This is my first time having an issue. I usually replace tires here but this time I got an oil change. My receipt had my tire pressure listed and checked at 36 all the way around. This was a LIE they never even checked. My pressures were 27, 29, 31, 32 BEFORE I came. I called Pooler and had them recheck everything because there is no telling what else they didnt do as I did not trust Rincon to be honest. I expect to receive everything that I pay for, as anyone would. I will not be returning. I tried to get in touch with a manager. I also called back once the call ended on their end to no snswer

Never really had a long wait there and their prices are reasonable. Ive been going here for years. They will also work with you and have a lot patience. I can appreciate that. Only minor problem Ive ever had was my tire pressure light being on after being serviced.

Fair warning: Long Winded.I challenge anyone to attempt to find a worse tire center, you wont. Arrived there to get 3 tires mounted on 3 wheels, upon arrival, I checked in and was asked a series of questions in regards to the services to be done. Now pay attention here because the service writer asked if I wanted new valve stems put on, in which my reply was, no. About thirty minutes elapse and I see the technician begin to carry the tires and wheels to the machine to mount them. Now watching through the window, he commenced to cut out the valve stems with a razor blade. No inspection, just cut them out with a razor blade, and they were brand new. At that point I try to give technicians benefit of the doubt and let it go. Asked to have the wheel weights mounted to the interior side of the wheel, that didnt happen either, one again benefit of the doubt to the technician as I understand that most wheels and tires can be a bear to balance. However, rather than taking the old wheel weights off and rebalencing the wheel they just hammer more on there. Was notified the wheels were done and ready to be picked up outside the bay, wheels werent there, still in the shop that I was not allowed to enter. So I went to pay for the services. And began to ask questions. They charged me for the valves stems after the fact that I explained to them that I was told that they would not mess with the valve stems. The manager then informs me that it is policy to replace valve stems ANYTIME wheels are mounted. That was a first for me but at that point my patience and aggravation were getting the best of me so I paid the 9 dollars for the valve stems, had the manager retrieve my wheels from the shop and I left. Got home and realized that the technician had scratched/gouged the wheels with the razor blade. I was furious. Mounted them to the vehicle anyway, and I swear I cant make this up, on of the tires they mounted were completely flat in less than 12 hours. The amount of unprofessionalism, laziness, lack of integrity, and discipline baffled me. No one in that auto center seems to know their own policies and procedures, and the ignorance and lack of attention to detail genuinely suprised me as I had heard great things about this auto center from a friend. I wish I could give this review less than one star, really wouldnt even give them that. WORST AUTO CENTER IN THE AREA. Do NOT take your automobile here. And even if this were the last option out there, id still go to harbor freight and get my own equipment before I took even a wheel barrow tire here. I wouldnt let them work on a clapped out beater, and definitely cant trust them with mounting tires, let alone simple tasks as to not damaging customers property.

This place is terrible. After getting there before they opened to be sure I wasnt there all day, I was the 2nd car there. I was the 8th car to be pulled in. Then after waiting another hour they came back and said that they couldnt change my tire. Took it up the street and got my tires changed in 40 minutes. I will never use them again.

On a Saturday, seems only one technician was scheduled to work and decided not to come in.I waited a bit to see if they would call someone in or if the other employee would come in for over an hour and when I went back to check, the response I received from Im assuming the manager was essentially *shrug*.Very unprofessional even for a Walmart but Im not surprised.

Worst place on the face of the earth for service. The manager of this tire center is even worse. Dont ever go here.

My husband wanted me to get 2 new tires before I went on a road trip - the lady that waited on me from the beginning was extremely nice she said it would take about an hour - so I did my shopping - 2 hours later I came back and she was on her lunch break and replaced with an extremely rude lady - I asked her nicely if my car was done she stated no because they had to shut down due to lightening outside but I was next - I decided to wait since I was leaving out of town in the morning - she leaves and the original lady comes back - she has someone else ahead of me so I politely say - I would like my keys because I was told my car would be next - she said your car was done 30 minutes after you left it - no one paged me and I sat there waiting with groceries for 35 more minutes - I was very upset that no one bothered to even look to see if my car was complete or not - it gets worse - I drove 7 hours and it was the worse drive EVER - I had to pay another tire place $39.00 to balance my tires - they didn’t even bother to balance them at Walmart (no wonder they were done in 30 minutes at Walmart) I will not being doing any more business at this service center -

This is my go to car place. The oil changes are fast and cheap and the tire services are awesome. However they are usually busy so its beat to call ahead of time to get a wait estimate

I go here all the time simply for the price of my oil change. Lets be honest at Walmart hands down has the most economical prices around. However the service personnel for their Automotive section really need a strong motivator. They will refuse service even when they have an hour left open. I had to point out on their service guarantee that they will take appointments up till closing time. The service manager does his best and is very patient in trying to keep the department flowing. It is the support personnel who tend to have attitude.

