Poor customer service... A young man...perhaps his family owns this establishment??? Was on the phone getting cookies for someone he knew... He never acknowledged me standing there... Then he was on cell phone... The other young man that was working marble slab had to come over to assist me. Disrespectful and unprofessional.

Low costumer service when I went here, I asked for what I what on my order and they didnt put one of the toppings I asked for. They tilted my brothers ice cream and still gave it to him. The ice cream was good though which I liked at this place but I wouldnt come back anytime here again.

They helped me out of a bind! My daughter really wanted an ice cream cake, but her party was only a few days after the snowpocalypse 2021, so no one had any cakes, much les ice cream cakes!Thankfully, they were able to make her an ice cream cake the same day, ready within a few hours!!

One Star, do not recommend. I got two flavors vanilla and cheesecake with fruit mixed it. I couldn’t even taste the difference! There was no cheesecake in my cheesecake. No one in my party could taste their ice cream flavorings. It was laughable. There is no cream in the ice cream. Try it yourself and you’ll see. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 5 STAR REVIEWS! They are fake!

This place is great every time i been there they have the best ice cream I usually get the bubble gum or mango flavor and is always delicious I especially like the waffle cups so I dont have to rush to eat my ice cream highly recommend this place

Location is small/crammed inside and not friendly or welcoming. The creations are no longer posted to select from. When I inquired about the options I was told they can see the ingredients posted on their side of the counter but the customers cannot view. So whats the point if customers cant make a selection and must ask you to read whats available?!?!? Didnt make a purchase and Definitely will not return.

I have finally found the perfect ice cream for me! I go out of my way to come to this location. Excellent customer service from Juan everytime I go. Even if it is busy! He already knows my order. Works very quickly and has great skills.

Will never order from this location again. We ordered on Uber eats which we have done several times before and they canceled our order. When I called and asked them if they canceled it and why the lady said “yeah I canceled both times cause you didn’t pick the ice cream flavor and I’ll keep canceling it.” I told her we did pick out the flavors and all the required selections were filled out. When I asked for her name she hung up on me and when I called back it automatically went to voicemail. My husband had to call 20 minutes later and a guy answered. We asked if he could tell us the female name working tonight and he just kept asking why and asked if this was in regards to the Uber order that had been cancelled. We said yes and he said “her name is Bree.” We then heard laughing in the background. Essentially this place is ran by teenagers who don’t care or are just lazy. We ordered 3 hours before they closed so timing wasn’t an issue. It wouldn’t have even been a problem if they tried to communicate with us but instead they made it a joke. Good luck ordering from here and actually receiving the order. Hopefully an adult will be present from now on.

Marble Slab – big disappointment. We took our 5yr old grandson to Marble Slab here in Aliana because we thought it would be fun to pick the ice cream, and add toppings, etc. to it and watch them mix it all together. When we arrived there was no one in the shop, there were several bored looking teenagers in the back of the store and their attitude gave us the impression that we were interrupting. They did the minimum – got the ice-cream, put in the gummy bears and handed it to us. (We could have done that ourselves at home and probably had more fun.) Will not be back.

My visit was 07/13/2020 5:02 pm. A not polite young lady was taking cash from the customer before me and didnt wash her hands, I asked her to please wear gloves or wash her hands and she argued she wasnt touching my ice cream. I asked for To Go, she didnt put the lid, nor napkins nor spoons. I asked for napkins because the container was empty and SHE TOOK THEM WITH HER DIRTY HANDS DURING THIS PANDEMIC. Now she cant say that because she actually took them. There where not napkins on the container on the front. Never come back to this location.

Terrible service, this location is the worst. Employees have attitude with everything they do. Ordered a birthday cake for our son on Monday afternoon, after leaving tried calling them to ask them to write happy birthday on the cake. No answer, called over 40 times from Monday to tonight (Wednesday at 9:15 pm). Why even have a phone number if you won’t answer. Called the number while standing in front of the guy working the counter, they don’t even look at the phone or make an attempt to answer. Called several times while waiting on him to get the cake and neither him nor the girl working with him looked at or answered the phone. I could see the phone laying on the counter behind the register. Horrible customer service and the store was very dirty and not clean. A shame cause the ice cream is so good. I wish the franchise owner would do something!

