Extremely challenging to navigate around the store due to narrow aisles and boxes on the floor. A few times I almost walked into a metal hook. The staff was friendly and helpful. I got what I needed.

This beauty supply popped up FIRST under my Google search for Black Owned Beauty Supply. I can tell from the comments this is a lie. Oh the tactics...

I havent been out to a beauty supply shop, since moving to Riverside.Theres a wide selection. The store is packed! Wigs, bundles for braids, hair for sew-ins, hair care products, make-up, and head scarves. The prices were affordable (I got 8 bundles of hair, nail polish, and eyeliner for 30 dollars).I will definitely come back when its time for me to re-braid my hair!

I would honestly give no stars if this was an option. I’m new to Riverside and was looking for a nearby Beaty supply. Upon entering I overheard one of the owners telling her newly hired employee that he was brought on because black people steal. I looked at the make owner, he looked at me and I just walked out. I now drive forty minutes out of the way because I will never patronize them.

Absolutely terrible experience. The guy at the front is extremely rude and disrespectful. I went in to buy a lace frontal and was treated terribly. He got upset when I asked for a certain color. Terrible place dont go here.

The owner/only employee, is absolutely disgraceful, disgusting! I’ve been shopping here for years 9+, only ethnic beauty supply for miles. I bought a closure, never opened it and came back with the receipt within 24hours, he said 20 PERCENT RESTOCKING FEE! And then turns around and says NO RETURNS.He makes a living off of ethnic people and has no respect for them. He bold face lies. He is dishonest. Go spend your hard earned money else where, he’s a cheater and a liar, and such a tight wad he can’t even return his own unopened product with a receipt. These owners are a joke! I came in here one day and barley got a greeting and was watched, then I watch as non colored entered the store he so gladly welcomed them... I left .... pay attention our kind is not welcomed at these supply stores

How much are the Rast afri hair?

Went to All Star Beauty Supply & Salon to pick up some face masks and the girl working in the front was super nice and sweet. She was very helpful and recommended some face masks for whitening and dry skin. When she heard that we were from Southern Cali and just vacationing, she also recommended some restaurants to try in the area. The store was very clean and the organization of the products was very neat. Will definitely come again!

If you’re looking for high quality human hair: you won’t find it here. Poor customer service, and cheap hair. I paid a few hundred dollars for virgin, unprocessed Indian hair. Got home to flatiron it and it started to burn like it was mixed with synthetic- because it was. Shed like crazy. Literally as I fingered through my hair I got BALLS of hair and horrible tangling. Save your money ladies, and shop some where they don’t profile you and treat you like your questions waste their precious time.

Years ago I went there and the workers falsely accused me of stealing and grabbed me. I yelled several times for them to let go of me and another customer try to step in and help. I ended up having to push the man off of me. The police had to be called and reviewed the tapes, showing I indeed wasnt stealing, and the workers were reprimanded on the handling of the situation. I will never shop there again. I truly hope theyve changed their ways over the years.

You have to watch out for Justin, he’s a crook!!! I purchased a pair of earrings and lipstick today. I put the earrings on but they wouldn’t close all the way so I took them back to exchange for a better pair. Justin who is the owner, would not allow me to exchange a pair of earrings that were clearly broken. I will be reporting this business to BBB and Justin will not take my hard earned money!! Please shop elsewhere

I bought something for my Dad asked if I could return it for something else if it was not the right thing they said yes. I took it back and the owner said no return and I couldnt get store credit. So now Im stuck with something I dont need. Never getting anything from here

I only used to go there because there wasnt another beauty supply in the area for miles. Now I do not go to this place at all. They arent nice and they NEVER have a sale going. At least not in the last year that I had been shopping there. They want your money but have no respect for you as a person period. Havent been in months and will not be returning.

My wife did her eyebrows here. It was quick and nice. Staff was nice too..

Crazy how he watched me the whole time and I genuinely wanted to make a purchase. Then he asked me what color I wanted for my spray dye and Im thinking he is trying to help he rolled his eyes and said we dont have that color and asked me to stop touching the colors if I didnt want that color and I said thats not the color I came in here for. I said I still wanted to look at the others sir and he blew his breath at me. How rude! Im use to being stereotyped as a black woman but I have genuinely never experienced this level of blatant disrespect literally in my life. After all of that i didnt react how he would expect. I just left and said sir that is not how you keep business. I will never shop here again and I dont encourage anyone else to. Its people of my hue that keep you in business. They have the best colors for individuals and the prices are great! My daughter gets braids often and she loves the colors as well!!

Its okay. I like a certain product line and they carry it all the time. They need a larger space, over crowded aisles packed with products. Oversized cosmetic display cases dont help.

Horrible experience. I was hovered over in this store I asked the Asian man there if he was going to stand over my shoulder the whole time I was shopping he told me I couldnt buy from his store smh Im glad I never did. Black people DO NOT support this business. Very rude man works here I am black but I make to much money to be treated like a criminal to shop for a darn wig
