This company installed some TVs in the sanctuary of our church a couple of years ago and did a good job. Due to our past positive experience we were willing to pay in advance for this job. We paid them in full, now they will not install, will not return our money and will not communicate with us. We are considering taking legal action to get our money back as we dont seem to have any other option. This is such a shame.

Matt did a fantastic job installing my surround sound system and programming my Harmony remote. All work was executed in a very professional and timely manner. Matt thoroughly explained and ran through all the component functions. Area was cleaned up after work was completed. Extremely pleased with the end result. Without a doubt, I would call on PAV Installations again should the need arise. I strongly recommend this company.

Installer no call/no show for a quote appointment. When he did call we discussed a reschedule, but couldn’t at the time. The third attempt at an appointment was met with I am busy. Will definitely not do business with them after attempting three separate appointments.

They installed TVs and sound system with my existing equipment - as I recall it was $900. It seemed to be working but then just stopped. I assumed we had pulled out a cable or something simple and paid to have them come back to get the Xbox going again. They came back then said I needed to reconfigure the set up and add two new cables for an additional $150. I didn’t understand how I could pay to get it set up then need to reconfigure and add new cables for an additional $150 when nothing had been changed (no new equipment, same connections etc).

The folks at PAV Installations came quickly to mount my bedroom TV. They had all the required hardware and placed, mounted, and cleaned in about 30 minutes. Not only was the service fast, but Matt was responsive and arrived on time. I highly recommend using PAV for your home theater installation needs.

Requested assistance with a receiver that was losing sound intermittently. Matt set up an appointment but due to unforeseen circumstances, couldnt make the appointment. Instead of rescheduling or cancelling, he talked me through a troubleshooting process and we were able to fix the issue. Followed up with call to make sure system working properly. Great to deal with.

Really great company. They did an excellent job doing a wall mount of our tv. They installed the tv perfectly and did a nice job discretely hiding the wires and electronics inside of existing cabinetry. They were quick, clean, and charged a very fair price for the job.

Prompt and courteous service. When an accident kept Matt from coming at the first time we had arranged, he immediately called me and set up a time for the next day. PAV is amazing. Brian is honest, helpful, and the rates are beyond fair. Brian was able to solve 2 years worth of troubles in our home (that another AV company was going to charge us thousands of dollars to fix) in less than an hour. I cant wait to refer this trustworthy business to all of my friends and neighbors! (I know that sounds like an almost artificial level of excitement about an AV company...but I just avoided getting majorly snowed and am genuinely over the moon about it.)

I found PAV Installations on Google. To be honest, I had never heard of them before and didn’t really have much expectations. They were the earliest I could find and I really wanted to get my new 75” TV installed asap. Before they came, I was very impressed with their communication. Besides the standard email/text appt reminder the day before, I received 2 phone calls on the installation day informing me of their approximate arrival time. Then they showed up at my door. After a quick handshake and introduction, the first thing they did was to put on shoe covers before walking in. That was very professional to me and impressed me right away. Then of course, they did a great job mounting my TV on the wall, quick and professional! At last, I was further impressed with the paper work process. It was all digital! I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I’m really glad I chose them for the job!

Brian did a fantastic job installing our 55 TV in short order. Installation was taking place above a fireplace and was into solid brick - Brian handled the job with no problems, and was very professional, talking me through step by step what he was doing and confirming appropriate placement all along the way. Showed up 10 minutes ahead of schedule and worked expeditiously. Also helped me brainstorm on an outdoor TV mounting. PAV was half the price Best Buy estimated theyd be able to do it for and Im very glad i went with Brian and PAV. Will be using them again for any future AV needs.

I cannot say enough about the job these guys did, from coming on a snowy day to helping relocate the cable connection for better use of the living room, they provide an excellent service.The TV was mounted above a fireplace into plaster over brick and they concealed the cables and hid the cable box behind the television.I would highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a TV mounted or any A/V solutions.

Matt is skilled at his craft. I asked him to perform a tricky underground coaxial cable installation through a brick wall and into an basement with minimal space between wall paneling and exterior brick. He made it work like a charm. He was in and out promptly while still providing admirable service and answering all my questions. He even cleaned up some existing cables that were no longer in use so they would take up less space. Communication before and during the installation was superb. Finally, his pricing is exceedingly reasonable. If you need any cable run, PAV should be your first phone call.

On September 12, 2019, Matt installed wiring for cable and internet from the outside box into the house and through our interior walls -- superbly!He is very thorough with very high quality service.We are most pleased with the results of his work and would call on him again for any future needs. I recently had my t.v installed on the wall in my bedroom and let me tell you i was very pleased with the service. They were able to come a day earlier than my appointment on last minute notice due to a change of plans. When the guys showed up they were very polite and knowledgeable. The installation was very quick considering what has to be done. I would recommend their services to anyone and I will defiantly be using them in the future.

Run from this so called business. He is totally dishonest and took advantage of a disabled older woman after destroying her 72” TV by a horrible inadequate and not up to industry standards installation. Shammer and after promising to pay $922.00 to replace TV He then didnt pay when asked for it but had hard luck stories of being thrown out of an apartment by his girlfriend and no $$$. Promised 2x’s since to pay in 2 weeks.Then lied to others and to me, the womans POA, saying he paid and claimed in an email he had proof but fails to provide it because he’s NEVER EVER PAID IT and no banking proof exists. in an email. He is the only employee and is owner and is dishinest, lies, fails to pay damages for the TV that had to be replaced. He saw it and stated it was beyond repair and was scared someone had been hurt but once he knew she had not been hurt he failed to pay for the new TV even after months.

PAV Installations installed a 50 tv on the wall for me. The installation was done quickly and very efficiently. The installer was very professional and did a wonderful job--no mess and very neat. He even loaded my old tv into my car for me to deliver to my grandson. He arrived close to beginning of the 3 hour time frame I was given. Also, the price was very reasonable. I strongly recommend PAV Installations.

I tried calling the Squad and another A/V company but couldnt even get through to speak with a live person. When I called PAV the phone was answered by a REAL person within a couple of rings. I was able to schedule an appointment right then.I was so impressed with Brian! He arrived on time, wore shoe booties to protect the hardwood floors (which had just been refinished), and completed the job in under an hour. It was worth every penny to have the new TV, surround soundbar, and DVR/CD player connected correctly. It saved our marriage and was less expensive than a marriage counselor!

PAV was great. Matt and Brian were upfront, communicated well and much more reasonably priced than other quotes we saw. They installed a new TV and soundbar and hid all the wires/components. Brian Shelton has been to my house twice to help with instalation of phone/computer lines, fix the audio of the new tv, and to hang some pictures. My television that was already installed by a different company had fell of the bracket because it was not correctly formatted. Matt and Brian (PAV Installations) were at my apartment within a half hour and could not have been more accommodating. They went above and beyond my expectations and were extremely customer service orientated. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a home theater installment! Such a great experience working with PAV from the very beginning. They are exceptionally responsive and unlike many service providers, they show up on time.I was having them run wire for a new TV in my basement with wire needing to be run in the ceiling / walls to a utility room. There did so with only 1 tiny drywall hole that was easy for us to repair. And, they not only ran the cable that was specified for the job, but also proactively ran ethernet to the TV location since we were purchasing a Smart TV. I had an initial vision of the project and they actual simplified it and saved us money.Quality is great and they are reasonable on price. Will definitely work with PAV again and am already planning my next project!