Terrible Customer Service. I was there on 4/28/19, around 1:50 p.m. I walked in and there was no one at the front. While standing in front of the ice cream display, I said hello about 4 times. Then I noticed an employee knelt down, all along, checking some items right below where the cookies displays are. I said hello again. He ignored me. I thought he was deaf, so I took a napkin and waved it in front of him while stretching my arm down the display, so he could see me (napkin then fell in front of him). He ignored me again. A few seconds later he got up and asked me what I wanted. I asked for chocolate ice cream. When I asked why it was more expensive than before, he directed my eyes to the price list. I told him I didnt want the ice cream and walked out. To the owner of this franchise: this male employee is doing a disservice to your business. I will not shop again at your store. I live less than 2 miles from the shop. I will drive further away to get my ice cream. You have lost a customer.

1 person staff, waited for 45 minutes until I noticed the attendant received a cash payment and he didn’t washed his hands.... Completely hygiene failure in all what he was doing... I left after noticed this.

When i ordered off of doordash for just 3 pints of ice cream for me and my friends they didn’t even give me the correct flavor or any of my toppings and didn’t put any of the toppings we asked for on my friends. then when we tried to call and ask about it, they sent us straight to voicemail even tho they weren’t closed.

Highly recommended this icecream spot, it is very close to my house so that is a plus. The customer service and hospitality is the best. My significant other and I always go in for little date nights on Tuesdays and we are always greeted by the same person. I believe his name is adrian. He is very helpful and attentive and since we are always there he knows exactly what we want before ordering!

First time ordered their birthday cake, 1/2 sheet for $45 and WILL NEVER go back. Their 1/2 sheet birthday cake was 1 inch thick! Ive never felt so ripped off till now. On their website, their pictures of birthday cake are tall and full of ice cream and toppings. Reality- 1 inch thick of ice cream with a waffle cone and some sprinkles on top for $45 bucks! Will never return

First time coming to this location and the service was terrible. I had to explain 4 times that I wanted sliced bananas in my ice cream. By the 4th time, the ice cream was already melted in the cup and dripping from the sides. Management really should focus on training their employees and focusing on customer service.

Hard to go wrong. New limited time flavor called Cereal Milk. No crunches unless you add them, very good. This facility didnt have same general flavors, but did have sorbet, vs Mason Rd location. Still very good. Attendant has the patience of Job dealing with family before, during, and after us.

I’ve been here twice, and the waffle cone ice cream I ordered was delicious. They have a huge variety of flavors, toppings, and several cone options. Fun as tasty.I dropped the rating one star due to the extremely high prices and small portions.I dropped the rating another star because he location is odd. The restaurant is not inviting. Sitting inside is no fun and sitting outside with the heat and toad noise is no better. This is more of a pickup and go spot.

This marble slab is the best in the area. The customer service is spectacular and their ice cream is always fresh. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from and they gave great American cookie club inside too.

Came in today with my 13 year old and gentleman in charge (I believe he said his name was Tavo) was apparently in bad mood. Initially my 13 year old and myself were attended to by another associate who was very nice. However before leaving we ordered another ice cream to go and this time this other person attended to us and from the beginning he was very rude and pretty much showed us by his attitude he didn’t like his job or wanted to be there. There are so many Ice cream options out there, and as such will never come back to this place.

The employee here was incredibly rude. I asked to try a sample of tiramisu and was given immediate attitude. After that I asked to get a small cup of blue cotton candy ice cream to which I was told were out. I told him that I was looking right at it (see picture), he told me theres not enough. Although it was low, there was plenty to make even a large cup. When I challenged him and asked if he could try since it was the only flavor my daughter wanted, that there was enough, I was met with more attitude, and simply told no I couldnt get that flavor. So, I decided to take a picture of the employee, the ice cream bin, and leave my review. I will not be returning to this location until they get better employees.

The cookies were really good and, of course, fresh. They didnt have the promotional flavor of ice cream at that time, but we were happy with what we ended up with.

The inside is a bit dated but you really go here for the food. Close to the house and the staff were nice. They are price a bit high for their items but it gets the job done. Simple cookies and ice cream place open late all week.

Lots of great ice cream choices, probably the most I have seen in a marble slab. I was excited about the Great American Cookie that is also located here. No complaints about the service or quality of the ice cream or the cookie I had. However, the floor had trash on it and the tables were not the cleanest. The back counter area looked like it could be a little more organized, looked a little sloppy. I will be returning in the future I just hope they clean up a little better next time.

The pricing of this place is madness. When I think of going out to eat ice cream for me and my daughter, $7-8 seems reasonable. It was $6 for the smallest kids CUP of ice cream. They even prompted me for a tip of my receipt. If I tipped a buck I would be out $7 for the SMALLEST CUP of ice cream. That’s absolutely madness. I never get ice cream for myself. I sit here and let my child eat her super rich person cup of ice cream and I wait, bored, because I’m not forking up another $8-9 for an adult sized cup.

