I was referred to Budget Glass by a friend. I called them to install tub/shower glass doors. The estimate was done quickly but I was unaware of the options available to me. When the installer came out, he noticed the material didnt match what I currently have. He asked if I was aware of it, but I wasnt. So the installer wanted me to get exactly what I wanted and said that he would let the owner know. I spoke to Mike who went above and beyond to make it right. He ordered the new material and my shower doors were installed the next week. I would highly recommend them because of their stellar customer service.

I had a broken sash window, a fogged sash window, and a broken half-circle transom/arch window which were repaired at about $100 each. Budget glass provided same day service each time I used them. The location looks a bit like they wouldnt do walk-up service (it is a huge warehouse with a parking lot full of their own trucks which go out to do repairs/installs). I appreciated them for even being willing to work with a small time retail customer like me, and on top of that for offering me quick service at fair prices.

My dad contacted Richmond Budget Glass Company on Tuesday to inquire about replacing the glass on our RV while working on Tuesday. We spoke with a representative of the company who gave us different glass options along with a possible estimate. After having this conversation, we proceed to have the glass of RV removed Friday morning. After this was done we contacted Budget Glass to replace the glass as discussed the previous day; we get a response from a different representative saying they don’t do this type of thing and was referred to another company. Now we’re over here with a vehicle with no glass and very unsatisfied. The representative was also very rude during the whole discussion. I would leave no stars if I could.

Lower window sash got broken in our house. Everyone else we talked to either couldn’t get us an estimate or was considerably more money and also wanted 3-4 weeks. Budget glass was very affordable and was able to fix our window the same day we dropped off. Excellent customer service and very satisfied with work!

I used budget glass to replace some windows while I was preparing my house for sale. Geno and Greg were friendly, courteous, prompt and a genuine pleasure to work with. They came and got my windows and were gone by 10:30 in the morning and have brought them back and installed them before 3:30 in the afternoon. Can’t recommend these folks highly enough.

Very impressed with the quality/speed of the work and professionalism. These folks have worked here for years and seem to really enjoy giving excellent service. Now I’m looking at every window to see if I need to take it there to get it fixed.

Jeremy from Budget Glass installed a double panel glass in my Bay Window & did an excellent job. He even washed the window when he was done. We really appreciate the excellent service from Jeremy & the scheduling staff at Budget.

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would. We use them often at our building because cracking windows with the weather change. Tyler Weatherford came by to replace our windows and he was not only extremely professional, he was also super kind and caring. We got our window order messed up somehow and he took the time to apologize for the mistake and stated he would get it all sorted out today. Even if it doesnt get fixed today, the fact that he communicated the error to us and sincerely apologize shows his care and dedication. Thank you Tyler for being an excellent vendor to work with! We will continue to use this company over all because the level of customer service we received today!

Amazing Customer Service! I walked in looking to buy a piece of glass and have it cut for an aquarium top. After explaining to the staff what I needed, I had a quote and the glass that I needed cut within 15 minutes. I recommend this company for all of your glass needs.

I had to replace the glass on a coffee table I bought second hand. The staff were super friendly, helpful, very accommodating and the prices are very fair. An added bonus is their office dog Sadie who was an extremely good girl :) My glass was ready the very next day. Great experience!

I have used Budget Glass on several occasions to create glass tabletops for my furniture. They are consistently very competitively priced and friendly with fast turnaround times. Most recently I had the pleasure of working with Jason who went above and beyond to fill a request and I was super surprised to have my product available for pickup the same day! It was packaged for safety and beautifully finished. This was the only company willing to transport a 68x98 300 lbs piece of glass for me. Friendly service when calling in, the guys who transported the glass were awesome. They showed up on time and took every measure necessary to make sure the glass made it in the house safely. They also cleaned both sides of the glass before leaving (zero streaks).

Slow and very thorough install, exactly how its supposed to be. Installers were very professional, courteous and made sure everything fit perfectly.Glass too several weeks to come in, but perfection takes time. Other more expensive places couldnt even give me a proper quote.

I dont write a lot of reviews, but felt compelled to write about my experience with Budget Glass. I had a couple of broken windows and had received the runaround from another un-named glass company. Then I called Budget Glass and spoke to Mike. He was great to speak with on the phone and very helpful. When I went to their shop I spoke to Sharon (and Mike again) ... they were very pleasant and accommodating. They showed me how to save more money and my price was lower from them than anyone else I spoke to. Not only that, I dropped my order off at 4:30pm and they had the windows ready the next morning compared to the other companies that told me it would be 3-4 days. So the bottom line ... better price, faster service and pleasant people to work with. They will get all my business moving forward! Highly recommend!!!

I walked in with no appointment. My 2 yr old son had thrown a toy at our kitchen window and broke it. The guys/gals at Budget Glass were OUTSTANDING! Took my window and had it replaced in no time. This will be the ONLY place I go for any glass or window needs. Great GREAT job!

The glass on our communion table was broken. The technician was on time and very professional. He even repurposed the old glass. He didn’t leave any trash when the left. If I ever need glass again I will go to budget.

Budget Glass provided me with the vanity mirrors I wanted at more than half the price quoted to me by another glass company. They were very nice in helping me understand how to mount the mirrors and had them wrapped and ready to go when I arrived. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Such a hidden gem of a place for glass and mirrors!

I took a broken window sash to Budget Glass for replacement and it was replaced the same day. I normally dont write reviews but this was a quick turn around. I dropped it off at 1:30 pm and was able to pick it up at 4:00 pm. The one thing that I could say that impressed me was the customer service was excellent.

I had multiple issues with a mirror project (not the fault of Budget Glass) and the manager, Mike, was incredibly helpful- went way above and beyond to help me figure out the problem and put the right pieces in. I definitely recommend them for large and small projects!

These people are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. I had an appointment with the and 45 minutes later no show no call. I called their office and had to deal with a very rude and unprofessional secretary who put me on hold for twelve minutes and never came back to resolve the issue. I do not recommend using their unprofessional services. I would give them a zero star, however, it is not an option given when writing this review.

Called twice for the 24 hour emergency service at 230am. Left a message the 1st time, no one ever called back. Ended up calling another company.

We had some discrepancies over the estimate and with no hassle they honored the lower price. They were very easy to work with and everything came out great.

Budget glass ? Should be called rip off glass . Had a window sash quoted, only one pane needed of glass. Quote for 160$ for a 32 by 25 glass . Popped the glass out my self, bought some low e glass from lowes for 18$ and glued it in my self .
