Costcos a great place for bulk shopping. Also, they probably have the best prices on hearing aids. All of their personnel are very well-trained, polite and helpful. I love my Costco.

Its wonderful that this members only store offers such a wide selection of items. We had a Reward Certificate to use, and it allowed us to purchase to large boxes of copier paper. We really need paper to be prepared to print for our clients, as needed, for our Farmville VA real estate business Piedmont Real Estate. Thankfully, this Costco is only about a one hour drive from Farmville, and its worth it to us to make one big trip to stock up!

They took care of my needs in the pharmacy. The 1.50 hotdog and drink is still a great deal. Has Costco stop dispensing straws for drinks?

Great prices, quality products, store well laid out. Definitely worth the membership. Only drawback is it does get crowded but they keep the lines moving quickly.

Only my second visit to this COSTCO. Bought gas (a very busy place) and then entered an EXTREMELY BUSY store. But, even though there was quite a crowd, shopping was easy and the check out went pretty well in my opinion. I do like COSTCO.😃👍😃👍

I love shopping for grocery staples at Costco. I dont have to compare items. Everything is great quality. Never disappointed with Kirkland Signature brand.

Its not an orgnize branch. They keep changing products location which waist my time. Please put designate a place for each product!

I promise you I didnt eat this entire pizza by myself (in the car) but I did eat it all. Always stop by the food court after shopping. For a slice or a pie. Depends on my mood.

I dont need to go into Costco that much anymore so I dont need to buy that much bulk. I hadnt gone into Costco in 3 years, I just keep my membership up just in case and I went in for the first time in a long time and nothing has changed except the prices are a little bit higher. They need to sell better water. Deer Park is one of the worst Waters that you can buy.

Signed up was very fast customer service very knowledgeable about their service and product and one customer service representative even had her phone to translate Chinese to a lady she was so happy to help her 😀 just one thing I wish all Warehouse had more vegan plant base food now that the world is going plant base it would help many families out

The people at the register were not helpful, which surprised me. I thought they were supposed to have great customer service. Just purchased a executive membership. At this point wont do it again.

I love Costco! But the Chicken Bake at the snack bar is not appetizing. I wish they offered healthier options as well. The store is great as usual.

I purchased two new cell phones because of a promotion Costco is having with Verizon. Im happy because the phones are 5g and much more affordable now. Almost half price so Im happy. Renn who works at the wireless counter is always very nice and helpful. He definitely knows his products.

As usual the Costco store had way more offerings a great prices than I could tote in one visit. The fresh produce selections were a big hit in my cart this trip.

For some reason this store doesnt allow you to self scan your items at the self checkout kiosks.All the other costco locations will allow you to do so. Isnt the whole point of self checkout to do it yourself?

Always good deals! Not everything is cheaper than your regular grocery store, so just pay attention! Organic Milk for instance is more expensive at Costco most of the time. This Costco is clean and not as overwhelming as the one in Short Pump.

Im enjoying all the food so much -everything I have purchased and restaurant quality--Lobster Bisc, veggie rolls,various fresh seafood. oh, beautiful extra large container of baked crescent rolls. I put some in the freezer - only $4.99 !!All prices good!!

Im not sure if Costco has caught up with the times, or if Im just getting old, but I feel like their products are getting better. Its probably a little of both. I got a coupon, from the free Costco app that I downloaded on my phone, for up to $150 off 4 Michelin tires. I really needed four new tires, & I ended up getting$130 off, plus they will rotate them & fix punctured tires all for free (Im pretty sure that Costco gives a warranty on any tires you buy from Costco)...the tire plans really good, so while we waited the hour for the tires to get put on & balanced & aligned & all that good stuff, we looked around the giant warehouse store. I didnt remember Costco having Puma, Adidas, Calvin Klein--I just realized I shouldnt have started if I dont want to name everyone so fast forward--suffice to say that their clothes & shoes were better than I remember, they actually have MANY name brands, and there were a lot more products for us to save money on than I recall there ever being in the past. Ive been going to Costco for my whole life, first as a kid with my parents (I was all about FREE SAMPLES then), as a young adult, still with my parents, for tires & contacts, and now, as an adult, with a family of my own. I love it more and more each time I visit, so whether Costco has changed or I have, thanks Costco!

My experience today at the gas station was a bit unappreciated, I had left my Costco card at home and normally the workers will just scan their badge for you since its quite often this can happen, but this time the man was a bit rude and told me I was un-responsable simply bc it was left at home. Didnt really appreciate that.

Went there today to get some items, a member for many years. Was told over 60 shops early hours, have no problem with that asked what about Veterans. Was told no you have to wait until 10am, told them I was also a Disabled Veteran still had to wait until 10. Im done switching my shopping somewhere else, thanks for helping the Veterans.

This location has a lot of organic fruits and vegetables. They are a little higher on some things like organic ground beef, then Sams. However, the selection is greater in all food areas.

Quick in and out. Best thing they did was put in self checkout lanes.

This is a club membership. The have a tire center and optical department too. This is a nice clean store with wide isles. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful and bakes fresh pastries, breads, pies and cakes. Week days they open at 10 am.

