Tip the delivery 🚚 person!! He comes out his way and he aint rich!! Dont order delivery if you dont wanna tip! Greedy and lazy yall customers!

When I got home to eat my food I put the rice on a plate and there was a fly in my food. I called back and told her that there was a fly in my food she said she would make me another one. I call back and ask her if she needs me to bring the food with the fly and she said yes she would make me another one after she saw the fly. I get there show her the fly and she said she’ll make another one. I tell her I don’t want another one I would just like my money back. She said that she can’t give me my money back because I paid with a card. In my opinion that’s bad business. You should not have flies in your food.

I LOVE this place! The chicken wings are the BEST!! It’s the best I ever had at a Chinese spot! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE from the Chinese lady! NOT the black lady they use to have! She was horrible, but other than that it is always good! And delivery is always good! Rite on time too! Sometimes comes even earlier than expected.

Tried this place for the first time my daughter told me bout it, this is my new go to Chinese restaurant this was so good and I couldnt finish eating it twice lol so they give great proportions😁ps best chicken wings ever!!!

These people are very rude, called to place my order put on hold for her to take mutiple order then when I spoke no one was responding. I called back to her telling me honey what you want to order and tell me my first order then say can you hurry have other calls, food was fine last time I ordered but will not be spending my money where employees are rude to customers. Bad customer service will take my business elsewhere.

Love this place. Friendly staff, always helpful, and excellent food served in a timely manner. My favorite dish is the chicken and broccoli lunch special with the egg-roll. They’re homemade sweet tea is amazing! The price of the food is also reasonable.

I ordered a small shrimp fried rice which came up to $5.75, handed her my card and she pointed to the paper they wrote and said $6 minimum for a card. No sale from me . If I had the cash I still wouldnt make a purchase because I hate stores that tell you a minimum amount u have to spend.

Good food, reasonable prices, very friendly staff. Delivery of food is always accurate and delivered in a timely manner, most often before the expected arrival time.

Hello food was nasty chicken wings was dried out like they had cook then reheated and reheated.Also the shrimp egg foo young was horrible. NEVER AGAIN

Rude and unprofessional workers. My family and I frequently purchased meals there....not anymore. Food isn’t that good to be hanging up on people and Messing up orders. Reading other reviews and I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed the unprofessional people here. If I could I post a picture of this chicken fried rice I ordered and how the chicken is undercooked. I bet they’d treat people right then. According to these reviews they won’t be open much longer.

When I returned the food to the restaurant and told her my problem and asked for my money back the most obnoxious ghetto ass woman told me if I don’t want the food to leave it and get the f@&k out and never come back.Well I definitely won’t be, and I suggest that if you don’t want some sort of food poisoning then you don’t either!!!!

Quick delivery but not flavorful or fresh food. They stay in business because of their location. Ive tried them for a couple years they used to be better about 8 yrs ago. I drive further to another restaraunt now.

This place is DELICIOUS. it might not look like the fanciest place but their food speaks volumes.

Never again will I order from them, if you cant speak English there are people who can, hire them. Dont come up with differect prices because they fit the money you want, make sure your prices are correct. Whoever takes orders needs to learn to speak to people, if you have it wrong just say it dont argue cause thats the last bit of money I will spend with them.

Just order some food from there. When we got home we had broke pieces half way old dry up chicken wings. Drove all the way back to the store. The person that work in the front said that it was still chicken and we can eat it. We was refund half our money back. They gave us some more chicken but when we got home it wad half way cook. The chicken was red inside and a little blood was on it. Wont be ordering from this anymore.

My wife and I eat here weekly. The staff is very friendly and the food is the main thing that keeps us coming back.

Fast delivery but food not worth a d#@%$ I ordered pepper steak it was grey and the gravey was like water and had a after taste the rice tasted old and heated up from a previous order. Im just being honest

Called and tried to place a big order in the middle of my order she stopped me and said oh we can’t deliver to your particular address because the last time we came out you didn’t have no money to pay for the food. 1st of all why would I call knowing I don’t have any money to pay? 2nd This is my very first time ordering from them ever. So I told the lady and she said well it’s on our list not to deliver there anymore. Now I’ve been living in this same place for about six years now so I know she’s lying. They need to get their self together I would never spend my money with them. From what I’m hearing I wasn’t missing anything special. I’ll stick to Red House from now on.

The service over all was terrible. They dont even know what customer service is. The chick with the bad weave and bad attitude is ratchet as they come. Maybe its cool to eat bugs where ever u from but here in VA we dont do ours like that. I called to inform them that it was bugs (more then one) in my shrimp egg fo young. And miss ratchet came off we aint got no bugs, we just had inspection Friday maybe the guy opened it up before he gave it to u. I kindly told her ok thanks miss ratchet I would go about this another way. The bag was tied when I received it and I was only next door so its no way a bug could have gotten in my food from him. Point blank they are ratchet and they have bugs and dont want to do anything about it...

Called here to place an order, lady hung up on me called back and she tried to start an argument with me. work close to them and have only ordered from them maybe twice and both times they were extremely rude! Got food on the 17th, tryed to take it back for a refundback on the18th cause the Singapore noodles was nasty n way too spicy and the chicken with broccoli was undercooked like white raw chicken so uncooked when u bite into it its like chewing on an ear! stay away! highlightd: when tryed to get a refund manager was rude and very disrespectful, I even brought the food back so she could see that it was not eaten. The best part is after she refused to give a refund then she called the police.. wtf! henrico, really. what happen to customer service? shame on you hunan you have been warned ...
