Didnt get the chance to go in. Went to drop off a package through their UPS service but someone must have been out to lunch. I went at 12:45 so they probably took an hour between 12:30 and 1:30. Probably a good idea to avoid going around those times as they might be closed.

I love going here to return any type of packages! They are professional and fast! I also just recently moved and I rented my Uhaul from them. Pickup was fast and they have a key drop-off which was convenient as well. They are also Black owned which is a plus!! Support, support, support!!

Not a good business deal. Over priced and the attendants / owners change agreements at the time of pay. Not satisfied and feel the ordeal was done dishonestly.

This shop is a UPS drop off point. My normal UPS driver was on vacation, and the substitute decided that my packages needed to go there, since no one was home to sign when he attempted delivery. I went in on day 1 and the lone young man in the establishment acted as if he didnt want to look up from his laptop to deal with me. I asked for my package and he looked around through the stacks of boxes on the floor and told me it wasnt there, but would be the following day. UPS packages were not kept in a secure area, but rather in seemingly random piles along the wall. I stopped by again on my way home from work the following day after receiving a notification that my package had been delivered there. The young lady who was attending the store acted as if she wasnt interested in looking up from the laptop. When I asked for my package, she glanced around at the top boxes on the piles and told me it wasnt there. Frustrated, I went to my car and used my cell phone to track the package and it said it was there, so I went back in and asked again and the same young lady got up from the stool this time and glanced at the same package piles again before repeating it wasnt there. I went home and called UPS, who made a 3 way call to the location and the young lady I had dealt with informed them it WAS there. When I asked why she told me twice in the last 20 minutes that it was not, she said she didnt see it. For goodness sake, if you have to have a package, make sure you are home or that you have it delivered somewhere that they actually have some the of organization, sense of security with other peoples property and customer service. This isnt it.

I had good visits in the past until today. The sign says open and I can see someone inside but the door is locked at 11:45 AM. At least in the past there was an out to lunch sign or something lettting you know when to come back but there wasnt today.
