The barbers in the shop they all are professionals they do excellent with cutting hair styles designing I am satisfied with everything that they do when I go there in fact its a place where you look forward to returning

I only went for one thing, lunch meat. Not the best selection, but it did the job. This place kinda reminds me of Aldi in the way its set up, the prices, and that you bag your own groceries after you pay for it. Will come back to see what else they have to offer.

My first visit. Folks were very nice. Found pretty much what I was looking for and then some.

My Go To store! Great prices, convenient, and easy to navigate. Safe with security guard on duty and friendly service. They have both international and ameeican products. Brand name and quality off ÷brand products. There is something for everyone. You can also help the community here because they collect donations for many causes.

Lines are usually long but i lucked out so no waiting. Store is clean and selection is ok. Meat is a little high.

Great place to shop and convenient to Southside neighborhoods.

Had good prices on the roast whole store needs bleach and soap and water clean clean the whole store yall know better

I love this place because I can get almost everything for groceries and vegetables, and great price and also gases bigger parking lot.

The cashier ladies at the save a lot have really hard jobs. And they are always so nice and pleasant and friendly. They have better customer service than the nicer stores like Publix and Kroger. I would definitely recommend it just based off that. They dont have the biggest selection of shrug but they have great prices

Comparable to Aldis, its a good thing we have one here in the hood. Good prices, decent fresh foods, but the workers need more. Continue to go there, hopefully I can 5-star this place one day.

Its comparable to Aldi. A quarter deposit for a cart and bag your own stuff. They have one of most staples, but nothing extra. I suppose it saves a little money, but theres a real supermarket a little south on Hull Street.

Sreat prices and variety. Need to shop here more often.

This is actually one of the better Save a lots Ive been to over the years. I used to be afraid to buy produce and dairy from them but this store always has fresh produce. They could be a more staffed but otherwise Im satisfied.

My mother and I do our usual shopping here. You can buy a decent amount of groceries and get the usual stuff here but there isnt a whole lot of variety. The price is also really great, so you can definitely get a lot for cheap. The reason why I rate it four stars is because the lines are usually long due to limited cashiers working at certain times. Other than that, the customer service is outstanding and I admire majority of the people working here. I have never had an issue!

The customer service was awful. The cashier never once spoke to me. Never said hi or how are you. She also not once informed me of my total and did not say have a nice day at the end. The cashier next to mine was then just as rude as mine to an elderly women. When the cashier was called out on it she argued with the customer. I will never shop there again.

Rude employees not clean

Great Supermarket. They always sell great, fresh, nutritious food for super low prices. But be careful. if anyone ever wants to buy your groceries for you with their foodstamp card, dont except the offer. They are just after your cash money that they will charge you for the help. And its illegal for anyone to buy or sell their foofstamps, so let the store manager know so they can call the police on that person whose trying to buy your groceries for you for money.

I go to save-a-lot to save money. They have good prices on chicken and pork chops. I dont care for their beef. It has always been tough. Their Marcum seasonings are very good and reasonably priced. You can definitely get more for your money here.

The cashier ladies are allways disrespectful... Every time I go in there it takes 10 minutes to buy just one thing.. Even if there is just one person in front of you, (or no body)

Everything I needed u had I was quiet happy with that. The only complaint I have is the sales associate did not greet me upon checking out. She did thank me after my transaction was completed.C.

Itll do. Its the only grocery store in the area so I go there for convenience but they dont have a lot of the things I like...no ground turkey.

✋ in to pick-up a couple of items, the check-out was ten deep, with only one lane open! Just as I turned to leave another worker sashes in past by the register twice before honoring us with his presence and began working....Whoo Hoop I felt so Blessed!

Its a big store which is good and reasonably priced much cheaper than most, but they recently got a new meat vendor and meat prices nearly doubled! No bueno

When the grocery budget is bordering Top Ramen delight this place will help you stretch your coins a little further.

Good prices on some items and overpriced on others. You have to do your own bagging at a table after you pay. New weird shopping experience for me.

I would like to say my experience was wonderful and give u 4 or 5 stars but the young gentleman that was my cashier was wearing a Do rag and a hoodie on his head I had to ask him was he cold and his answer was no. I have been in the Customer Service business for over 20 years from managing call center to retail store and I am here to tell you that look was NOT a good look for a person working with the public. Question how can store owners ask patrons not to enter their store with hoodies on but your employees are wearing them?

Whenever I visit they never have enough cashiers but this time was a little different. Prices are great, just not well equipped with employees.

I used to visit this store once a week until I went in made 200.00 worth of groceries and was told to pay for the bags this crazy when I can take my money to a place that appreciates me enough to give me a bag 200.00 cash money hard earned money not paying no more I do not shop there anymore and I dont recommend a business that treat customers this way...one star is too much this pay for bags is a bad way to handle your business.

For the most part its clean and stocked. The workers are nice better then Walmart if you ask me.

The prices are great they have their brands of food which some people want name brand food but i know how to cook so it doesnt bother me

I hadnt been to Save A Lot in a while. I had forgotten how much Id actually saved shopping here. The fruit and vegetables are fresher NOW and I like the international/Latino food isle.

I would have given it 4 or 5 stars other than the fact that the security guard treated me like a common theif... even accused me of being one! After I went in and first used the restroom (Im pregnant, too-btw) I had apparently been in there for too long and he banged on the door and told me to hurry up. I also had to use the mens restroom which smelled horribly of urine, and took at least 3 mins cleaning before I used the restroom.. I then rushed out and shopped for a few items. I noticed the security guard following me around but didnt think alot of it until after I checked out.. he approached me and asked if I had brought mints into the restroom because there was a busted bag of spearmints in the sink and they were scattered about.. mind you, I didnt even step behind the register before I had used the restroom when I walked in... As I told him no and tried to point out that I hadnt even walked in the shopping area when I had gone to the bathroom, and it must have been whoever was after me, he said that they didnt carry anything into the restroom, dismissing the fact I hadnt even walked near a register, let alone back far enough to get mints, and continued on as if I was possibly lying by saying something that petty just isnt worth it.. SMH.. I really couldnt believe he had the nerve to accuse me..Other than that- the store has good deals..

I love this store they always have good deals on chicken an pork ir you like thies things there vegetables r not to good not a big selection but most prices are very affordable if your on a budget like iam.

I called to see if they had some items in stock. The employee (Renee) told me one item was in stock then told me she didnt know about the other item, and there was no one she could talk to, or no one that could check to see if it was in stock. I then said thank you and she hung up without saying anything else. Very unprofessional, I would not recommend going to this store since they dont care enough to help the customers.

The Smell

Super long lines on a Friday and the selection was fairly limited. Prefer Aldi, Lidl or even Food Lion for good deals.

Reasonably price and clean. Fresh meat an veggies. The down fall, long lines an only 2 cashiers. Need more cashiers!!

Always very friendly great prices on different stuff accepts WIC and EBT sells diapers baby food and formula as well as hygeine products and any other food you are looking for the only down side is they only have ever one register out of the 5 open which causes it to get backed up pretty quickly
