Things are good but The actutufe of the management its so poor especially the adosiated and manager dont know how to treat and repect other people.

A great place to go for those tools that youll only need occasionally. The quality isnt always the best, but the price is almost always right. You can occasionally find something that works great and has a great price but dont expect that to be the norm. At least not from my experience.

Cheap tools and Ive never had any problem with. If you have any problems.. The hand tools have a lifetime warranty. You dont have to send anything in to get a replacement just go in and come out with a new one.

I like this store. The people are friendly and very helpful. Best of all is they listen to what I want, then take me right to it. They know what they sell, and the prices are great. I sometimes go there just to look at what they have and think about projects I could do with the tools they carry.

The manager Heather helped me out in finding exactly what I needed. She listened to my concerns and gave suggestions on other items I may be interested in purchasing. The prices here are more affordable than competitors so if you need some tools, equipment or hardware on a budget, this is the place to go.

Ive been to this one in ridgcrest and Im disappointed. They seam to be out of items I was looking for. Told I could drive to lancaster to find what I needed. This is the third time this year I went to harbor freight for tools, trailer parts, and electrical parts. Out. Out. And Im sorry we are out of that product. You can sure drive to lancaster to find what your looking for. How about ordering it for me and call me when it comes in. Sorry sir we dont do that here. Again I say Im disappointed.

I honestly cant speak on the behalf of the staff of their knowledge on any tools or products because I knew exactly what I was stopping in for during my trip there yesterday. Though, I can opinionate on the stores appearance.This is the NICEST harbor freight I personally have ever been to. A few of the other ones being Yuma, AZ, Prescott Valley, AZ, Bullhead City, AZ.. it is larger, very well stocked and surprisingly, I think cheaper then any of the Arizona stores as far as clearance and selection. Definitely would recommend!

I seem to buy a lot of extra cool stuff that i didnt know i needed whenever i visit this store. Cant complain though. Prices are great and quality of harbor freight tools have increased immensely over the years.

Theres really only certain things I buy from Harbor Freight because I dont like it when tools break on me. And ever since the Covid-19 BS started they havent had gloves in as regularly as they used to which sucks. It is what it is though. As far as the customer service is concerned, theyre absolutely superb! They go out of their way to help you if you need it.

While still recovering from my 5th hip replacement surgery using my walker, I found it very easy to move around in side the store. I appreciate that. Thank you

Wandered in at my leisure for kicks.Browsed & explored without interruption nor Butt-Insky interference.Picked and grinned and filled my cart with consumables and equipment.When I finally did need assistance, a courteous, young retail attendant instinctively approached, inquired and directed me to the correct aisle, no smalltalk.

Good deal on tools even beats Walmart on prices when it comes to tools. 👍🏼

Food is descent. Service is good.... Oops, wrong place.Not much to say. Its Harbor Freight tools at a Harbor Freight store. Some are awful, some are not. If you use the magical powers of Google you too can find out which arent a waste of money.I will say that it is nice to walk into a store that is well organized and doesnt have impact sockets sitting next to the oranges.

This veteran was a loyal customer but today I got kicked out because Im not able to wear a mask and they told me that I have to wear one or get a medical note. I told them I cant get ahold of my doctor because of the lock down and a mask gives me a bad headache plus I have PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Love all the tools. Staff sometimes not very helpful. They talk about personal things when I was checking out. Never ask if I found everything or Hi, How are you today? but on a positive note I found what I was looking for.

When I walk into a Harbor Freight I know how my kids must have felt when they walked into a Toys R Us. I love Harbor Freight. Always check out their fliers or put on your phone there app. Great deals are always to be found.

CHEAP - Most tools are made in China, I would never buy anything that has a motor or very many mechanical parts. However, things like a hammer or screw driver can be cheap and are well worth buying here.
