Love this place. A great selection, friendly staff, well laid out and welcoming. It’s a super grocery with standard items, household, a pharmacy, sushi bar, deli, bakery, meat and fish market, and more. Great gluten free and organic selection.Outstanding wine and beer selection. Fresh produce and more. This is a great place and definitely our go to when in the area.So bright, clean and fun to shop here. Everything is fresh, well presented and the prices are great.

I called all day 2 days before to put in a cake order, no one answered and I kept being put on hold for more than 30 minutes. I called next day at 10am and was able to put in my order (day before). Pick up time was for 2pm next day. I received a call day of at 8am that they did not have the kit for the theme cake I wanted. I asked if they could just make the design of the cake and was told yes. I go to pick up the cake and it is nothing of what I asked for. Who ever decorated it just did what they wanted to. I still payed for the cake because it was either pay for the cake or have no cake for my daughters birthday. First picture is cake design I wanted, second picture is the cake I got. 😒 Yes its a cute cake, but not what I ordered. Tried calling to speak with a manager and no answer.

I will never go to another grocer. This location has everything. Fair prices & helpful staff. Check it out for yourself!

This location is great but the only downside is the self checkout is really small an tight. You are literally on top of the person next to you. I wish HEB would have a setup like Walmarts. The self checkout is its own lane.

I LOVE HEB. I frequent the Rosenberg store. This morning a met a young man named Daniel (hes a twin), I mistook him for a manager. This young man has the presence, maturity and makings to be a manager. He was so sweet and professional. HEB pay attention to Daniel, hes going to excelle wherever he is. Daniel, although we had a brief encounter, sir you left a memory. Good luck on whatever your future holds for you young man.

I really like this HEB and it’s location. It’s organized and always very clean and well-stocked. Only downside is that I called to see if I had left some of my groceries behind after I checked out at the register. The employee who answered had to transfer me to the manager, and I think he thought he put me on mute because I heard him talk a little smack about me before he transferred the call 🙃

The store HEB is a great store to shop. Always clean. Coupons everywhere, but I never seem to understand which ones are valid. Wish there was a way to log in ur phone number and all items that have a coupon, will automatically be entered prior to final purchase. That can truly show savings and people will shop there more. Probably get more members online via App.

I love HEB and I love this specific HEB better than most simply because everything I want they have and if they don’t have it the manager will help try and get it in the store for you like my bison steaks. Also anytime the lines get long they make sure they open even more lines up. I’ve given only 4 stars because there is one issue that kinda bugs me and I know it’s hard to control but there’s some sort of fruit flys buzzing all over the vegetables and seeing that with busted open fruits and vegetables kinda sickens me.

Its HEB, what do you expect? Always a great selection of products. Prices are always reasonable. Associates are always willing to help if you have any questions, or need assistance in finding something. If you dont have too many items to buy, you can always check out quickest through the self check.

Easy to get to and offers a huge parking lot, including a parking area for grocery pick up. Two sliding door entrances for customers. Huge grocery store that is a one-stop shop for everything you need, from produce to canned/packaged food, to kitchen to home supplies, to beauty products and garden stuff. I love the variety they provide for each product category. Vegan product aisles from food to beauty products. And they have wide aisles, clearly labeled sections so its easy to find everything. Several cash registers are always available to ring you up. Sale items abound where prices sometimes beat Costco or Sam’s Club pricing. Its an overall great shopping experience.

HEB is a very upscale store. Staff will come up and actually have a conversation with you...not just may I help you.Real Texans...thats how I would describe the staff.

A great grocery store for getting unique things not available at the traditonal home for the Warios or kashed up Kliquers.

I like how the sushi was separate from the rest of the store. Everything is well organized in this store.

HEB carries so many items you cant find at another grocery store & the HEB brand is typically equal to or better than name brand. Today was the first time I experienced a non-friendly cashier & bagger. Neither showed a kind, friendly or welcoming personality. Disappointing but the only reason for 4 stars.

