They never follow their store hours. it’s a hit or miss.. and you can’t call cause their phone is always off the hook

On the low this is a great shop every single unit I get I love, the young lady thats usually there is knowledgeable and helpful. They told me I can only get store credit on unused Unopened returns tho so I cant give 5 stars however I understand.

The trip there was most pleasurable I could find know what I need and as I walked in someones fist me as soon as I had a question

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! I travelled almost 2 hours to here aftwr seeing reviews and i am glad i did. Brianna was nice and helpful. They had a HUGE selection of wigs and I honestly couldnt pick! The prices were amazing!! Cant wait to go back! Hope every one else is just as nice.

Today was my first time going. The lady working was so kind and helpful and went out of her way checking to see if they had other colors I wanted. Prices were great. They threw in 2 free caps and a comb with each wig i bought. Definitely recommend this place.

Strictly self service. Clerk--I only saw one--stayed behind the counter the whole time. Selection is interesting though, and prices are pretty inexpensive.

First time purchasing a wig, the girl was no help, didnt offer any assistance. i had to keep going up to register to ask questions, very very poor customer service. I would not patronize that establishment ever again.

Horrible experience! This was my first and last time coming to this store.The girl with braids was no help. She had horrible customer service.When I asked for help she acted as if I should know the store policy.I got frustrated and left the store.
