Good GOD what a terrible place to shop for hair care products. The place is run by a couple of old, racist ladies who wouldnt stop pushing product in my face to get me to buy something so I could get out. Not to mention, they just aimlessly lead me around the store to a bunch of random products that were DEFINITELY good for black hair, but no one could care less than them. SO SO SO glad this place is closing down for good. A place like this does not deserve to be exist, and a hair products store should be run by hair care professionals, not pushy salespeople. No wonder theyre shutting down, with their terrible customer service and overpriced products. Goooood riddance!

Don’t bother calling them. No answer on multiple occasions.

Went in to find something to match my roots and needed help in making a choice best for my type of hair and the lady was totally unwilling to help. Just rudly told me to go look over there and walked away! Customer service was horrible.
