I was missing some info needed to exchage my battery that was under warranty. The customer service rep went the extra mile to help me obtain the info and process the swap. Awesome service!!!

I start by saying Kim is definitely one of the greatest auto parts employee Ive come encounter with she was knowledgeable friendly and patient. Moving from Florida Im glad that I found my auto parts store thanks to her.
The employees are there to help the customers and even give their names and the customers know who they were being helped by. I heard someone ask if the needed help, answer the name of the employee that was helping them. Parts needed are stocked or made available, mostly within 24hrs.

Only one person was on duty when I arrived and several people were in front of me. The lady working was very nice and helpful. While I was there, more employees arrived. I found what I was looking for and left.

Came in this afternoon and it was fairly busy. I was assisted by Dan for new wipers for my car. He looked them up, went and got them, took my payment and then proceeded to install them for me. The whole experience took no time and was so easy. I was in and out no problems. Thank you Dan!

Ordered a Freon kit online. My boyfriend went to pick it up for me and they gave us the wrong product. The product I ordered was $54.99 the item given was $39.99. The person I spoke with on the phone had no apologies. I live 15 minutes from there store so this has become a hour of hassle due to someone being careless about doing their job. Very poor customer service and they seem to have no issues with not giving their customers what they pay for.
Very helpful staff. Second time I have bought wiper blades. They always cheerfully help me choose them and put them on for me. Good experience.

A car parts store that leaves a bad taste in your mouth. The people who work there are far from knowledgeable most not knowing the simplest of car part information. The system that they use for POS is down quite often and the prices and options are far worse than local competition.
They let the kiddos to a fundraiser car wash for our youth group. They are awesome!

Got a touch up paint from RH Advanced Auto Parts ten totalled my car so I didnt need it anymore. I was in Rincon yesterday and had my unopened touch up paint with receipt and lady said it was not receipt. I never go there and so it was the correct receipt.

Three bad visits within three months. One employee overcharged me for an item, another employee tried to sell me the off brand after I asked for the name brand part, and another had no clue that there are tools for lug nut removal.

My Husband and I went in on 5/28 around 9am Saturday morning to purchase parts tools etc...for a car repair. We told the clerk the year make, model and gave him the part we wanted to replace. The clerk gathered everything he said we needed then rang us. My husband has done a simular repair on our other vehicles in 2 hours with no problems. But after being out there 6 hours and 3 trips back to this store/clerk we finally went to another parts store an not only did we get the right parts the first time he also went in the back and pull the same parts we purchased from this store an in bold print it said on their packaging DO NOT USE FOR AUTOMOBILES! Needless to say my husband fixed the car in less than 2 hours and as soon as he finished he went back to this store that gave him the harmful info and repeated sale of wrong parts/supplies an spoke with a manager who apologized and told him the clerk dont know nothing an that he has done this to several people. I guess as long as this company is making money they could careless about return customer, customer safety, customer satisfaction or that Not Knowing Nothing could cost some one their life.

I have been going there for years. I ordered parts online and asked for assistance and they still sold me the wrong parts, they tried to charge me extra for bringing them back the next day!! I spent an entire day trying to get a problem fixed which should have taken 15mins!! I dont know why they dont have effective training.?
