We had the best experience today. They treated us like family. Mr. Mark took great care of my car and helped me get a battery in my car. He was so personable and helpful. He is awesome and offered me and one year old a water after being in the heat!!! Thank you again so much for outstanding customer service.

My car battery died and I got a jump then went to the AutoZone in Rincon GA. They quickly replaced my old battery with a new one. Thank you Beverly at AutoZone!

Definitely one of the rudest auto parts center I have encountered with the female that answered the phone that could not clearly say her name 1st time said cant hear you and hangs up Ill call back again and she just hang up without saying nothing, I call advance and had no issues. Got all my parts through them.

Service is lowsy,employees walk around trying to avoid waiting on you

Purchased a wiper motor from here. Installed the motor and the motor shorted my truck. Took it back and the employees acted like it was an issue to order a new motor. Had one transferred from another store. This box was open and missing parts. Tried to give me my original failed part back. Had to explain again what happened. Again acted like I dont know what I was talking about. Finally after a week I got a part from another store with all the parts and packaging. Installed it and worked just fine. Obviously quality control doesnt seem to be very important, nor does customer service. Waiting a week for parts and have them be damaged each time is ridiculous. Next time Ill go to Oreillys.

Great customer service

I was blown away with just a phone call I made to this store. If you call and dont get Jason Bailey on the phone then hang up. I run a shop locally and was looking for a certain part # and he spent more than enough time with me to try and help. Although they couldnt get the part til Tuesday and we were heading out of town the next day, I considered waiting due to his help!! I asked to speak to the manager which at the time was Rick Voisine and said this customer service is unheard of these days. He had nothing but good things to say about his help and his company. Great job AZ !!!

On vacation from Orlando and the air in our car went out while it was 98 outside. We have no tools and our dog, who is overheating.I called this AutoZone in hopes someone would be able to help, and had the ABSOLUTE pleasure of speaking with Lawrence. He invited us to come down and said he would take a look with us, and to bring our dog to help cool her down!He gave great advice, which was something no mechanic would do. Nobody wanted to even try to help troubleshoot. He even got our doggy a nice bowl of cold water.We still have not fixed the AC, but the customer service was great. With the advice, we will be able to when we get home. Thank you, Lawrence! You are so appreciated!

Excellent customer service. Cory helped us with a special order after we had issues with a different store. He promised that he would personally call us when the item arrived for pickup. He called once and left a message and then called a 2nd time to make sure we received the message. Very impressed with the customer service we received!

I stopped into this location a few weeks ago while on vacation. While standing in the parking lot, hood up, trying to figure out what was happening to my car a young man in normal clothes came up and offers to help. I was already frustrated with it, so I said sure. Cory, I found out is a manager for the Rincon location and works at a couple other locations also. He was passing through on his day off. I guess he needed something for his car. He not only found and fixed the loose wire, but he also found a small water leak in one of my hoses.I want to make sure that everyone knows that there are still decent and kindhearted people out there, who are still willing to help... Even on their day off. The next time I pass through that area and need help, I will be sure to be looking for this young man! Thank you Cory B.

One person working inside, and 7 people standing in line waiting. One girl is outside running her mouth when she needs to be inside helping customers. Me and atleast 3 other people just set our stuff down on the floor and left. Oreilly auto parts down the road had 6 people working and great customer service. Avoid this place.

Customer service was awful. When I walked in, the two older gentleman were so engrossed with a computer screen that they said nothing, but immediately greeted an older woman as soon as she walked in. A reluctant younger man eventually greeted me and offered to help. Ill just go somewhere else if Im not going to be treated the same as everyone else.

I walked into the store which straight to the cash register to get help. I stood there for several minutes looking at a manager and I knew he was a manager because he had on a grey shirt. He walked past me talkin to another manager that was retrieving items off of the Shelf. Nobodys had not said a word to me as I stood there very patiently waiting for assistance after a gentleman was checked out before me I was then helped I got the items that I needed which were windshield wiper blades but no assistance in stalling them on the car. I probably will not be back

Adored this store. Ive never had a bad experience with this brand, but this, above and beyond, has been best place.There was a young woman who was friendly and shared our interests, she was willing to talk about it while looking for my OBD reader. She couldnt find it, but she suggested we get her manager out to have him take a look. He found the reader under my hood, loosened it up so that I can get it out on my own, and educated me in a very sincere, honest way that mine is an OBD 1 reader, which is older than what they use to test most vehicles. He thought they had one in store and went looking. He found it and checked us out, then answered some questions my boyfriend had about his vehicle as well.Very highly recommend this store for older vehicles.

Very oblivious help. Sold us the wrong wiper blades after we tried to tell the guy we didnt think they were right. We said can you please go out and see if they are correct BEFORE we purchase them and if they do we will walk back in with you and pay... he said no. Well, they were wrong and he already ran the $36 on our card. Just dumb.

I’ve been shopping at AutoZone for over 10 years. And they are one of the most amazing automotive part stores. The customer service there is phenomenal. You will never be looked over as a customer. I have been going there so long, when I walk in if there’s a computer open I will help myself. I pay close attention at how they look up parts. And that’s how I have learned the computer system there. At some Autozone stores they know my name very well. You even get reward cash when spending $20 or more. It’s a way showing customer appreciation. Every part I get is from Autozone and if thy don’t have it then I will go elsewhere. But for the most part, It’s Autozone parts...

I went in to get my brother an oil filter and oil with his gift card. Corey was rude right off the bat. He tried to sell me regular oil as synthetic. Tried to say the SAE stoodd for synthetic. It stands for Society of Automotive Egineers. If anyone was sold oil that did not say synthetic but charged for synthetic oil, take it and your receipt back. I filed a complaint with corporate. Hopefully, he will think twice before he does that again.

By far, the worst customer service I have ever received. People at corporate don’t care about the issue either... you can leave voicemail and send emails and nothing gets done. Customer service is obviously not a priority for this establishment.
