First time at S-W in Downtown RVA. It was a pleasant experience like my other trips to S-W stores in other states. Friendly, prompt staff and a good selection (considering the times). I did both an on-line order and shopped in the store. Both experiences were easy. I was happy to be able to order the paint on-line as it helped me get out faster.

Not only did he answer ALL of our questions, he went above and beyond with us, even staying past store hours to assist us with our purchase for our painting project (we’re newbies), all in a safe and COVID-friendly environment. Needed a “custom color” paint matched to a 5-year-old paint order from Sherwin-Williams. S-W were able to look it up in their system, and mix it for me in record time for curbside pickup (my preference; you can also go in the store if you like). My experience with this store has been ongoing for over 20 years, when the store manager was a man named Doug. They get you in and out quickly and they can match paint with the best of them! Ill go out of my way to go to this branch.

Sherwin Williams is our go to company for paint.products, if your a contractor they may work out exceptional pricing as they have done with us! Good quality paint and products at for the most part great pricing that is if you are getting a deal retail pricing is high!

I have been a contractor for many years, and always used Sherwin Williams. All of the locations have been incredibly helpful, kind and courteous. This one, however, has an employee named Tyler who was unhelpful, sarcastic, and when he went to the back to get someone to help us he was over heard cursing and swearing about my needs as a customer. I will never use that location again.

Prompt, fast service. Paint always what I order. Also, good at recomending paint to use for a given application.

Very difficult to work with. If youre not buying 50 gallons it seems like youll get pushed to the back of the line. I was there at 7:00a.m. and I overheard the staff saying that now he cant eat his breakfast. Sorry I was there when you opened, next time ill buffer a breakfast break in for you.