I moved to Texas from PA 2 years ago. Never heard of H‑E‑B prior to living here. I was adiehard Whole Foods fan. Now, I’m all H‑E‑B!! I can find great quality produce, seafood, meats, fresh baked tortillas...! I love the prices and the fact that H‑E‑B supports minority businesses! It’s always clean and the same things I can get at Sprouts & Whole Foods, H‑E‑B has it cheaper. Oh, I almost forgot this one...I wanted a particular sausage I grew up loving. The meat manager in Sugarland took the name of the product I couldn’t find there and went out of his way to find it. He called his buyers for help.But he couldn’t get it for me. The district manager ( I think it’s his title...he’s from PA also) told me to try the H‑E‑B brand sausage for free and ask for him next time I went to that store. I was making crab boil. So he gave me 3-4 packs!! Free!! I saw him again later and told him I loved it!!And on top of everything after the power outage and the way H‑E‑B was there for the community, I am a huge fan!! Hey, I’ll do the commercial!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽. My family eats healthy and well on a great budget without breaking the bank! Love this joint!! I support businesses that support us all!! One love!!💃🏽🙏🏽

This bad review is for curbside. It’s been several times that the workers come out with heavy items in one bag they see the bag is ripped and won’t double bag heavy items.

Curbside baging your groceries they put all heavy items in the same bag. Bags ripped as soon as you pick them up. Please have them to not put all cans good are even all heavy items in the same bag.they might as well just throw your groceries in your trunk.

HEB has raised their prices so much during the pandemic. Im not sure where to shop now. People who are getting free home delivery are making the in-store shoppers have to pay the store burden for the online free home delivery or curbside pickup.

Theres a young lady in the florist Department they were all wonderful help but I believe shes manager I want to say a shout out to her that she is so awesome caring she knows her job well and if she ever those outside at HEB I think she did good as a wedding planner or decorator I can see the that she has a talent that she can go far in life and he loves what shes doing and I want to thank her very much the women that was helping her today

This is a great grocery store. I go there twice a week.

Although they were very busy, there were a lot of checkers open and plenty of self check outs open. All the employees were super helpful.

I went there to get my Covid 19 vaccine. They took walk ins and had the brand I wanted. I did not wait but a few minutes.

This store is larger than all normal HEB. Very well organized and clean. We love coming here for a more detailed shopping. There are always some local brands sold here that we really like.

Very nice HEB. Organized a little different than the Riverpark ...the one a little further down 59. Bakery and gardening offers more at this new Richmond one. They have curbside pickup. The parking lot oddly enough has a slow incline when you are bringing groceries to your car. If you are near the back of the lot, you may have to hold your cart in place while you put your groceries in your car as the cart may roll away :p

Fresh produce, great selection of meat/poultry, and everything is always well stocked. The best.

All HEBs are excellent with their terrific selection of prepared items, and excellent Hill Country Fare generic and items. This store feels a bit cramped and is very crowded. This feeling is not helped by the dozens of employees fulfilling online orders with their very large carts in the aisles. This makes for an unpleasant shopping experience.

Produce area is clean and inviting with all the best produce with many options for local produce.Seafood area is affordable and options are endless. Staff is always willing to help out. Pharmacy staff is super friendly and genuinely cares for overall well being. Parking area is a bit cramped yet plenty of parking is available. Curbside pickup is super quick, efficient and affordable. Customer service has many options for check cashing, lotto and money wire transfer. Great products available for both female and male hygiene. Seasonal area is always displayed in the same area with multiple options if you are looking for gifts, home goods or holiday decorations. Nursery area in the front of the store has healthy plant options and great decor for your garden. Parking lot attendants do an amazing job keeping the parking lot clear of debris and random shopping carts. One of the best places to shop for all your home needs in Richmond. Located right off of hwy 59 feeder road with easy access.

HEB is a shopping experience similar to Kroger and Randalls. It has high-end products and sells health, youth and beauty products galore. They sell household products, home goods, appliances and recently I observed Kroger now sells clothing.
