Nice store. Excellent staff. Ways helpful and courteous. Bake shop does a nice job. I think they were making their own brioche burger buns but my have gone to a distributor. I only bring this up because the last time I went these were not at the bakery but up front in a labeled package. Have in my mind that they werent quite as fresh but sho knows. Maybe a mental tick on my part.

Ordering on the app was very easy and and paying for it What I didnt like was on the app I told him that I was here and I could see through the app they were gathering my bags but I still had to wait 30 minutes in order for them to bring out my small order.. Ive never had to wait the song for 10 items to be brought out to my car. And I had a few items that were frozen so it just makes me wonder how long my order was sitting out before they decided to bring it out to my car.

I like beef quality. I asked two packs of long beef rib to cut three pieces to the butcher. But it looks like little less after cut.I found ribs weight less than on the sticker posted.So I have to go back to the market to get refund for the difference.

Its OK, you have to keep an eye on sales here because normally prices seem somewhat high, but overall a decent store...

Seems a little pricey, but follow the BOGO signs around the very tidy store for big savings. This store has the freshest foods of any chain store in RVA. It takes a minute to get used to the layout, but once you do this is a very easy place to shop. The customer service at this store has significantly improved from its first few months. Be ready to get carded for smokes or beer even if you are 100 years old. This place cards everybody, not thats a bad thing. Just dont forget your ID.

Got some of the fried chicken from the deli. The chicken and the sides (potato wedges and Mac & cheese) were delicious. All the employees were very friendly and helpful.The free reusable grocery bag was a nice touch.Will definitely be returning to this store.

Loads to choose from in this supermarket. Fresh produce, a great deli selection for made to order meals, good bakery options for a quick treat or a special occasion. Really like the wide aisles and strong selection, for example the typical sodas with most in regular and diet, but also specialty sodas that are fun to taste test. Friendly service at the registers too.

First time shopper at a Publix. Ordered a roast beef sub at their deli with horseradish. Another employee went to get the horseradish trying to help and the (girl from India or wherever) cut my bread, pulled out the roast beef and left it on the counter. She then started slicing deli meats for other customers, my horseradish was delivered by the other employee and I still stood there for 10 minutes waiting for my sub to be made. So as the bread got hard and the roast beef was drying out, the employee who got the horseradish made my sandwich. Not a very good first impression. Hate to say it, but Im happy with all the other grocery stores and will not be going out of my way just to go to Publix 👎

My absolute favorite grocery store. The produce is good quality as well as the meats. The store is clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is a sign of well run business that takes good care of their employees.

I buy beer here on the way to play disc golf because they tore down the cool beer store to build some stupid bank. I cant get ripped on a low yield savings account. Fiat is dead. The beer store had a bitcoin atm before it was cool to be in crypto. But I wouldnt expect you guys to have anything cool that close to UR. I guess except for this Publix

Great place to get food fresh and in bakery you can break a package of rolls and get a couple or our donuts made fresh or half a loaf of bread. No pharmacy here but helpful staff able and willing to help anytime.

Better selection than Aldi, bit more expensive. Good meat selection. The sandwiches are pretty good, very big.

We had a small issue but the management here is exceptional. Especially Grocery Manager Tim. The team really cares about customers and I will be coming back to the store anytime I need groceries!

Found most of what I needed. Extremely helpful at the register and help with groceries to your car. Great!

So to start prices are alittle high but when it comes to management I overheard one of there managers cussing out there employees thats just plan rude I came on here to see if you would apologize for your actions ima. Public place. I feel bad for the employee whom was disrespected in public. I hope your not working there when I come in again or Ill. Just have to speak with a supervisor or store owner?

Have not visited since the conversion from Martins to Publix. Very clean and spacious. The service was fast, friendly, and accurate.

Convenient! I had been to West hampton Bakery for a cake, just had no energy after work. So I stopped at publix in and out very quickly got the ice cream and very nice fruit grapes, oranges and strawberries and also stew beef and a small turkey breast. Because why Not? Then went by the new Ukrops Market and got a larger corn pudding.Happy New Year !

Its fairly pricey, but really nice. Great customer service. I cannot and will not hold Publix responsible for the AWFUL customers that nearly ran my wife and I over several times. All in all, it was pretty good. Three stars because the prices are a bit high for the RVA area.

Publix is the cleanest stores in Richmond. The staff is very friendly. The prices are a little high on some items but if you watch for the sales the buy one get one are great.

Enjoyed dinner from the hot and cold salad bars. They have a second floor overlooking the every store. The kids enjoy the view.

Great customer service!!I stopped by to grab a sandwich to go. It was a new item on the menu and they did an excellent job making a wrap that they had never made before (delicious avocado tofu wrap) .They kept apologizing for the delay as they went through the sandwich ingredients but did a great job. Excellent customer service from Ramzey, the lady who made my sandwich and John, the deli manager.

Cleanest supermarket in Richmond. The Village Publix Only problem I dislike is that the bakery is in the rear of the store and often miss place in this big store. Then the eating area is in the opposite side of where you buy your ready made food and salads that makes the flow of this market misaligned. Basically the feng shui in this place is off. I’ve been to other Publix in the Richmond area that has better flow charts.

Shopped here today and I must say out of all the Publix in RVA this is by far the worst customer service ever.. they dont compare to Forest Hill or Hull Street Publix I will never shop at this location again !!!!

Now that the hoopla of the recent opening has calmed down, this store is great. Happy to have them in the neighborhood so I never have to go to Kroger again.

Just popped in to get some Deli meats. Was left waiting at counter for at least 5 minutes before someone asked what I required. Then proceeds to take order but told call back after they had finished processing other orders.Now this may be ok if you have other shopping to do but totally unacceptable if you want to just pop in and out.You slogan “ WHERE SHOPPING IS A PLEASURE “ certainly did not live up to expectations today.

Nice selection of quality precooked foods and produce. However I was in the store for 30 minutes instead of 10 minutes. There’s no room to walk through aisles and I waited in traffic jams throughout the store.

Several items I was shopping for were not available today June 2, 2020. And only one register was opened when I was ready to check out.Given its location, I thought this would be the premier Publix in Richmond, and it does have some extras in it. But I have repeatedly found that it is missing inventory I can find at the John Rolfe Parkway Publix. Very disappointing given that this location is much closer to my home than the John Rolfe location.

The receiving guy is VERY NASTY AND RUDE to vendors bring merchandise into the store!! Skinny black buy with glasses... this is a brand new location and the service he gave to me was horrible, this was the nastiest service I’ve ever received at any publix location in Richmond!! DO NOT TALK TO VENDORS LIKE THEIR YOUR CHILDREN IF IT WASNT FOR US THIS STORE WOULDNT HAVE ANY MERCHANDISE INSIDE OF IT!!!!!

Publix apron meal was growing mold. Between the hassle of not having a meal for the night and having to go back to return the next day, they werent exactly apologetic. Will no longer shop here
