After going to different shops, I found that the Mattress Warehouse has more variety, prices are fair compared to other shops. I have slipped disc and some days are bad just because I had bad back after the sleep. I was looking for the firm mattress and Mr. Marsh helped me find the mattress I was looking for. He is very knowledgeable, professional and not pushy with the sale. I wanted to be sure that I buy the quality product and not pay exorbitant price. I will definitely refer this shop to my friends and will come again. I can think of only 2 improvements: 1. I think the shop may be understaffed and would be difficult to get attention if it’s crowded. 2. Would love to see the detail, readable T&Cs and delivery, return, refund policies in the sale receipt. Mr Marsh walked through the details but I prefer see these details with headings and sections.Waiting for the delivery to experience the new sleeping experience.

The staff here were very helpful and informative of what’s best for my best sleep. It was nice they were unbothered by me having 2 kids in the store with me. They even said they were very well behaved, one for being a 5yo haha! Anyway, I worked with the manager and more so a newer associate, Palmer. I bought a new bed fit for me, sheets, pillows, and a mattress protector at a great price thanks to him.Separate from this visit so I won’t let it affect the rating, I called this morning (within 24 hours of the purchase) to possibly price match what the bed now goes for online and was told I’d have to wait 30 days to have a price match honored since the sale is final (after 30 days a bed can be returned, etc). I don’t want to return it and thought it was weird, most places you can bring your receipt in and they will price match anytime after a purchase is made. It’s okay, they have their own rules, I may remember to call in a month—that is, if this bed is still on sale then. All in all, I appreciate the time and help with my new bed purchase!

The store manager and staff at this store are friendly, professional and very very customer-service oriented. They are knowledgeable about products, dont try to oversell and this is a place you can feel good about spending your money.