Costco is a great place to shop. Its sad that the food court has had to stop selling many of its items but the pizza is still amazing. The customer service is always Amazing and Efficient . The floors are hard on the feet but its a small price to pay for the quality of products they offer.

Costco has taken Covid-19 seriously from the beginning. They require masks and make it easy to maintain physical distancing. I appreciate the early hours for Seniors and that you can go in to pick up prescription w/o waiting in line

Went to pick up Premier mocha protein drink..was delighted to find it on sale. Its delicious and the caffeine works! It was easy to find. Check out was efficient and courteous. I went on Wednesday at 11ish. It was not crowded, baskets were wiped and customers kept safe distances..masks were worn by everyone!

Costco is always the same and that is what makes it a staple of my shopping experiences. Either on line or in store, the selection is still their even with our supply chain disaster

Dont go if you lack self control

Theyre okay. Do not like the Isles as you cant find anyting. Half walk up and down all the aisles to find what I need as they are not marked. Sams Club at least have signs letting us k n o w what is in the aisle making it much more sufficient to shop. Prices are higher then at Sams Club.

Purpose of my visit was hearing aid upgrade. I would recommend Costco as the very best place to get hearing aids. Price, quality, technical service etc. They bend over backwards to make sure you are satisfied.

I love Costco. Get some roses for your wife, they are beautiful and last weeks.

This location deserves zero stars!! My family member was escorted out the store due to she had her support dog with her. The manager and store security said No pets allowed at all! No matter what the reason is! Other locations do not act like this! I did report them to the appropriate agency as well!! People are pathetic! Have some damn respect!

Friendly helpful staff. And glorious warehouse setup!! I call it food heaven! The only issue is that the checkers did not help my wheelchair bound sister and me with boxing up food. We are in our 70$ and have physical limitations. if I were younger and in good health and did not have to push my sister and all the food by myself to the car I could understand why we can self box our purchases but I would think that they would take the exception with people that needed the help. Otherwise it is an excellent Costco.

The temperature was HOT! I almost fainted and had to sit down. Its a huge space, so for older folks, more places to sit would be appreciated.

I am a Costco member since 1994 when Price club changed to Costco, I am a member since 1980 when Price club was Pace or Macro, I used to belong to both, so I do not remember which become Price club, but Makro disappeared or become SamsClub, I do not remember anymore, I like the warranty, if something go wrong or did not work properly I just return it or exchange without any problem, the concierge service, is good, I use clothing from the store and I like the quality and affordability, I believe that I had saved a lot of money with this membership and I had peace of mind about the quality and refund process if it fail to meet my expectation. I love my Costco.

Costco has the best prices on Computer monitors and lots of other essential items.

My preferred Costco store in the area. Its much cleaner and less crowded. Prices are always reasonable and they are giving out free samples again. A pouch of Kool-aid, a pouch of applesauce, and a can of cold coffee. All to be consumed outside of the store but I love to try the different products before I buy it in bulk. Definitely keeps me coming back.

Generally very much enjoy this location. The only issue that my family has had was someone in the tire center. Their costumer service in the tire center does not match the quality of the rest of the store. Someone may not understand as much as you all do about issues with tires however speaking to someone in a rude and condescending manner is uncalled for. It did however make it easier for us to take our business to someone who may treat a lack of understanding with more respect.

Great all the time no problem

I always enjoy shopping at this Costco location but today wasnt enjoyable because today I was profiled by the greeter at the door. Im okay with showing my membership ID as long as everyone has to show their ID. Well today, tons of people were rolling in and about 25 to 30 of them were in front of me and behind me, but the greeter points me out and asks to see my ID. Yes, I felt offended because more people poured in behind me but none were asked to show ID, an ID that I have to pay for yearly just like everyone else. Even those walking past me, looked and shook their heads as they saw that was going on as well. I wanted to speak with a manager, but my daughter said Mom, it doesnt matter, management isnt going to do anything Not sure if I will be renewing my membership next year as I will not tolerate such treatment from someone that works at a place that I pay a membership fee too. I think she needs to be trained on equally and her duties. By the way, I am an Executive Member!

Drove up from Chesapeake VA this morning to buy a Christmas tree. Both Costco stores had sold out yesterday and I had sold my 9 ft tree earlier in the day to but the smaller one. I was shocked to learn there were none available.Luckily, the Chesterfield store still had 12 so I called on my way up concerned, like Hampton Roads, they too would sell their last ones when the doors opened. Amy was so kind on the phone and relieve my fears and put one by the register for me to pick up. When I walked in at 10 AM, there it was. I so appreciated her help and all the very nice associates at your beautiful Costco.

Always a guess if theyre going to have that fantastic insert product here that you bought two weeks ago, but hey they cant stock everything. I typically price check about 85% of the stuff I buy, and you do save pretty drastically if youre comfortable with bulk. Who wants 6 gallons of dill pickles?? Probably me.

They have First Responder Day to come in early but their spouse can not come in for them. Lets be clear First Responders are not coming in early to shop for anything. The ones taking care of home are. After a long day getting off of a 24 hr shift they are not going anywhere in the morning but home. We have a baby at home that can not wear a mask and I work in a doctors office. So where is the day for people like us.
