Amazing first experience. We just moved to the area and needed a fridge and washer and dryer asap. Everywhere we went didnt have anything we liked available.We walked in and found a great set and a fridge that was actually ready to walk out with. They delivered and set up the same day. Cant recommend this place enough

We were so excited to have gotten our fridge and stove from them, we had a little problem which we did not think they would handle with such care. There customer service is unmatched! Brian was the one who helped us both with the original perchase as well as helping fix our issue, he truly went above and beyond. They care more about their customers than anything else. Riverside Appliance has the best prices on new appliances. They also have a huge selection of as-is, open box, floor/display models, and s+d appliances that are all brand new with full warranty and will save you hundreds, thats how my family has always bought its appliances. Everything we have purchased from them has always been mint condition, brand new, and saves us hundreds vs other stores. Mike and Clarence at Riverside Appliance are the best, most knowledgeable appliance sellers around. They have something like 120 years experience between them. Youd be making a huge mistake going anywhere else to purchase an appliance.

They gave me a great price on a speed queen unit set with steel gears. We use them everyday for work, That was Four years ago with no problems. Im going to get another set for our Orange County building.

I dont understand this business. My friend purchased a stove December 2017 which is one month ago. We have heard several excuses, like drivers sick, stove on back order, oh we are sorry we will deliver on Tuesday between noon & 5. Well now they call to say the driver quit. Thats not are problem. But yet you had no problem taking her money.

Good helpful information for my next Appliance Buy

We have been buying appliances from Mike and Clarence for over 20 years. They always try to give you a good value, rather than upsell to something that you dont really need.

My 10 year old GE refrigerator stopped working, went to Riverside appliance and was immediately provided with great customer service, I explained my situation, they provided multiple options including fixing my old fridge but after consideration we ended up buying a brand new GE refrigerator from them but b4 the purchase, the owner showed me the prices for the same unit from Home Depot, Lowes & Sears being $100-$200 more expensive with the other guys.. On top of me buying the fridge, they gave me a $200 rebate with RPU, delivered installed and removed old unit. Love this place and going in this week for a GE Clothes dryer.

Brian has been so great to work with. I love going to Riverside Appliance-its like Disneyland to me ☺️.My husband and I recently bought what we thought wouldve a fixer upper but it quickly became a total restoration project! We replaced our entire kitchen with GE appliances and Brian gave us not only a good deal but was soooo patient when my husband had reservations or lots of questions! Poor guy stayed more than an hour after the store shut to help us on our first trip in because we go to the store late. I think everybody should shop here!!

Didnt have parts for my side load dryer tried to talk me out of fixing dryer and sell me a new dryer that was a smaller size that I had. I went to Taylor Appliance and was more than help out for $20 total. my dryer runs great.

A man named Brian helped me pick out a cook top and wall oven that were priced within my budget, I will go back there.

They were very friendly, and gave us a great deal on a Frigidaire black side by side. They delivered within 24 hours and were very professional. I would recommend these guys to anyone that is looking for a great deal on a refrigerator.

I called in to ask for a quote. Im looking to spend $30,000 on appliances for some investment properties. The person basically told me they were too busy and hung up on me..... Totally turned me off... Ill go somewhere else..

These guys will stand behind what they sell and have an excellent warranty for used washers, which can be hit and miss. Great customer service.
