I was at Extreme Guns and Ammo today and was assisted by Danny who I spoke to the day before on the phone. When I walked through the door I was greeted before the door closed. It just so happened that Danny was the greeter and had everything set up for me. He had remembered my call and my order had been put back as promised. My entire experience was outstanding, and took (even with the required paperwork) maybe 30 minutes. I read many of the previous reviews and my assessment is closer to the other 5 stars. The store is amazing and my only limitations were money. It’s one of those places you could go very often and find something interesting.

Placed a pre order and decided after a couple of days to cancel. I called in to cancel and the process went through smoothly. No mention of any cancellation fees or anything. After a couple of days, i saw that the purchase amount including tax was not the amount reflecting on my cc. Called them up to inquire what is the reason for the discepancy. Next thing i knew was that they charged me with a cancellation fee. Checked their website regarding their policies and nothing was mentioned about it. Person on the phone never said anything about cancellation fees as well. If ever you want to purchase from this store be aware that if you cancel they will charge you according to them around 5% to 25% of the purchase price of the item you are buying. Bussiness like this should let their consumers know about this policies on their website and also over the phone transactions.

I rarely write reviews but Vincent and the guys over at Xtreme are first class. They are a welcoming group with an abundance of knowledge, great inventory and great prices. I live in Victoria, TX which is nearly two hours away and regardless of the drive these guys have become my go to shop. Highly recommend them!

Went today to buy my first gun, was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The owner is extremely nice and likes to carry a conversation along with the staff as well. Highly recommend this shop as the place to go as the prices are fair and the service is top tier.

Ordered multiple high end items/purchases from Xtreme without any issues. Every order (4) has been in excess of $8k and has arrived as described and on time. Xtreme has always made me feel comfortable by sending text photos to make sure I have seen the littlest details during the purchase process, they are my go to store even being over 2,500 miles away. Have never been to their brick and mortar store but they must have a hell of an inventory or least when it comes to Proof Research. Austin and Vince (owner) have been super to deal with on every transaction.

The guys at Xtreme Guns & Ammo were extremely nice and very professional and very patient and friendly. I purchased a LWRC IC PSD PISTOL 5.56 along with a TRIJICON MRO HD RED 68 MOA DOT.They took the time to mount and bore site the red dot for me, which I thought was very nice. They even went out of their way to show me some of their night vision scopes. Good group of guys. Highly recommended, hands down. Called 3 business days in a row to make sure an item was in stock. Was not able to talk to anyone only option was to leave a message. I figured since some items say call for availability and others say in stock since the item I wanted said in stock I went ahead ordered. Even though it says in stock online they don’t have it to ship. Now I have to wait for $1900 to be released back to me. Not very cool. First time giving this company a chance to earn my business.

This place is hands down the best gun store I’ve been to. Everyone seems to be really helpful to customers. They look at you when they talk to you. Josh helped me. He was really nice and very knowledgeable about the Various products. He answered probably 50 questions or more. The price point is the best that I’ve seen for the same gun elsewhere. Even tax is less (vs Houston) because it’s located in Richmond Texas. I highly recommend this store to everyone but especially if you’re new to guns, trying to find something that best suited you and have lots of questions. Thanks Josh!

Only one experience with this company and will most likely be my last. I quickly found out that their online inventory is in no way aligned with their actual inventory. I ended up speaking with someone there and was very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and they didn’t seem too interested in earning any future business. I’ve definitely found better alternatives for purchasing firearms. Might want to think twice.

I purchased an STI Marauder from online since they were a stocking dealer referred to me by STI and nobody local had any in stock. Things seemed great until I received the gun and noticed that it had lots of nicks and scratches and appeared to be used or a beat up display model. After inspecting the pistol at my FFL, I emailed them several times regarding the damage prior to completing the transfer paperwork to see about obtaining a pistol that wasnt damaged. All of my emails went unanswered. I then called them and the person told me that hed received my emails and his only solution was to contact STI.
