I bought paint ($128/gallon) that was drop shipped to my home. Unfortunately, the paint lid had not been affixed correctly. It was a mess and about an inch and a half of paint had seeped out.Palette initially did offer to replace the paint, but I was working on a deadline and had to use what had been delivered.I asked for a refund/partial credit on the purchase and was told I could get a discount on a future purchase. That, wasn’t acceptable to me and in my opinion, is exceptionally poor customer service.
