Werent able to exactly help me but knowledgeable and answered quickly. Saved me some headache.

I’ve been dealing with Mike and Charlie for years, they are the only glass shop I will go to. Simply the best sometimes glass is ready on the spot if it needs to be ordered, they tell me when it’s going to come in and it has never been late. They offer free estimates and are all around great guys!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!I called on Thursday and scheduled an apt with them for the following Tuesday (yesterday). They said they would call prior to showing up, I waited all day and never received a call. I called this morning and the guy said he didnt put a date on the ticket and it was his fault but he could meet me today at 2pm and again would call when on his way. It gets to be 3pm and I had not heard anything so I call. Mike (who said he was the owner) doesnt answer my call so I leave a message. Seconds later I get a text from a different number that says We called you twice no answer left a message. I text back asking who it was b/c it was not the number I had been calling and they told me Richmond Glass. I had my phone on me at all time, no calls were missed and no voicemail left. I call the number that was texting me and they dont answer. Mike calls me back and I apologized and said I did not receive any missed calls or voicemails and asked did he go by the job. His response was you missed 2 of our calls and youre calling me an hour later. Its an hour round trip, we arent going out there without confirming you were going to meet there. Not sure if they called the wrong number or what, but Mike was very unprofessional and cut me off saying anyway we are booked until next week so I told him I would take my business elsewhere and hung up. I dont normally write reviews, but this guy was so rude! ZERO stars for this business...unfortunately Google wont let me so I had to give it 1!Will take my money elsewhere.*** Edited to add--- he had 2 phone numbers, mine and my boyfriends. If he couldnt get me, he should have tried my boyfriend. If he couldnt get either one and could text me after 3 to say they called me twice and left a voicemail, then why didnt he try to text me to let me know he was trying to call me??? ***

They have a great produce and great people work there. I have a tendency to ask for difficult and at time strange request as far as size and type of glass I am looking for and they go out of thier way to happily surpass my expectations. I can not reccomend at better place for all of your glass needs.

I’ve been in the movie industry for 23 years. I’ve ordered hundreds of pieces of glass at a time from Richmond Glass. It’s always on time if not earlier and customer service is amazing. Cannot ask for a better glass shop in Richmond.

Great people if you need glass go here. Parking is a bit tricky. And Richmond city has to ticket car owners apparently to pay for the millions they spent on the bus lanes.

I can highly recommend this business for household glass replacement. Stopped by to get 2 pieces of glass cut for our hutch that we recently purchased and we broke the 2 pierces during transit. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Give this place a try if you need glass replaced or cut.

I called Richmond Glass in mid-August to custom cut a glass tabletop for my new dining room table and buffet. Ive waited 25 years for my husband to buy a nice dining room set and I wanted to make sure it didnt get damaged. I spoke to the owner sent him pictures and was told someone would come out to my house next week ... 3 weeks later I called to see if they were planning on coming out and the only excuse given was my guys been out. I can appreciate employee issues but do you think that a courtesy phone call to just let me know you couldnt do it right now might have been in order? I guess not. Moving on ... still no glass for my new dining room set. :(

Great guys, very glad to have this resource. We have ordered 1/2 tempered and gas filled inserts. They have cut square holes for outlets in backsplash glass for us.

Super fast got my glass cut on the spot for a lot less than the competitor.
