Love this company and their stuff! They have such unique things that really make my house a home!

This small company has some great home décor items! I just love my hand dipped clay pots and stands. They also have a great variety of botanicals that really trick the eye, I always get compliments on my fake succulents that have in my home. I placed an order for about $80 or $90 dollars using a 20% coupon and free shipping before Thanksgiving.. Several days later I realized I hadnt received any type of confirmation so I investigated. The order didnt go through. In the meantime my son also placed and order and his didnt go through either. He had to call to get the order placed. I placed another other for one item and received a letter saying my order had been received and gave me an order number. Ten days later I had heard nothing so called. For some reason my order had not been process. I received another letter saying the order was complete with a total of $35. But, I had a $45 charge on my MC. When I called I was told she would send me another receipt with the correct total of $45. Although the item is cute, this store doesnt have their act together, at least for mail order.

While I like the type of items offered in their catalog, returning damaged or broken items is extremely difficult. We received a broken planter, and it took several days and a lot of effort to get a return, and were still charged a high shipping charge. I wrote a polite but negative review about the planter....and they didnt post it, so you cant trust their own reviews on products.

Well it turns out that many of these items are made in China and not of recycled materials - or by African or Haitian artists. Beware!
