After 15 years, my Scag finally gave out and had to get a new one. Came across STI as a Scag reseller and was put in touch with Mark Dyson. Mark could not have made the process any easier for me. Within hours he had the Scag I wanted based on configuration on order at a very fair price. Communication was fluid, provided me updates on the shipment status. STI delivered my new mower within 48 hours of it arriving at STI, and hauled off my old mower. I highly recommend Mark at STI if you are looking to buy a Scag a fair price and want a professional experience. Thank you Mark.

Great customer service! Im just a residential home owner (they service commercial models too) and Dean here in Richmond saved my new lawn mower. I cant thank them enough for their diligient service to this Toro customer. It did not matter if it was 4:59 on a Friday, they were there to help. Thank you Dean and STI Turf Care!!!

Bought a $$600 $$ echo 770 blower a few years ago. Had problem with not getting max power. Always bogs out. Took it back before a year was up. Took many weeks to get back. Few use, it was back to its weak self again. They keep saying its the gas. I use true fuel. None enthonol stuff. They say its the EnthonolI wish I can trade this in for a steel blower!!!

I was disappointed. I took my 2006 Exmark Z with 26hp EFI w/~2,300 hours on it to them a few weeks ago. I told them the #2 side of the motor was losing fire after the mower ran for an hour. I told them I had replaced the coil on that side. A week later they called and said the two fuel injectors needed replacing and there was air getting by the throttle body. They said the belts needed changing also as well as some pulleys. They said it would the ~$1,110 dollars to fix. I asked them how this would have an effect on the firing on the #2 side on the engine? They said they would check with the mechanic and call me back. A week later they said they ran the mower for an hour and they could not get the miss to happen. They also said my mower developed an hydraulic leak while it was running. So now I have two issues. They said the mower was not worth repairing.I knew I was in trouble when the mechanic that worked on my mower that was driving fine when I dropped it off brought it around on a forklift rather than driving it. I checked the fluids and they looked fine so I started the mower and attempted to drive it on my trailer. It made it half way up the trailer and rolled back. I went back inside and was told they would help me get it on the trailer. When the mechanic came back with the forklift to push it on, multiple bolts fell out of the plate on the ground that he was pushing on.Their place is clean and organized. They are probably fine with big companies with multiple pieces of equipment or have something that they have sold you within the last two years, but for someone that mows grass for little ladies charging $35 to $50 after you get off work from your full time job, stay away.Alvie Morris Jr. Varina, Va.

I was having a problem with a Toro controller. I gave Tommy Edwards a call and explained to him my problem. He got back to me the same day with all the right answers. Care about the customers.

STI is a bunch of lying crooks. Weve used them for a couple years to do annual maintenance on our Toro zero-turn mower. Last year they brought it back and delivered the wrong mower. Luckily we knew the owners of the mower we received and managed the exchange. Innocent enough. Then I discover they didnt do half the maintenance they claimed to have done. The mower was filthy, still had leaves and lawn clippings everywhere, accumulated grease and oil, etc. The idiot on the phone tried to claim it was the result of sitting outdoors in the winter. They also lost the gas cap, but tried to claim we had lost it, as if we wouldnt notice the thing missing. Then they claimed the beat up one they put on was a spare, but had changed the story saying it was ours and they found it under the seat. They also hadnt sharpened the blades as claimed and I caught them in that lie when I asked if they remove the blades to do so. Yes, he replies. Ironically the blades still had landscape fabric wrapped around them, indicating they were never removed. I cant recall the other crap, but it was a train wreck of lies. A friend who is a professional landscaper has nothing good to say about these clowns. Avoid!

I brought my push lawnmower that functioned and after a week they gave it back to me with the idle set way too high and too much oil in the engine. I now have to buy a new mower because mine is inoperable.

Very disappointed have been a customer for three years, I guess spending tens of thousands of dollars is not good enough. You must spend hundreds of thousands before they care about you.
