They are wonderful! From the first phone call asking about how it works to the owner himself safely putting my repaired TV in the back of my suv for safe travels, they were AWESOME! It is a husband and wife team that look out for you and your budget while being very upfront and knowledgeable about everything! Shop is a little messy, but what can you expect from a company that can rebuild and repair a majority of electronics. Dont expect overnight service. Had a 25 year old amplifier serviced. I don’t write reviews, and I sell used cars for a living, and let me start by saying these guys earned EVERY bit of my business and time taken to write my first review! It doesn’t matter whether it’s your TV or your computer needing a repair; THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU SHOULD TRUST! Had a water damaged computer I needed diagnosed in an unconventionally short amount of time, with no prior notice on top of the tight turn around I’d requested. They were polite, professional, and most importantly, showed a genuine concern for my predicament. As I expected the laptop was essentially “done for”, but I desperately needed to know for sure before the end of the business day. Tim presented me with the most reasonable and unbiased courses of action open to me, and thoroughly answered all of my questions. I then had to pick up the computer earlier than I’d originally told them, and Jim didn’t even bat an eye when I unexpectedly showed up in his office to pick up my still disassembled computer. We chatted while he effortlessly reassembled my computer, which he took no part in diagnosing/disassembling beforehand, and I was on my way! Don’t waste your money going to technicians just looking for a check before sending you on your way! Support the local people who are also passionate about providing a 5-Star EXPERIENCE; the repairs are simply a given when it comes to Jim and Tim it would seem, because the only thing that made this feel like a business transaction was the diagnostic fee I gladly gave to support PCNR and it’s excellent team. Great and FAST service. Practically had my Plasma fixed over the phone. Brought my TV in Monday and was ready Thursday. Estimate was spot on and I will used these guys again. Worth the 1 1/2 drive. Wish they were closer to me. Also gave me help on how to protect my TV from now on.

Needed cord replaced for TV as bunny had chewed the original (unplugged at the time). Lady on phone very courteous, professional and helpful. T.V. went out on a Saturday night during football season and I couldnt believe my luck. I thought that we would need to by another T.V. and with Christmas around the corner money was a problem. My wife found PNCR so we gave them a call on Monday and the tech (Tim) was very helpful and said they would call with the estimate the next day. They did and by Friday night I had the T.V. back for football watching. I am so glad that they could fix it and will recommend them to all who needs a T.V. repair.

To this point theyve been great: super friendly and helpful on the phone, attempted to diagnose my problem with pictures I took before recommending I come in for a $20 diagnostic. I will update this post after I actually work with them and see their prices.Update: Well, didnt get to the price conversation, it turned out the TV was shot. Still, the experience was really good, considering. They got back to me quickly, were super polite, and gave me advice on how to sell the parts to recoup some of the cost of a new TV. Would definitely do business again.

I hired PNCR Technology to repair our flat screen Television. It ended up needing a new main board and I could not have been happier with my choice to have this company fix it. Not only were they the most reasonably priced in the area but they were also extremely quick and friendly with the repair. I will absolutely use them again in the future for any technical repairs or questions I might have. :)

Great TV service would recommend to every one. Tim helped me get my television fixed by the manufacturer because it was there fault so he called them for me and was able to get me a new model at cost, mind you my television was out of warranty. Just a great person and honest.

They came highly recommended by the Comcast Tech when I had my issue with my 75 Samsung. They had it repaired within approximately 48 hours at a very reasonable price. None of my HDMI outlets, USB, or Coax inputs would work. They could have come to my house to fix it but I saved the cost and took it to them instead. Would definitely use again.

Excellent experience. A+++. Highly recommended. Very professional, friendly, and worth every penny. The problem with my plasma TV was tough to diagnose, so they tried one fix which didnt work. They were extremely apologetic, then repaired the additional part at no charge and delivered the TV to my home. Overall it cost me $150 to repair vs. spending +$1K for a new TV.

Took my 7 year old Samsung 55” flat screen tv. in on Friday around noon paid a diagnostic fee of 20.00 in advance. Tim called me around 10:00 am on Monday with a very reasonable repair quote. I okayed the repair he said it would probably take 2 days for them to receive part. I was notified by Cindy at 3:15 pm. on Wednesday that tv was ready. This is a first class operation with great and knowledgeable people . Would highly recommend this business and will use them again if the need arises. Thanks!

PNCR Technology Services is excellent. Early in the summer of 2018 we experienced a power surge via the cable box and it blew out our cable box, blu-ray player, and the HDMI port of our Samsung. It wasn’t until 2 months later after a second HDMI port blew, and finally the television no longer had power, that we realized we had a real problem.We called PNCR, gave them the details of what had happened, and they immediately diagnosed it as a problem with the motherboard. The service tech came to our house and replaced the motherboard. A few weeks later, when we experienced issues with the glass panel slipping, that same tech came to our house, pulled our tv to take to their shop. When they ran into additional issues, they didn’t hesitate to rectify the problem. They were patient and did not stop until the job was done to our satisfaction, and through it all Tim maintained a kind, professional demeanor. He explained what the issues were as he worked on them, keeping us fully informed throughout the process.Without a doubt PNCR has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a tech company that is honest and professional, this is the company to go with.

PNCR was recommended to me by a friend and what an outstanding job this company did!!! I had a > 20 year media room. It started with a broken wire in 1 of my Martin Logan speakers which continued to an amplifier that they were able to repair. I had them do an analysis of my system and was amazed at what was discovered. Behind my HDTV were 3 5$ extension cords with no surg protection: wonder there was no fire after all these years. To make a long story short: this company is unparalleled in service and expertise. They never steered us or pushed us to purchase additional equipment we didnt need. They were VERY affordable (after having worked with other home media outfits in the area), competent, courteous, cleaned-up, and excellent communication. I told my friends recently that my LED tv went bad after only two years. After spending thousands of dollars on the tv you can imagine my frustration. My friend told me about PNCR and how they can often fix a tv instead of having to replace it. I couldnt be happier that I took my friends advice. I now have my tv repaired for the fraction of the cost of a new tv. If it aint broke, dont fix it. If it is broke, take it to PNCR.
