Called to request service for repair for garage and man was very rude said he didnt want my business and hung up in my face and continued to hang up in my face repeatedly. I am a property manager at a complex with 72 plus garages and will never call them again for service. Just found it odd that he said he did not want my business. After speaking with him again thinking it was a miscommunication he still did not want to assist me. He said he does not have to give a explanation to why he does not want to provide a service that he is listed online as providing. I do not understand why it cased for him to be so rude but there are plenty of other companies in the area that are happy to provide good customer service and quality service, I would NOT USE them based on how I was treated over the phone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, never heard of a company picking up a phone and hanging up countless times because they could not hold a professional and respectful conversation. DO NOT USE THEM.This was after speaking with someone last Thursday that said they would have the manager contact me on Friday so that we can set up an account and get the Certificate of Liability to allow them to work on the property.
