The store is awesome they have all your shopping needs, they have tons of bedding items, from pillows and sheets and even mattresses, the kitchen wares are massive, every time we go there we usually spend at least two hours shopping and always get more than what we originally came for, The staff were very helpful and very friendly, buy local, spend local, shop local. Give these folks a try

Very nice everytime we go here. Manager takes the time to chat and answer questions we have. Employees are always very helpful and go out of there way to make sure we get what we are looking for.

I used the curbside pickup because they offered 20% off my whole order to use it!! It was very efficient & quick & easy to use. I ordered the products online & w/in 2 hrs I got an email & a text telling me the order was ready to pickup. When I got there, there were 6 cars waiting. I think I waited for only 5-7 minutes. It was a very good experience.

Bed Bath & Beyond is a great place to find all your household needs. Shop inside the store though; because their online shopping is not updated.

This bed bath and beyond is very disappointing and frankly kind of an embarrassment as far as this retail chain is concerned. To start with from the front door I can probably throw a paper airplane and hit the back wall. The store is only 1 story, as far as the 2 shelves that consist of the pet department, they might as well be eliminated from the store. I think the pick your part in clearance makes up the inventory in this store. There is no hygeine department and I have been in dollar trees that are nicer than this location. If I was a member of corporate I think I would shut this place down and have a meeting about how to go forward with this redheaded stepchild.😲

Not a fan of the energy in this location. Manager addressing the cashier on expectations in front of the customers is never good business to do. Cashier didn’t even want to talk to us

I havent been in a B B B in a long time. Been out in a land with no internet, WiFi, cable tv or reliable satellite . It was different, not like I remember. It was well stocked. Maybe the internet sales took over, something was different.

Bed Bath & Beyond is such a great place to just go and look at all the things you wish you had the time to go and play with. I always find something new and interesting that I want to put in my kitchen or house. Dont forget the 20% off coupon, I just keep a stash of them in my car, cause you never know when you will need it.

This is a very nice store with lots of cool stuff for every household and budget. They will always honor their discount coupons even if it’s expired. From kitchen, living room, family room, bedroom, of course bathrooms, and patio they carry quality products at very good prices and always have coupons. They also have bridal registry and really take care of you on a personal level. The reason for four stars is the personnel as of late are not as friendly or helpful as they once were. If they restored their customer service to previous standards this would be the store to beat.

Really great store. You can find almost anything that has to do with decorating your new room. From curtains to pillows, and beds. All in colors and different sizes too. Very welcoming and cool and the workers are very nice and friendly. A big store for great purchases of beddings and curtains. Enjoy.

This is one of my favorite stores. I love the incredible variety in the items they stock. Today I received personal 1 on 1 help from a staff member who helped me find one item, and looked up another online to shop to my house.

Went to Riverside Bed Bath and Beyond on Tyler Street today looking for bedding and household items. Passed by the front door mats display, took a look and we picked one in a pile of mats that were marked $14.99. We finished our shopping went to the checkout and because there was no price marked on this particular mat, they had to look in the computer only to find out it was $37. This mat was the same size the same material as all the other mats the same color identical except for a small design difference. We did not feel that this was correct and their practice almost bordering on false advertising. I asked to speak to manager about it. Waited 10 minutes for a Manager to find out his name is Brian. He came up and was very rude (like I was interrupting his lunch) then went back to look at the mats, he didnt come back to counter, but just radioed the checker who is very patient and said that it was priced at $37. even though it was not marked and identical to the others. I feel that this is borderline false advertising and not good business to put a mat thats it directly the same but not marked charge twice as much for. Ryan has no Business being a store manager. His lack of customer service skills was evident!!! I ended up spending $300 and paying full price for that mat!! I felt that he could have handled this a lot differently considering they offer so many coupons etc., he could have overrode the register and I wouldve left a satisfied customer

I had some issues with credit/return/ refund which was a bit complicated but the manager Michelle, took care of it like a pro. This location is a little further from my place however its worth a driving.

Employees very helpful and appropriately wearing masks.

Great cooking finds

I like to shop here because everything is clean and organized. I dont like the security guard they frequently have at the front door. Makes me feel the neighborhood is unsafe. Regular price items are priced a little high, but you can count on them to have a Melitta pour over brewing cone when you have to get it on line at Walmart. Sale items are usually good buys.

Well they have nice things. Practically, every knick knack you want, however, they are expensive. I only go when they send me coupons and they have clearance. You can use the coupons on the clearance, which is good. Also, you can use more than one coupon. For these reasons is why I go. Other than that I wouldnt be able to afford it.

Love the store, easy returns and helpful staff. Only issue is low stock possibly due to COVID.

Bought an item that at the time of purchase, both a clerk and the cashier told me if I wasnt sure about it, I could always return it and would have 90 days to do so knowing it was a fall motif looking item. I double checked with both employees separately to make sure Id be able to return it in that time. Turns out, it DID count as a seasonal item and 40 days later I wasnt able to return the unused, new, in package item. Two employees must have known whats seasonal or not and the return policy, or at least checked with management if not sure. This is deceitful and now Im stuck with a useless, overpriced table runner that was too small for my needs and out the $$. Not the first bad experience at this place with return policies or with employees just not wanting to be bothered by customers. In general, its overpriced unless theres a sale or buying with coupons which have been a hassle to use too. Buy at your own risk and triple check purchase policies. Many items are cheaper through Amazon/online and the return policies are better. Employees here are just there to make a sale and dispatch customers asap not for customer service.

I enjoy going here!! It always have so many cool things for the whole house! Its always stocked and clean and smells great. The only downside this time was the two of the girls working there. Her attitude was so umpleasent. Only down side but overall great place!

It was okay. Was a smaller store than the one in my city. They didnt have the section I needed in store (make up).Employees were nice.

I read online that there was no time limit to return merchandise. I bought an expensive vacuum cleaner almost 2 years ago. I retained the original receipt and had all the parts and it stopped working and a repair shop said Shark won t give repair shops parts, you have to order directly with the company. It appears its just a belt replacement. Anyway I called the store this morning to verify if that was I indeed the return policy. I was shocked to find out it is. I took my vacuum back and the same model was out of stock. I needed one immediately as I have cats. I ended up upgrading to a more expensive machine by Shark.I Have always loved Bed Bath and Beyond and have never returned anything.That is outstanding customer service!

U will always need new bath towels, pots & pans, trash cans, rugs, anything 4 ur home or apt. I stopped going 2 wal-mart, target, other such establishment. I get everything I need 4 my apt. @ this place. Everything @ one stop shop. Coupons make it nice. This place isnt cheap.

There is no one can tell you where the items are, and long lines to pay at cashier.
