Update: we bought a washer dryer set that are supposed to be under a warranty and when you call to question it no one answers, Im sure he blocked my number it goes straight to voice-mail the washer doesnt work good it obviously needs to be serviced right and they wont answer or return my calls

My wife and I got our refrigerator 3 years ago and a washer/dryer last week from Brans 4 Applicances. Both experiences were great- the staff is friendly, the prices are great, they handled delivery really well, they even remembered my wife and I from our one experience 3 years ago. The delivery man was awesome and they assured us that they would help with any issues should they arise. The next time we need an appliance we will definitely go to Brans 4 Appliances.

After reading the reviews my husband and I decided to purchase a washer from the owner. He was very knowledgeable about his product, however, I am leaving a NEGATIVE review. When washing We hear a loud metal grinding sound. We just had another guy come out, and was told the washer has never been serviced, there are issues with the values, water sensor. corrosion, and long story short...IT WILL BE CHEAPER TO BUT A NEW ONE😢. Why do small businesses tale advantage of their customers, especially when we are willing to support you and your business? We were so happy with our experience that we were going to purchase a refrigerator for Xmas, and referring friends and family. Now, we had to share our bad experience.

True to their word, they came out, diagnosed the problem, and then returned and installed the new part. Fantastic service and honesty that is rare these days in business! Highly recommend.

We purchased a Washer and DryerThe service was excellent. The installers did a fantastic job.Had a few problems with the washer, they came right out brought me another one to use while they repaired mine.Washer still had problems, so they brought me a more up graded one with no extra cost.Good company and I recommend them if you are looking for a used washer and dryer.

This company is a hidden gem! We purchased our refrigerator and washer/ dryer set here 4 years ago and they are still working great and if we ever needed any troubleshooting or help Sarai is very helpful to either walk us through it or she came to work on it herself for a reasonable fee. Great place to buy used appliances, walked in and grabbed a fridge in 5 minutes for a great deal, delivered next day.

Went in dropped 1,000 dollars for washer/dryer/fridge.... Washer broke with in a month and they brought me two different machines.... Over-sized washer had been in water causing the rear leveling to rust up and not work. 6 months later the dryer PULLEY broke, lucky I am inclined to fix it and these were MAYTAGS.... Still you figure they would of replaced them with just as nice of a machine since I was not picking them out.Now just over a year and my $500 fridge took a dump...... This guy is a tool on a come up, not knocking him everyone has to get their money.i just find it SHAMEFUL that you pass it off as a good family run business that just sales CRAP.Oh & I am SOCIALLY ACTIVE so you will feel the pinch of this review.Do yourselves a favor and check out craiglist or just go buy a cheaper NEW ONE.Dont be a victim to BUYER BEWARE rather be an AWARE BUYER.Got exactly what I bought CRAP,take your monies someplace else. SAD I AM RECOMMENDING A CORPORATE STORE RATHER THAN CHANCE THIS BUSINESS.FRIDGE UPDATEI just opened up the back to defrost for a easy fix on the FROST FREE SIDE BY SIDE I found on youtube. Thats when I noticed my entire problem, other than buying from here, is that this place had replaced the defrost thermostat. EASY JOB, takes 10min if you have the part a some common sense.The only problem is that these IDIOTS used only black electrical tape to reconnect the new/used part.NO CRIMPSNO SHRINK TAPEJUST BLACK TAPE.....SHODDY REPAIR COST ME A LOT OF FOOD.....wish i could upload the picture here!!!!
