meet a certain timeline of waiting. The cakes were cut all she had to was place it on a styrofoam box. Took over 30 mins to get my two pieces of cake. This is definitely someone’s hobby and doesn’t care of anything else. Also should tell employees that they should have friends time separately. She could have been faster if her friends were not there.

Just went here during soft opening and although sympathies for a soft opening with individuals in training. The one thing I won’t tolerate is when staff prioritize others that came in after me when they couldn’t get my order going and correct. I asked for items that were pre made and pre cut so all it needed was boxing. We will not be returning until they get their act together l. The second star is for decent pricing. I’ll update this review upon our return after they’ve had time to get their act together.Note: Business is intentionally flagging low score reviews on Yelp and anywhere else they want to suppress legitimate reviews; so I took another star away.
