Is it common practice for an employee to cross contaminate food orders? To not waste food?I physically watched an employee start to make 2 different orders involving chicken patties. When he realized that hed put the wrong chicken on the wrong sauce after all fixings had touched the chicken, he proceeded to swap the chicken & put it with the proper sauce & fixings.I had to stop him & ask him what he was doing, all he told me was that the chicken hadnt touched the sauce. (So that makes it right to swap the chicken around??)So then I asked him if the 1 sandwich had pickles? He started looking through the sandwich & told me they were a type of peppers.I said I cant eat mine like that (after hed switch the chicken) I have food allergies!!!He didnt seem very pleased with having to remake 2 different customer orders!! He actually got kinda snippy with me for requesting new food.2 different people could have gotten sick because of cross contaminated food!!!!WTH!!!!!What kind of health issues do you practice here???? What other foods have been cross contaminated before & after this post???

Stopped here for gas. A polite guy that had just gotten out of prison asked me for change. I had no problem helping him out. He was polite and well-mannered. We had a short conversation that was pleasant. Then he went to sit under a tree. Unfortunately, a manager came over to me and tried to get me involved in her call to the police (Karen behavior) by asking me if I knew the man. I should have lied & said yes. When she realized that I was not okay with her calling the police on him & told the police the same, she got very nasty. She has no soul, no empathy, no compassion for other humans. I will not go to this gas station ever again

This Sheets is filthy, management really needs to ensure the grounds are clean, trash everywhere and trash cans overflowing. Gas pump areas desperately need power washing. This is a public establishment yet management is not making an effort to ensure a clean environment. Friendly staff.

The employees at the register deserve 5 stars and so do the milkshakes. The rest of the food is low quality and overpriced. The customers in the store were a 50/50. A couple of rude ones and 1 I would have banned if it was my location by the way she was treating and talking to a staff member. Nice variety of products but again overpriced!! I personally would pick a Wawa over Sheetz any day.

They are okay but high prices. Gas is expensive.Cigarettes are high.

Sheetz is my favorite gas station chain and theres no exception for this one. I visit this one often to get food, drinks, and other things. The people working here are usually pleasant and the food is always good. I have gotten gas here a couple of times as well and their prices are competitive with other nearby gas stations. Also as with all other Sheetz, their menu beats Wawas by a mile (although I will admit Wawa has a couple sides that are better).My only complaint about this Sheetz is late at night you may end up running into some weird people who will try to hit you up for money or give you a weird story trying to get you to do them a favor. I wish they still had the security guard at this Sheetz since he helped prevent those kinds of people from hanging around.

Great location. Lot of pumps with music playing. Store is nice with a lot of selection for hot foods.

I eat here everyday and get the same thing (large boneless bites) and my container is only about half full today

If you get food here theyll forget part of your order that you paid for but conveniently forget to offer you your recipet so you cant do anything about it

I have only ever had a good experience at this location. I can be having a bad day and go in, and leave with a smile. Who ever staffed this sheetz did an amazing job. You have a great team there.

If I could give them no stars I absolutely would. Yesterday I visited for Veterans Day. They were not busy at the time. Literally 1 other person at the register. The hospitality manager mike came out and said he would help the next guest, me.... I don’t have my military Id because I just lost mine but I did have my DD214 with me. When he asked for my id I said that I did not have it with me. The manager huffed, rolled his eyes and basically threw my paper at me. He never offered me a drink, a free car wash or even so much as thanked me for my service. My husband who had gone in before me with his DD214 as well ( he did have his military ID also) was helped by a nice woman who thanked him, offered him a drink and gave him a car wash coupon. We had to take turns because we had our daughter in the car who was sleeping and we had just left her doctors office. My point is I was helped by the hospitality manager who was less than hospitable. That was by far the worst experience ever. After I ordered my sandwich I had to wait for over 15 mins for my food when there was only 2 people in front of my order. Another vet that happened to be before me actually commented on how the manager treated me and noticed as well. Pretty sad that’s how you treat a veteran that fought so you could be free. If you don’t want to give out free food to vets than perhaps your company shouldn’t participate in Veterans Day. It’s better than having a receipt thrown at you because your clearly aggravated. Worst experience ever!!!! I will never go to this sheetz again!