You guys miiiight want to update your time on the door. Drove here yesterday for work and honestly, didnt check the time on Google because well, it was 11:30 and I figured a lot of places are open now. Time says 11:00 on the door.

I don’t know what’s happened to this place. I’ve been coming here for years and the service recently has been awful. I’ve always gotten a sundae with two flavors of ice cream and today the guy tells me they only make sundaes with one flavor . Baskin-Robbins was happy to make one for me. Never going back to Marble Slab.

On 8/1 @ 415......I experienced horrible customer service at the Richmond location on 99. They had a young lady and a young man working. We were waiting in line and the young man finished with a customer. The young lady was taking care of another. When the young man was done, he proceeded to do some stuff behind the counter. Like some stuff you do when you don’t have any customers so you will have something to do. He acted like he was busy and never said anything to us. We waited and watch him for about 5 mins. My wife and I said let’s go so we left and went to Baskin Robbins. As soon as we walked in Baskin Robbins we were greeted and they took care us with a smile. I never been to this slab place and wanted to try it. Thanks to the young man on this date mentioned above, I’ll never be back and they lost the chance of earning my business. The customer service was so bad I googled the reviews and I can see I’m not the only one who experienced bad customer service.

I agree with most of the comments below, pathetic and rude staff is running this location. I asked them for Strawberry Short Cake and requested that I would like flavor of my own choice butthey refused very rudely. It was not a busy time, I was the only customer at the store and secondly I didnt ask for something unique. I always get this from couple other Marble Slab locations and never had any issue.When I complained about their rude behavior and finally said, you would lose a customer, but I couldnt imagine the reply which I got, Dont worry, you can go, we have a lot other customers. This comment was made in-front of the store manager but he was not ready to do anything.

This place was decent last year. Quality and customer service is non-existent now. Baskin Robbins is just up the street near Home Depot.

This location has gone down! The restroom is DISGUSTING and the service is terrible. The employees were sitting on the counter top behind the ice cream. This current visit the employee stated that the marble slab wasnt freezing so they couldnt offer the ice cream with the mix ins but they would put them on top. I have to wonder if any higher management or owners know of the terrible experience happening at this location.The cookies and ice cream taste good but everything else is so horrible we wont be going good back to any of these locations.Please fix the service!

This place sucks. I love marble slab it’s really good but this exact location, the employees are terrible, they don’t greet you, they have an ugly attitude. I wanted to use a coupon form the app and they did not want to give it to me. I am very upset

The guy that served my ice cream was rude. Had music in his ear so couldn’t hear me, kept asking me to repeat what I said, then I found a hair in my ice cream, and when I asked for peanut he said no.. and when I told him I’ve always got peanuts for my ice cream he called me a liar... this place has only become worse.

Quality of the ice cream and stuff is decent as you would expect however the The spoons bend trying to eat the ice cream and break this is ridiculous you charge premium prices for an ice cream but you want to use the cheapest spoons The owner needs to get his head straight and make sure you have decent spoons that are stand up to ice cream its very cold so you can eat it instead of worry about breaking it and flipping it into your face

I love ice cream and I love the mix ins and extras at Marble Slab. This location has always had nice employees.

I asked for a chocolate cake and was informed that the cake was Swiss chocolate with recess on the top and when I went there to get the cake the person said that there is no one to write on the cake and i asked for the icing to write myself and took the cake home when we cut the cake it had butter pecan in the cake as well and nobody ate the cake and we threw 1/4 th of the cake and when I spoke to the manager of the store for a refund he said he needs the entire cake back with the receipt how on earth can I have the entire cake when it was served already!

Just left not to long ago, and while I was enjoying my ice cream that Ive havent had in years, I found a bug mixed in with my ice cream... so I will no longer be patronizing at this location ever again and I recommend anyone reading this not patronize this location also.

Why people complain on mixed ice cream Ill never know. Employees arent too happy but I still eat the ice cream. It makes me feel fat tho.

Excellent icream shop. My gift card didnt work and they didnt make any effort to provide any service. They dont have any sugar free or low sugar option.

We visited this location today March 5th 2017 at 4:30pm and right when we started to place our order, there were about 8 or 10 different people who walked in after us and got in line. There was a young girl taking our order and no one else to help her. However, we did see two other Hispanic males in the back room just talking to each other so I asked her why they werent helping her and she said that Gustavo is the manager and she cant tell him to work. So I called him and asked why he wasnt helping her and he said that hes busy making cones, the cone bucket was all full. I asked him again, why dont you help her and he said he doesnt have to. I left the place telling him I would file a complaint with the corporate office which I will right after this.