Worse experience ever!! Ordered a tire online and it came in...just needed it to be mounted on the rim not even put on the car. Was told to just come in and they would take care of it. Over 2 hours later and speaking to a manager I am still waiting for my tire. Kathy that works in the Auto Center is too slow to be working in there. She relies too much on Quanika and Taylor. Quanika was helpful. Taylor was very rude and needs to work on his customer service. He told my fiance to lose his attitude. You never talk to a customer that way. If you cant handle doing tires and oil changes you shouldnt offer the services!!! I will go somewhere more professional next time!

Skip to the end of you don’t want to read the whole review.Awful service department. Understaffed inside. Took 20 minutes to explain what I needed done. Promised me it would be done before closing. For reference I went in at around noon and they close at 7. Around 3pm I called to see where we were at as far as progress. I was told the notes read “need new tires. Braid showing. Braid starting to show. Rotate, balance”. Which wasn’t a surprise. I knew at least one tire was going to be messed up. But nobody could answer if all the tires were bad or just one or two, so I just decided to get four new tires. Asked her to put the cheapest ones on and balance them. The woman told me she would put the order in and call my girlfriend (she was picking it up for me as I was at work.) with the total price. I come off position at work an hour later and my gf has received no call. So I called back and asked the total price and when we could pick it up and was told that she had not put the order in yet and since it was 6:00pm they couldn’t take any more orders. Which was frustrating but not surprising. Classic Walmart. I then asked her if they could get to it in the morning before 1pm. She said “it depends”. I asked what it depended on and she told me it would depend on what time I came in tomorrow and that I would have to go through all this BS again. The technicians seem knowledgeable but as a previous review mentioned, nobody there gets paid enough to care about things like promptness, the customer, or just work ethic in general.To keep it simple, I’d burn my car to the ground before I take it back to Walmart.

Customer service not the best. Took me 6 times to keep telling the lady which tire to replace. Then she was going to charge me for 2 & I only needed 1. She started over again & asking which tire. Very frustrating. Got there at 7:30am & still had to wait over an hour for 1 tire.

The Clark was very helpful but when she called to get a manager to the desk she paid them two times and they didnt come so she had to call the front desk and they finally came I had to wait about a half hour to get a refund on a battery core

Was pleasantly surprised at the price of the tires, and was able to pick up a few things while waiting for them to be installed. Plus there was no cost for installation unlike other places.

Worst Walmart auto center ever! I routinely get my oil changed and my tires balanced at various Walmarts in Salt Lake City, and even when they are busy the entire job takes maybe half an hour. I went to the Walmart in Rincon on a Wednesday at 7:30 am, there was no one ahead of me, and my car wasnt finished until after 10:00. Worse, there wasnt half enough seats in the waiting area so I wound up having to stand the entire time. I will never go back to this one and wouldnt recommend it to anyone else who is in a hurry.

Went there for a tire balance and rotation wasn’t there but maybe 40 mins and they are great techs and the assistant manager Sean was very nice and the tech was good at her job and the service writer josh was very knowledgeable and really nice atitude and understanding ! Will be going there again !

Takes to long. To change 2 tires it took over an hour. 2 tires mounted and balanced it should only 20 to 30 minus.

Sometimes can get very busy. Great people there though and want to get you taken care of.

Well got tires at walmart, but didnt know until rotated tires that the guy never added the weights to balance the tire correctly. Pretty good technicans, So I guess SAFETY isnt an issue, Just the money. and because they arent paid much they dont care about customers.

Opens at 9am nobody showed up for work. Wayne Asst store manager was horrible. Said they must have changed store hours and not told anyone. People were scheduled for 930, 10 and 1030 EVEN though they open at 9am., but still no staff at 1015am. Then at 1030 he said well did they tell you both tire mounts are broken after i had sat there since 745 waiting for them to open because of a blowout and could not go anywhere. Worse customer service ever.

Called in to see if they could fix a tire, they said they werent too busy and to bring the car in. I got there and a customer is screaming about how the guy doing his tires doesnt know what hes doing. Sure enough, I look through the window into the garage bay and the guy working at the tire machine is having a hard time getting a tire to seat on the wheel. He tried it several times. So, as Im see standing there watching this, I hear a customer at the counter ask how long the wait is, and the employee says theres 3 oil changes and two tire installs ahead of him and they most likely wont have time to get to him before closing. And I was BEHIND him! Needless to say, I left. If you have any other option at all, dont go here.

2.5 hours for an oil change. 1 car being serviced when i first arrived, somehow 2 other customers leap frogged me in service. Regardless, 4 oil changes with 2 bays going should not take 2.5hrs.

I arrived at 07:30 hrs, for tires rotation and balance, was told that I was number 7 two hours later I was told that I was number 3 and that it would be ready around noon.

Ordered tires told they were in and got there they couldnt find them.

Went for oil change. Now Im cleaning 2 quarts of oil off my driveway of my 1 year old house. Avoid at all cost.

Only two people working in tire and lube. Was at location at 8:00 am. to have a tire put on a rim and at 11:00 am. I am still waiting. The unfortunate thing is Im from out of town its Saturday and no other tire store in the area is open on Saturday.