Today when I visited the store, the GENERAL MAMAGER was SERVING FOOD while wearing his mask incorrectly covering just his mouth and not his nose. Beyond unacceptable and I will never be coming back

I love this sheets it is conveniently located near my home and the highway what better combination and every time I go in there I guess because Im a regular the staff is always happy to see me and I also like that it has Security on the weekends just in case something crazy might happen which it doesnt!

I only go here late at night so Ive never seen beggars, the location runs smoothly and there is a free air pump

Contrary to what Google says, this place is not permanently closed. It was closed while having a renovation, but is now open again. 5 star review because this is the only place in the west end of Richmond where you can get E85 gas.

Not really a fan of their MTO food, but as far as convenient store selection they have it all. A huge variety of drinks, snacks, pastries, and even an ice cream sundae bar. Theyre usually pretty good at opening up extra registers when needed, as this place is super busy during lunch. Truly a one stop shop gas station.

Love coming here for lunch and snacks, staff will help out if asked, gas usually decently priced. Could stand for a remodel though

Ordered a chicken sandwich and fries Took about 20 minutes to get my order. Got my order and fries were cold. They were not serving in order received. I asked about my order and was told there was others in front of me and this lady asked about her order after I did and they got her order ready even though she ordered after me. Wont buy here again and its close to where I work

I was just at this sheetz and about half of the people in the store were either not wearing their mask correctly, or just not wearing one at all. The general manager there was not wearing his mask over his nose, and he was packaging food orders. Not wearing your mask over your nose is like not wearing one at all. You would think the general manager would at least wear his while handling food.

I called to ask if they had something in stock as I didnt want to make a 30 minute drive to this location for something all the other sheetz around me ran out of. All the other locations told me with no problem. This location decided not to. If they had what I needed they arent getting my business, whoops.

In short, its hard to judge whats the fault of the store vs the sort of people that frequent this location. The store tends to be dirty, needs desperately a new carpet. But to keep the outside clean, they would have to have a dedicated person simply to clean for an entire shift. Service is reasonably fast, but the staff can be a little mouthy at times, even in management. Never towards me, but they will talk about customers in a negative light rather loudly.

I ordered Mac N Cheese bites from here on 06/04/18 and paid $3.55 for them. In total I only got 5 Mac n cheese bites. That works out to 0.71$ per bite. Are you actually for real? Step your game up please. I can go to your competition, Wawa, and get a Hoagie thatll actually feed me and probably one other person for the same price if not cheaper. Absolutely terrible, youre practically paying 4$ for what is practically side, this isnt maggianos this is gas station food. The app platter is another waste of money, 5 bucks later and youre still hungry and a little bit upset. They dont even fill the box up all the way. Why are the boxes even that big than?There is a Sheetz out in Midlothian that actually fills the box with food. Get it together.

Cant edit hours to help people out but the store closes every Wednesday night at midnight and doesnt reopen until 3am thursday morning. Closed for 3 hours to take care of cleaning, inventory, and restocking.

I like sheetz and the my sheetz card deal. But I had the worst experience the with the old black guy working the register. I had alway said, I would let the person behind me go if I was next with him. Because I heard him on numerous times there talking about customer after the leave out the door. today I know he had alot to say about me after I left. everytime I go there he ask me to swipe my sheetz card and it never works, now he is the only one that tell me to swipe the card. Then make me feel like Im doing something wrong, as today he said Ya swipe too fast. Now Ya says Im not the only one and people swipe cards many time. Now I never experience customer service like that, I was aware of his attitude because I hear how he speack, and cary his sefl, like a miserable, arrogant, and just a nasty person. I do not like that kind of negative vibe. It drains me puts me out of my character. I dont like being around perple like that, so Ill have to take my business else where the 3 cent off a gallon is not worth me feel or even putting me in this mood. Never have I wrote on anyone before.I hope Sheetz can do something about this situation. Until Im just staying away from that SheetzThank

Not a friendly place to meet up with friends for food and supplies before a trip. We were told, After your business has been conducted you must leave the property or the police would be called. At that point we hadnt even started conducting our business yet. It is a shame that they treat their customers like criminals.

I can order my salad the way I like it.

There staff is always unfriendly & they always have stank face expressions. Sheetz fuel does something bad to my car, I just cant use their fuel. I get pings & slow acceleration when I use it. I think it contains more ethanol than 10%. I can smell the alcohol not gas when I pump.
